I came in with my family and we scheduled 4 appointments. 3 of us were seen right away, I ended up starting a 1/2 hour after, which was ok. Not a big deal. My daughter got a gel pedicure and wanted a design sticker on her toes. The one she picked was ornaments. It looked like it was more than one. Once put on, it was one ornament in the middle of her toe. She didn't like it, I didn't like it either. I told the lady and she said "your daughter is picky, she's a picky girl" then proceeded to talk to the other manicurist in a different language about me and my daughter. She then told me "she picked that" I told her that we both thought it was multiple ornaments. She just walked away and went to her next customer. They never fixed it after I requested it, I was willing to pay for another design. My mom dropped her watch there and we called to have them look for it and luckily they found it and for that I am giving 3 stars, other than that, the service was not good I've been to daisy nails plenty of times before the pandemic and I am very disappointed with the decline of quality of service and the disrespect we received today. I made an appointment on Friday for a Saturday morning pedicure. I don't normally like to schedule pedicures and pop in whenever but Covid has changed all that. My appointment was the first one available at 9am when they open. I got there a few minutes early and saw the staff rolling in. Key point is to make an appointment possibly first thing in the am because that little shop is busy! This review is strictly for pedicure as I don't do my nails there. Hannah was amazing with the organic pedicure and calf massage. I will definitely be back first thing in the morning again. Customer service is left to be desired here. This is my first and LAST time at this establishment. Got there, told the person working there I wanted to get a fill. So she proceeded to tell the nail tech sitting there to assist me. She acted like she didn't want to do anything let alone be bothered with a customer at that moment. Not a good impression! So she began to work on my nails and popped of the nails that were lifting. She hurt me 3x and I requested to have them soaked off instead. So Instead of doing what I asked- she gets a new nail tech to do my nails. This nail tech managed to cut my thumb with a nail file and put alcohol on the cut finger! I was done at that point! Paid for an overpriced new set after I just wanted a fill! Never again!! read more

I had my nails done while I was in Hawaii, and the acrylic they used was terrible. It started cracking within a few days. When I returned home, I called to schedule an appointment a Daisy, and I told her I wanted to have my acrylics removed and to do powder dip (which isn't available in Hawaii). When I arrived she recommended I do a fill and stick with acrylic, and she assured me she could fix them. Well, she did! I did a French ombré, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with her work. I didn't even need a fill until 3 weeks later. They were thin and natural looking, there was no lifting, no cracking, and no breaking. They use high quality products, and I will continue to get my nails done at Daisy. read more

Most painful nail experience of my life. I've done plenty of soak-offs and acrylic nail removals before, never like this. Spend over 75% of the time telling them that what they were doing was hurting. The lady did not care and would repeat the same thing, going over the same areas, knowing it hurt me.
