I mean just by looking at it you can tell it's a fracture... so I went and got the watch pressure tested somewhere else and, lo and behold it failed pressure test from the fractured crystal. Don't waste your time here. This store is unprofessional and sloppy with their work. Would've been fine if you apologized and put a new crystal on, but lying to my face trying to gaslight me into thinking a fracture is a hairline scratch is just low and scummy.
