I bought my house two springs ago, so the ancient, rattling a/c unit is my problem now and I'm dreading replacing it. Above and Beyond is keeping it spinning, including telling me what the likely next problems are - they were right on target and I needed an emergency repair in July for a fan motor that doesn't believe in two weeks' notice. They were able to call me back during that 10pm holiday weekend panic to let me know when they could get someone to my home, just another service had faster availability for 2am that night. They still continued to follow-up with me after that appointment with another provider to make sure everything was okay and came back for that line service just a few weeks ago. No judgement at all from Above and Beyond on how it was I had forgotten two summers in a row about the vinegar. These guys are timely, communicative, and great on pricing.
