I've been here twice now and each time the employees have been very courteous and polite. I am disappointed with the blizzards. The first time I thought it was a fluke but it happened again tonight. Yes, yes, and yes!!! All day yesses!! Went in after going to the walk around light show and the candy store. It was roughly 9:10 pm. Greeted by a very eager, friendly cashier. He told us take out time and let us know they do close in 40 min. But just wanted to make us aware because they would be doing some cleaning. The food was hot. It was yummy. The service was oh so good. Very pleased with our visit. One of the cleanest DQs we have ever been to. A plus was they had Frozen II playing on the tube for the littles. My grands live Ana and Elsa. I ordered 2 LARGE diet cokes, the girl handed me mediums, I said I ordered large and she ROLLED HER EYES and sarcastically said "is there anything else you need?" I said "no that's all" and she said "are you sure?" Like I was a huge inconvenience to her. They'll say "what do you want?", roll their eyes as you order, then as you leave they'll shout "thank you for leaving!". I have been to several Dairy Queens, and this one is above average. The food is generally cooked well and mostly reasonably fresh. I love the blizzards. Some don't really seem to care about mixxing them well, but this location has done it well each time that I have gone. It could be cleaner, and the bathrooms could be nicer, but are good for a small town fast food. read more

My children and grandchildren were visiting this weekend. They headed home last night around 8 pm. They stopped into Burger King to get a quick bite and were treated so badly they left and went to Dairy Queen. They were still visibly quite upset and the person taking their order took the time to ask what was wrong and they told them what happened. The employee apologized prolifically to them and told them that this was Not typical at all of the residents or businesses of Marble Falls. The employee then proceeded to give them red carpet treatment dripping with kindness and ice cream cones for my little grand babies!!! If you are looking for fast service this is not the place to go. I ordered three tacos and a sunday. My plan was to eat the tacos and then the sunday. Well I got hungry and yes I eat the sunday first. I waited for a while and then a little while longer. Then I went to the counter and said hey did you forget about me. The lady said No we will bring you your food. So I sat down again and waited. Then I thought you know Taco bell is one block away. I know I can get some tacos there. So I asked the cashier for my money back. She said to another lady. I need a refund customer has been waiting and wants his money back. The lady responded. What did he order she said three tacos. The lady looked at the tickets and said in a rude tone so I could hear. He has only been waiting 8 minutes and I have 20 tickets ahead of him. The place was clean and the people were friendly. However the food did not taste that great. I have eaten at several DQ and this is probably one of the worst on the list. The food tasted like it was precooked half heated and then served to me. They do have a playground for your children if you have any which was one of the reasons I ate there was for my children. read more

Anytime you go to a restaurant where it's a bunch of a high schoolers you know you're gonna get screwed. My girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich at the drive thru and we were told to pull up past the window and wait there. We waited for a good 15-20 minutes until I decided I was gonna pull around and ask them what's going on. And they said those meals take a while to get ready. So we waited some more and found out that after 5 or 6 cars behind us got their food before us, they had apparently given her food to someone else. So then they said we'd have to wait yet AGAIN for the for the chicken sandwich to be ready. So that's another 5-10 minutes. That is just absurd. And not only that, when I pulled up to check on the order I also asked them if I could get a refill on my drink I got earlier and the girl stood there clueless for a second and said "hold on let me ask". Really? If I can fill up my drink at the lobby dispensers I'm pretty sure the refills are free. But if that wasn't enough she left for about 3 minutes to go ask. Does it take that long to ask one simple question? Then finally when we got the food they said "we threw in some fries for your inconvenience". But the order CAME with fries. And no it wasn't extra fries. It was the fries that were supposed to be with the meal anyways. So if they didn't throw in the "sympathy fries" does that mean we wouldn't have gotten what we ordered? The only thing that's keeping me from rating this one star is that I know this is an error of having incompetent high schoolers that couldn't care less about their job. Is there any way to give this place less than a star? The guy behind the counter was outright rude... he acted as if we were putting him out with our order. It was 7:30 on a Wednesday night and they'd already turned the lights down inside the restaurant and closed off sections. They also tried to tell us the ice cream machine wasn't working and couldn't serve any... It was working fine because several people came in after us just for the ice cream. The guy behind the counter brought our food and set it on the table behind us without a word. When we came out of the restaurant they had turned the parking lot lights completely off.
