There was a great selection of Japanese goods like cookware, household goods, office supplies, and even Japanese snacks. All items were reasonably priced. Service was excellent. I definitely will need to come back.

Lychee Sparkling water. Very refreshing, plus Sakura is a fave.

I'm always inspired whenever I stop by Daiso. I knew I wanted to browse, but my sister and I were able to find a few items to pick up for work and gifts. The store was clean and bright and there were plenty of options. We made it to the register pretty quickly and the cashier was very cordial.

    Love this for watering plants!

Daiso reminds me of a fun Japanese Dollar Store. I always try to stop in whenever I'm near one of these stores and was delighted that one opened in Dublin a few years ago. They carry unique items as well as seasonal products. They have dishes, kitchen gadgets, stationery, yarn, sandals, gardening supplies, pet items, snacks, drinks and so much more. Everything is organized and displayed beautifully! I love these long-necked squeegee bottles for watering plants (photo below). Prices have gone up but everything is still very affordable. Employees are all pleasant and friendly. Stop by and see what's new! Lots of parking available.

Huge Daiso in Dublin! I love it. My sister and I spent a lot of time here browsing and I bought a bunch of random stuff. I go here for random Knick knacks. I bought a small clear box to hold my soap dispenser and other small items on the sink counter. I also bought some cute cable protectors, beige colored pantyhose, folding fans, and a small handheld mirror. I love their crafting supplies section too. I never know what I find useful for my projects! I am also a fan of their knee high socks and black tights. I buy a lot of hosiery for costuming purposes. They also have some fun snacks and drinks in the front area. They also have a limited selection of Rilakkuma and other Sanrio things like pouches etc.

    Good stuff

The staff here are super sweet and friendly! Very cheerful! The place is super clean and organized! Wonderful place to shop! Thank you!

    Not made Thailand.

When it comes to packaged food from Asia, I only eat made in Korea or Japan. Came to this store on the Fourth of July day. My wife and I bought whole bunch of stuff, including a bag of takoyaki balls (it's similar to cheese balls.) It also shows Japanese writing on the back, so I thought it was made in Japan. When I got home and looked in the back, it says product by Thailand. Rather disappointed, that Daiso is misleading their products. Look at the attached pictures. I still give 3 stars because the customer service was good.

We were in Dublin for the day and enjoyed our stop at Daiso. It's very well lit, organized and stocked. Having been to the Concord store just the day prior, I was quickly reminded how much the stores can differ. It's so easy to buy lots of things I "must" have because heck, they're only $1.50. Location was fun as we hit Ranch 99 and this huge thrift store as well - both next door. Good stuff!

They have such cool useful things for all around the house at amazing prices. This location is super clean organized and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

Lots of Japanese-style chips and crackers

Dublin's Daiso has been open since September 2018. Location is next to Fitness 19 and a few doors down from 99 Ranch in Dublin. Its like a Japanese hybrid between Target and Dollar Tree or 99-cent Store. The Dublin store is pretty small by Daiso standards. I've been to really big ones in Vancouver BC and in San Francisco Japantown. They seem to have a pretty good selection of items, with many of them $1.50 each: * Plastic food storage containers * Lots of kitchenware and bowls * Stationery * Japanese snacks in the form of chips, crackers, and a few baked goods.

I happened to notice they have some unusual types of batteries. You know those button type of batteries

"Hey what are you doing with that duster?" As I walked the aisles of this new store, I couldn't help but notice a bunch of the employees having dusters in their hands. They actually go around dusting the shelves! And that aspect is what sets the store apart from other dollar stores. It's far cleaner, far brighter than similar stores. On the other hand it's $1.50 not $1. Some of the items are similar to Dollar stores, and others are from Japan. For example, there are many treats and pastries that apparently are made in Japan. I purchased a few pastries and we're going to have them tonight! I talked to several staff members, and they were very helpful and courteous. Probably you could find some of the items cheaper, as others have noted. But I think paying a little bit more is worth it, if you get a bright, clean store.

Horrible experience tonight in Ross at Dublin (7/7/26). First, I went to return pillows that I…read morepurchased yesterday. The girl that returned them gave me a voucher and had me run my credit card - I don't know why but I ran it. I returned to line to purchase a blouse. The girl who gave me the receipt for the voucher, never gave me the card - of this, I am absolutely certain. The clerk running the voucher couldn't use it because I didn't have the card...the one I was never given. Was the clerk going to use it for herself, assuming I was leaving the store?? So then, the manager gets involved; and he was SO unprofessional. He voided the voucher and put the return on my credit card, but stated he couldn't give me a receipt for the return since the return was the same day as the purchase. I told him I purchased the pillows YESTERDAY. Then he said, well check your app to see if it went through. When I told him I don't have the app, he unprofessionally admonished me with, "What you don't have an APP?" I said, "No, I'm elderly, I do not use an app. Then he dug a deeper hole and said, "Well you have that expensive credit card!?" When I stopped him and asked what my credit card had to do with anything, he said, "I was just joking." So incredibly trashy. So then...he says, well give me your phone number and I'll call you in the morning to see if the credit went through. I wrote the phone number down (I shouldn't have...but the line was growing and this was taking a long time)...and he said, I'll call you early. I said, "All I want is a receipt that I returned this." He insisted he couldn't give me one, and expected me to leave the store with his word, and no documentation that I returned the pillows. Then he said, "You want the pillows back and you can bring them back in!" I said "NO! All I wanted was to use the voucher to buy the blouse" - which I had handed to the clerk when I walked up. Do you know what HE SAID??? Well you never SAID THAT! I said "Yes! I handed the blouse AND the voucher to the cashier!" OMG...finally I said, can't you just do the return as if I didn't have a receipt and give me a new voucher and let me buy the blouse? He did that but now with a total attitude. I bought the blouse. As I walked out I mentioned to the first girl...who knew dang well she didn't give me the card voucher (I bet this isn't her first rodeo)...that she hadn't given me the card, only the actual receipt. She insisted she did. The question is, why did she need to run my credit card to give me a voucher? This is all very disturbing. I am done with this ghetto store. MARSHALLS IS WAY BETTER!

But my last visit completely made me question my support for this place. Each time I've visited this location, the fitting rooms were DIRTY, dusty, you can tell it doesn't get mopped or cleaned-- stepping on the ground directly is a negative, overall makes the shopping experience unpleasant. Today, was the worst visit though. The WOMEN'S RESTROOM was horrid! 3 stalls, 2 of which had urine on the seats, handicap stall wasn't as horrid but zero supplies! None of the stalls had toilet paper...NONE, no seat covers. This is so unacceptable for mothers with little ones, for those who may have medical needs, for new customers (first impression is not a thing?), and for ALL your customers?!?! Paper towel to dry hands with was just set on the counter with wet spots. How would anyone feel clean drying off with that? Extremely disappointing, walked out the ladies room feeling absolutely disgusting. Fitting rooms and restrooms are deal breakers.
