It comes with a side and I chose onion rings. So this was pretty good. It was hot and fresh and the cheese was melty. There was a little too much bread for the amount of meat but everything was tasty and seasoned well. The onion rings were your basic frozen out of a bag. There are a few outdoor seats if you want to eat here. Most people were taking it to-go. The liquor store next door gets a lot of action. Reasonable prices. Ask for extra napkins!

As was the case last time, the food itself was delicious... it definitely handled the cheesesteak craving. I did find it off putting to pay a $.60 up-charge to add on mayo and then another $.60 for lettuce at a sandwich place. When I pointed out their menu indicated mayo specifically had no fee, the lady curtly told me that it did. As last time, the sandwich was very good, though a bit overpriced at $12-$13 per pop - especially if they're charging extra for just dressing their subs with lettuce and mayo. 4 stars for food quality. Minus 1 star for silly monetary practices, here. It's also worth pointing out that their original does Not come with green peppers, as their photo here depicts.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time…read more We arrived and sat on the patio. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, and when they arrived, we were never given plates, silverware, or even proper napkins. I eventually had to ask another server for napkins and ended up using one as a plate for my ketchup and onion rings. What really bothered me was that multiple servers walked past our table and could clearly see that I was trying to eat off a napkin, yet no one stopped to ask if we needed anything or offer assistance. Our waitress also did not come back to check on us or offer refills. Then our dinner arrived, and still no one checked on us. Finally, our waitress came by and asked if everything was okay. My other half isn't someone who likes to speak up or complain, which is why I didn't say anything while we were there. But after getting home, the experience really started to bother me. It's not about expecting perfect service--it's about basic attentiveness and making sure your guests have what they need to actually enjoy their meal. Unfortunately, the lack of service and attention completely overshadowed the dining experience. I would hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously because there were several opportunities for someone to simply notice and help.
