If you have a workers comp injury you can forget it yes he is a good doctor if you want to end up with Staph because he would not listen that something was wrong after 3 visits to hospital infection desease doctor found the problem. After you get and attorney doctors attitude changes but at the end we had to because quality of care was not being taken care off this doctor prescribe antibiotics causing lots of problems for my husband due that he was allergic to these meds plus we had to wait and wait for workers comp nurse/Spy to come in sometimes even waited for up to and hour because nurse was almost never on time. Not the best doctor for workers comp he does not look out for patient but more like making u go back to work when u have a an infection and are not ready to return to work PT was done only 6 times after that go to work even if your body is telling you I'm still sick something is going on he never listen to concern good luck people have be careful not everyone cares read more

This review is strictly about the employees. I didn't even have the chance to see the Dr. yet. So i was in the same building visiting another Dr's office with a friend for his appointment, I decided to stop by Dr. Levi's to get an appointment for myself. While was waiting for the employee which i believe her name was maxi to finish her call with a patient , i realized she was very unprofessional and disrespectful with the person on the other end, Even after she hung up the phone she called the patient B*tch, and then she and the other employee started laughing about it. that pretty much did it for me! I didnt even want to get an appointment, I just asked her if the Dr. was there she told me NO in a very rude way with her mouth full of chips :) Again this is not about the Dr. , he might be very good and professional but he definitely lost me as a customer because of unprofessional staff! read more

Dr. Harrison first treated me around 2002 for a Rotator Cuff Tear and after one shot and exercises for my shoulders I have been pain free ever since. About 3 years ago I had tendinitis in my forearm and last summer I had tendinitis of the shoulder and both times he got rid of the pain within a couple of treatments. I am writing today because Dr. Harrison needed to treat my knee for bursitis and after reading on the Internet that the pain could take months to heal I was concerned. Dr. Levi was over-the-top fantastic! I was having such pain in my right, ring finger and thumb, and the pain was starting to move up my right arm. Both fingers were swollen. Dr. Levi knew immediately what my issues were. He presented me with 5 choices, and was extremely honest and forthright about each one. Even though I hate needles, I selected to have a shot at the base of my ring finger and another shot at the base of my thumb. In advance, he advised me that the shots would hurt and both areas would be numb for 72 hours! After the shots, Dr. Levi showed me different finger exercises he wanted me to do. Everything he explained came true. 72 hours later, I was able to move both fingers and my right hand had returned to NORMAL! Dr. Levi is AWESOME! He was so kind and extremely patient with me, because I was very afraid and over-the-top anxious about the whole process, mostly because of the shots. However, I never felt rushed! Dr. Levi and his wonderful and capable staff made me feel so comfortable. This is a doctor who truly deeply cares about his patients and is intent on making them feel whole again. He took soooo much time with me before the injections, and walked me through the process every step of the way. Plus, he informed me of all the foods I needed to stay away from, because of my medical condition, He's the very, very best; extremely skilled and totally professional. Good doctor, very well-run office. Wait times are minimal and although he's into health and fitness he knows his stuff. Broken wrist, fractured in 2 places. Handled the surgery immediately and professionally. Described the entire healing process (like it or not) exactly how it happened - pain, stiffness, healing, relief, weakness, strength. You see, my son suffered sports injuries from high school that left him feeling helpless as well as fraught with pain every day. How lucky did we get? Not only did he cure my son through treatments and physical therapy, but he brought my son to a place where he had more understanding of himself and how years of sports injuries had affected his mindset. i injured my wrist on the job in an accident back in august 2013...I was referred to US Health works and was given several tests and therapy to see if I could get relief before surgery was needed..unfortunately about 9 months into my case, which Health works oversaw with competency, their hand specialist they employed left to continue with his own practice...after doing research on other hand specialists outside the medical group, I decided to give Dr Harrison a try since all the employees at Health works,that I had gotten to know and trust over the many months, said Dr. Harrison is great and is right on point for my injury and repair (left wrist nerve compression plus added carpal tunnel) I met Dr Harrison and knew my hand and career were in the "right hands"...finally. He took over the case with the concern of getting me back to work as soon as possible, but in the proper way. My work requires me to lift substantial weight on a daily basis. I went through a little more PT, but the surgery was needed. I had fears and concerns which Dr Harrison met head on with understanding, educating me on my procedure, concern of my feelings, and putting me at ease so I could get the best outcome of the big surgery. I was amazed by all his OR staff at the Glendale surgical Center, who held my hand, and called me twice a day after my surgery. Dr Harrison and I are hopefully, but sadly, coming to our end of this time together soon. I am always anxious to show him how much better my hand is, every time I see him, like a young child wanting to make her father proud of her work...but i know I will soon not be needing him for my hand injury...but I hear from other doctors that he holds exercise classes on the weekends for those who want to better the other parts of themselves...I might just have to try that out too. I recommend Dr. Harrison as a caring, knowledgeable, professional, and one of the top doctors in his field in this area. I am a health care professional and I have become a very picky and demanding patient. It's been awhile since I've been to this office so I hope it has improved but here's my experience. My son, who was 7 yrs old at the time, broke his thumb and was referred here. The Dr. is amazing - he is great with kids, he's friendly and charismatic. I had no problems with the Dr. at all. Based on just him I would have given 5 stars. My gripe is with his front office staff. My son had many appointments for follow up care and each time the front desk staff was unprofessional. I would be standing there waiting for help and they would be sitting there doing nothing but talking about personal issues. It's one thing if you're busy and the patient has to wait a moment but they weren't doing anything work related! For the last appointment needed, the Dr. said he could give me a Sat. appointment because he was implementing that day of the week. I thought GREAT! That way I didn't have to miss anymore time off of work (unpaid time I might add) BUT after he told me this and left me with the front desk staff they were talking to one another in front of me COMPLAINING about the office being open on Sat. Well sometime after that I received a call from his front desk staff stating that they needed to reschedule us because they would not be open Sat. after all. I informed them that was the only day I could go because of work so my appointment got canceled, no reschedule. I hope he's gotten rid of those whiny girls that work there. read more

I am the owner of a boxing gym. My fighters are often hurting their hands. We ALL go to Dr. Harrison for treatment. Keep in mind these kids hands are their entire future and rarely have cash or insurance. A lot of them are future thugs turned gentlemen/women through boxing. The Dr. Takes his time with each of them. He is never in a rush and he heals them. He even shows me how to wrap each fighters hands differently every time they get injured. Two on my guys are turning pro. They are fighters at the beginning of their career and need well over $1.5k of initial exams. It has been almost 3 years since my table saw accident (8/14/11) I severely caused injury to 3 of my fingers in the left hand; index, middle and ring. It was a very gruesome and terrifying experience. The saw blade ripped diagonally across my 3 fingers causing major nerve damage. I never thought my fingers would ever be normal or even have use of my hand. I was referred to Dr. Harrison and it was the best decision I've ever made. I've waited this long to write a review, and tell my story as a true testimonial of his expertise and level of patient care. He treated as a family member, spent valuable time with me, answering all of my questions and comforting me by saying that everything was going to be OK. He explained his approach to reconstruction of my fingers and manage my expectations. After a long surgery and about 3 months of physical therapy, I regained use of my fingers and full hand functionality. I was back working on my projects and using the table saw, except a lot more careful. My fingers look normal except for slight signs of scar tissue and a bit of numbness to my index and middle finger; this is due to the extensive nerve damage. Dr. Harrison and his staff are the best. I cut my finger badly and was referred to his office by local urgent care. His staff were able to fit me into his schedule within hours and that evening, I had hand surgery. The staff welcomed me to the office, were always kind and helpful. He is excellent. Saved my shoulder so that I have full range of motion. Other doctors would have just said operate, but he explained that that would ruin my chances of a full recovery of movement.
