The service itself felt hurried and careless. By the following morning, my nails were already chipped--clearly reflecting poor workmanship. I returned expecting a simple correction at no extra cost, as the issue was the result of their inadequate service. Instead, I was charged an additional $55. Beyond the service quality, the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. The technician rolled her eyes repeatedly, handled my hands aggressively, and made me feel uncomfortable. Therefore, my toe stung through my entire appointment. When it was time to finish my manicure/gel ex set on my hands, I had to repeat myself three times to tell them I wanted French tip. And when you tell nail technicians that you want a short nail, somehow that is really hard to comprehend. I also blame this on the fact that this is now the third nail technician I'm dealing with so it just felt like everything got lost in translation and I really feel like three people totaled my nails and there's no cohesiveness to the final look. My nails aren't terrible and they will do and I'm not a picky person at all. But I am hesitant to come back. I think that there is great potential here and I still think it's a good salon, but maybe just not the one for me.
