I wish they had a better selection of size xl and up but again, they're at the mercy of the inventory that they receive. I contacted customer service twice -- once via chat and once by phone. Both representatives repeated the same scripted response: return it. The phone representative was dismissive, audibly annoyed, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though expecting basic quality control was unreasonable. I don't know how any boot fitter worth his salt could allow this to happen. The entire reason to get ski boots in the first place is to get a custom fit so one can improve their skiing.
