We needed 2 new sliding glass door screens and a small bathroom window screen. We discussed over the phone what we needed and he gave prices and explained options or sizes that would cost extra. We scheduled an appointment and Danny showed up within the window of time. The window and one sliding door screen he replaced within minutes which was awesome. The other sliding glass door screen we discussed how it got damaged (our dog) and decided to order with a dog door. He told us we needed a better frame and it would take 2 weeks for him to make. Exactly 2 weeks later he came with the new screen and integrated dog door, made some minor adjustments to make sure the weather seal and latched worked and was done. Danny seemed very nice by phone and we had him over for an estimate. After he had us take all the window screens down in our home, over 20 screens, he told us that because of the type of screens, it would be too much work and he wouldn't be doing the job. We probably would have paid him his ask, if he had made one. We would have waited for the work and any supply chain issues. But he just didn't want to do the work. This is a follow up to my other review since I am unable to add anything more to it. This business owner is completely delusional to the way he acts and the way he runs his business. He keeps stating that we fabricated our story with lies. Nothing we have stated is a lie. He is the one who has lied multiple times. He has the audacity to say we never inquired about our warranty. Of course another lie. The entire call was inquiring about the warranty in fact when his wife called the schedule the appointment I asked again and tried to explain what was happening. She was very short with me and said she was only calling to schedule the appointment basically letting me know she wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say, I just needed to wait for the appointment. Then he deletes some of the rude stuff he has posted in response to us. All one has to do is see how he responds to any review on here that isn't 5 star and you will see his true colors. We are not the first to post how rude, condescending and outright mean he is. Just read the reviews here that aren't 5 star and they will speak for themselves. If he cared at all about his business and customers he wouldn't react and respond the way he does. If he cared at all about his product and how it looks he wouldn't act like this.
