To know me is to know, I don't enjoy doing anything that involves car maintenance & don't know much…read moreabout it either. My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.

I took my car in to get the brakes checked out because I was hearing brake noise. It was also due…read morefor its oil change. My car sits in my garage during the winter so I needed some basic maintenance. When I dropped my car off, I let the guy at the desk know I wanted my oil changed, I wanted to find out and possibly repair what was causing the brake noise, top off fluids, and check both my engine and cabin air filters. I told him to give me a price for the cabin filter when he calls with the diagnosis of the brake noise, sense I've never changed that filter but I know they can be a little pricey. I dropped off in the morning and told the gentleman that I would be picking it up the next day, since I wouldn't get off work till late. The guy said no problem, it will be done tonight and waiting on you tomorrow. So as the day passes I receive no calls. I decide to call before they close to find out what happening. The guys says, yea it's done you can come get it. Wait what? What about asking me if I wanted to go forward with the brake repair. The guy says they changed the cabin filter, which I only asked for a price on it, and the oil. He said the brakes were fine and the engine air filter was clean. I say then what's the noise i hear? He said they didn't hear it and I would need to drive the car to recreate. The "noise" is easy to hear and consistent. So they obviously didn't test drive. The just did a brake inspection, which isn't exactly what I asked for. So I pick it up and the bill is 136.00. The cabin filter was 75 parts and labor, which I wouldn't have got if they had told me that, and a charge for brake inspection. The oil change was the standard amount I pay, but a little on the high end. I drive the mechanic around for 1 min and he says oh that's a warped rotor. 1: are you sure? All you did was guess from sound. 2: then why didn't you test drive it and call me with that diagnosis? Long story short, they didn't do what I asked, didn't communicate, and charged me for a service I only asked for a price on. Won't be going back.

Was charged for parts and labor I did not authorize. Took car in for an alignment, which would…read morehave been around $120. They discovered some bad bushings on several control arms that prevented alignment from being performed completely, which is reasonable as it is an old car. However, instead of immediately calling to see if I wanted to authorize additional costs for parts and labor beyond the normal alignment, they went ahead and replaced a control arm at an additional cost of about $185. Later, they did finally call to see if I wanted to spend yet another $500 for more parts needed to fully align, which I declined, and they notified me of the $180 of extra work already performed. I would have declined the work they performed without my authorization because I normally can make such repairs myself. I have never before experienced a situation where added work was performed without prior notification and approval. And they did not offer any resolution when I objected to this having been done, leaving me no choice but to pay it.

Finding a mechanic who truly understands the complexities of a modern BMW can be a headache, but…read more**Rick's Auto Center** knocked it out of the park. I brought my **2021 BMW X7** in because the AC was struggling to keep the cabin cool--definitely not what you want in a luxury SUV. The team at Rick's was professional from the jump. They didn't just throw parts at the problem; they performed a precise diagnostic, identified the cooling issue, and had it blowing ice-cold again in no time. ### Why I Recommend Them: * **Expertise:** They clearly know their way around high-end German engineering. * **Transparency:** They explained the issue clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting the work. * **Efficiency:** The turnaround time was impressive, especially considering the complexity of the X7's multi-zone climate system. If you're looking for a shop that offers dealership-level quality without the dealership-level runaround, Rick's is the place to go. My X7 feels (and cools) like new again!

Please take your vehichle to a reputable place and stay far away from Ricks service center....I mean just look at his reviews. I learned the hard way. The best thing is Mark will comment back about this and deflect and place blame on the customer ..again look at his bad reviews and he is so quick to respond and throw blame!!!! He is funny in a sad way..can't wait to see his response on here...
