I don't often take the time to leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one…read more The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every course was delicious, beautifully prepared, and exceeded expectations. That alone would have made for a great evening. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was our server, Kyle. Having managed fine dining restaurants myself and dined at many high-end establishments, I pay close attention to service. While this isn't marketed as fine dining, Kyle delivered a level of service that absolutely was. His attention to detail, professionalism, and cleanliness were second to none. After every course, he didn't simply clear plates... he thoroughly cleaned and reset the table with a level of care and precision that I honestly haven't seen from a server in a very long time, anywhere. Every detail was handled seamlessly, making each course feel like a fresh dining experience. Kyle elevated an already fantastic meal into a truly memorable one. Restaurants can teach the mechanics of service, but genuine hospitality and pride in your work are much harder to find. Kyle clearly has both. The kitchen deserves compliments for an excellent meal, but Kyle deserves recognition for providing some of the best service I've experienced in years. He's a tremendous asset to your restaurant, and I hope his hard work is recognized.

My second time here and a first for my friends We started with the crudo and the whipped ricotta and the carpaccio for me the whipped ricotta was amazing with the date syrup and the olive oil and the carrots gave it a perfect crunch I hope they never change it I had the Lumache omg what can I say but it was simply amazing so delicious my friend had the Mafaldine another amazing dish it had a smoky taste to it that was so yummy and my other friend had the special dish of the day which was the black bass fish she loved it We also tried the tiramisu which was a little dry for my taste but we also tried the Lemon Olive Oil Cake which in my opinion should be called Limoncello Cake because it has a very profound taste of lemon which reminds me of limoncello lol it was super moist and delicious a must try! Definitely will be coming back!

Food 4.5/5 Drinks 3.5/5…read more Dessert 3/5 Came back to Next Door Provisions since they are easily my favorite Filipino spot in the area so far. Bonus points to them for being so pup-friendly! The Kare-Kare is still just as amazing as I remembered. I love that they rotate their menu, which gave us the perfect excuse to try a few new dishes this time around: Fishballs (4.75/5): These had a great texture that felt more like a fish cake, and the sauce pairing was delish Crab Rice (4.5/5): Really enjoyed this! It had a delicious flavor and a rich, risotto-style consistency NY Strip (4/5): A solid, basic steak. Nothing incredibly unique about it, but it was still well-cooked and tasty Eggplant Omelette / Tortang Talong (3.75/5): Decent, but this one just wasn't particularly to my personal taste. Ube Cheesecake (3/5): You can definitely taste the authentic ube flavor, but the texture was a bit grainy and the sweetness level was a little too high for me. Note on drinks: We tried the Watermelon Lemonade, Mango Guava, and Thai Iced Tea, they all lean quite sweet, which isn't my personal preference, and they serve coffee from Lavazza. But my friends enjoyed their bevs! Still one of my absolute go-tos in the area

This is a cozy, mom-and-pop restaurant run by a husband-and-wife duo, where Chef Ruby Felix-Curtis is the mastermind behind all the creative fusion dishes. I honestly want to try EVERY SINGLE ITEM on the menu. *Longanizza Sliders $16 Weekend special. As a longanizza lover, this might be the best slider I've had in a long time. Super juicy pork patty with bang bang sauce. Heard there's a chance it'll stay on the regular menu if enough people show it some love! *Kare Kare Mafaldini $28 Inspired by Filipino kare kare, they toss fresh handmade malfadini in a rich peanut sauce with shrimp paste instead of serving it over rice. The sauce takes 6 hours to make, and the beef brisket is braised for 3 hours. Truly a labor of love! Even the Peruvian pepper was so juicy I wanted more. *Bibingka Pancake $17 Every table ordered the bibingka pancake. Our jaws literally dropped when it arrived. MASSIVE, super fluffy, moist, and packed with salted egg (both the yolk and the white!). Though we did find it a little too salty after a few bites. We had leftovers for two more meals.

The meat was tender from start to finish and the broth was aromatic and not oily. We were a party of 10 and everyone's dishes looked amazing, especially the rice and bun dac biet dishes!! Service was also 10/10, super patient and kind with a large party. It was my grandma's birthday so everyone wished her well and was super kind. They went above and beyond to make her feel special and sung louder than us when we sang her happy birthday with cake! The interior is extremely spacious and clean, the windows let in nice natural light, and there is an abundance of parking in the plaza.

Overall, my com tam (rice) special tastes decent, nothing wow. The pho lacks a flavor in broth. The meat in the spring roll had gone bad. When we bit into it, we can taste the meat is spoiled. It's gross. We have to ask for the several dish to be removed and reordered something else. Two people in our party ordered the same dish where spring rolls were served and both complained about it. The employee thought it may be undercooked and took the spring rolls to re-cook it. Again, it tastes the same. Note: Watch out for their chili oil. Omg, it's extra spicy and this is coming from a gal who can handle spice well. The che (old dessert) is good. Parking is available in the plaza and off street.

The cornbread is just $6 and is so warm and soft. It is topped with cheese and a honey butter. Amazing flavor. Just one was not enough, but in the name of variety we also ordered the cellar fries. These are really good fries. They are thin crispy wedges with a cheese sauce and bacon. Decadent stuff. We were loving the food. For drinks, the painkiller is a tiki classic, and theirs is quite good. I went with the race to the heavens, an old fashioned riff with cinnamon flavors. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Boozy but still a nice hint of sweetness. A good choice if you like simple drinks on the rocks.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were generously sized and well worth it. For two people with drinks, the pricing was actually pretty reasonable for the quality and portions you get. Bill came out to $100. I prefer the Waygu bun burgers, the pitcher of rum, my friend got the wings and edamame. One thing to keep in mind: if you go during peak hours, expect a bit of a wait since it gets pretty packed. I'd recommend going during a less busy time if you want to avoid that. Overall, easy 5/5 for me. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

From the moment we walked in, the owner personally seated us and ended up cooking our food himself. He has a quirky, memorable personality that adds to the charm of the whole experience. It's the kind of place where you can tell the food is made with intention rather than being rushed out of a big commercial kitchen. The dishes were packed with flavor and tasted very authentic. You can really tell the ingredients and spices are balanced the way Thai food should be -- bold, savory, a little spicy, and deeply satisfying. Everything we ordered had great texture and presentation as well. Overall, it was a unique dining experience with authentic flavors and a memorable host. It's a small and unassuming restaurant from the outside, but the food is anything but ordinary. Our waitress was so lovely, sweet, and welcoming, and she gave us some great recommendations. I went with the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo and the Mushroom Noodle, which was a new item and both were absolutely delicious! My friend ordered the Filet Mignon Banh Mi Sando, and she absolutely loved it. Everything came out so flavorful that we basically forgot about taking pictures and just devoured our food. Honestly, the fact that I have zero pictures might be the best review I can give. We were too busy enjoying every bite! Now we'll just have to go back... for the food and to finally take pictures. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out!

First, the decor inside is really nice. Whoever handled the interior design did an excellent job. Really dope ambiance with the walls and lighting. To start, we ordered the Vegan Summer Rolls. This was really really good. Love how the rolls were generously filled with veggies. Made eating with chopsticks a little tougher, but a challenge worth pursuing. For the veggie meal, I went with the Crispy Eggplant. This is worth coming back for. It was a very generous portion, but you got a lot of kick with the five spice and the extra chili. Even though it's just eggplant, it fills you up without any doubt. Unfortunately, my other half wanted to try the prawns and it was a bit too difficult for her to eat because it was overcooked. Also, we tried the ube tiramisu and didn't really feel the fusion elements in it. It was okay, just nothing special. I'll come back for the eggplant and the summer rolls. If there's another veggie option in the fall, I may consider that. TBD on whether my other half will return though. 4 for me overall, but with caveats.
