I was super disappointed in my Rasta pasta. It tasted like someone over cooked the pasta and then threw thousand island dressing on it. I let the staff know when I came in and told them they might wanna try it.. He remade it within maybe 10 minutes or less and it looked the exact same when he gave it back to us except this time they put extra Parmesan cheese. The guy in the back is making my food, and now he comes towards the front and stops and after about 30 seconds of him staring in space, I asked what he was doing. But today I went out in the rain because I really wanted some oxtails. Went in and bought 2 oxtail dinners, they didnt have any jerk chicken ready, which was a bit annoying but not a problem. After I got my food and got home, I opened the boxes to basically see a bone dinner. Literally a platter of oxtail bones and the ones that did have meat were tiny and fatty. The piece of meat I could salvage were actually really good and tender, so Id assume most of the meat fell off the bone... but if thats the case, they need to be scooping up some of the meat that fell off out of the pot too.
