Just moved to the neighborhood. Was recommended this place for regular shmegular donuts. Happened to drive by and immediately pulled over at 6:30pm. Luckily Theyre open 24/7!!!! Finally! A normal donut! I'm so sick of these places opening up where they put a whole meal on them. Tried my fav sugar donut, they call it churro. There's another donut called old fashioned and the lady working said the difference is churro is a fluffy donut, old fashioned is a cake donut. It taste fresh, and fluffy! My partner had this cinnamon swirl kind. It was good! Better than other donut places. A donut was like $2.80? They had other things too, breakfast and coffee. I really liked this place and will definitely come again.

Craved a good donut and knew right where to go. Dandee's Donut does not disappoint. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, the location is reminiscent of an older location. The donut variety was good and we were happy with the selection. The donuts were fresh and delicious. My favorite is the sour cream glazed, and spotlight. Delicious delicious deliciousness! Wish there was a close location towards Miami. But when in Pompano, this is a great place to stop!

Love this place! Unique and delicious donuts and also other great food, both breakfast and other items. It's a fantastic spot to stop and get a quick coffee and donut or sandwich. They are very fast and efficient and priced reasonably as well. Also a great little location as you head toward the coast. Whether you like donuts, muffins, bagels, sandwiches, etc. Give them a try!

I Can't complain. Gets better every time I stop in. Nice job on the potatoes on the dandee ultimate. Big upgrade. The cook was a king tonight. Nice job! . Nothing but the best. Excellent service, great meal.

Only been to another Dandee location once, so this time as we drove by it made me hungry for a quick snack. My wife is a Dandee Donut virgin and she was astonished by the moist taste and size of the donuts on display. While waiting in a short line, the baker brought out a tray of massive cranberry muffins and the scent emanating from the bakery overwhelmed my senses. The Sour Cream donut was our choice and it did not disappoint. I tried to get a pic of it but it was so moist that it fell apart in my hand as I attempted to remove it from the carryout bag. Every bite was spectacular and consistent with the other location.

I recently stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I've been here many times to order donuts to go, but as I had more time, I decided to take a seat at the counter. Dandee is nothing fancy, but it's clean and if you're looking for that classic diner, long loved spot, you will find it here. Whenever I have sat at the counter, I've always found myself engaged in fun conversation with the people around me and the server. But for the introverts out there, you don't have to engage with the other chatty customers and there are also several tables as well. Breakfast here is solid, and they have the usual items you would expect on a diner menu. The coffee is good and the server will keep your mug topped off. I've always found the service to be great both at this location and the one in Deerfield Beach. If you are quick for time, you'll be happy to know that food comes out fairly quickly from the kitchen. The donuts are the star that brings most of the customers in. One of my favorites is the sour cream doughnut. There are so many different types to choose from that it can even be difficult when packing a Baker's dozen box to go. There is a reason that this place has been here for decades. It's also one of the only places in the area that is open 24 hours....like a true diner!

I love a local spot! I was introduced to this lovely little spot recently and I didn't know I needed it this entire time. Well worth it! The donut factory is so cute. When you walk in you can tell it's been around for a while. Reminds me of an old school diner in a movie. The service was great, they were quick and attentive. I can't wait to go back and grab a sour cream donut ! That was an amazing donut!

Great old time atmosphere with below average donuts. Cute old time looking donut shop in the heart of East Pompano. This place hasn't changed inside in at least 20 years. Cute diner bar seating, some even sunken like a 70s living room, helps with the allure and charm of this donut shop that's been here since I first moved to Pompano several decades ago. I found myself back in town and had to stop into the staple that is Dandee Donuts, but the ambiance is about where it stops. The service was okay at best. Despite being very busy (it took a while to even get a parking spot), they only had 1 person working the register for orders, even though they were fully staffed. As for the donuts, below average is being generous. Most were flavorless mounds of airy dough. The chocolate bar one with nuts in it was nearly inedible, their signature donut was not worth even the first bite - much less a second one, and the mochi donuts were either hard or completely devoid of flavor. The muffins, however, are the only reason I didn't give 1 star. They were huge, dense, and tasty. We tried pistachio (my son's favorite flavor right now) and blueberry. Both were good and we will probably try others next time we're in town, but will definitely skip on the donuts. I honestly can't remember if they were ever good or just a staple in the area that stays open late.

My first time ever at a Dandee Donuts and I was impressed by the sheer size of the fresh donuts. My hubby ordered a sour cream glaze donut and I loved it. Also the 1950's decor was a nice addition to the great tasting donuts.

Amazing friendly service from Mark, Sandy and the crew - always. The breakfasts and sandwiches at Dandee are great diner food. You can't beat it. The donuts are always next level no matter what you order and they bake them fresh round the clock! Try to steak egg and cheese on a house made plain bagel and you'll wonder why you ever ordered fast food breakfast sandwiches anywhere else! The store is always clean and the donuts are always restocked. The staff is friends and the restaurant it bright and clean. Always. The patio is a great place to enjoy a coffee and some wonderful south Florida sunshine.

What a delightful little spot! My friends have been telling me about this place for a while now, and we happened to be in the area this evening. We all decided to stop in for something seeet. First of all this place is open 24/7, you can't beat that for those late night sweet cravings. Immediately when I walked in, I felt like I was walking back into what I feel like would be a 70s 80s type restaurant theme. There is an array of menu items, from breakfast to some lunch options and definitely lots of sweet treats and baked goods. When I saw how plump their Boston Cream donut looked I knew I had to get one, it was fresh, very soft, and packed with that delicious cream filling, one of my all time favorites. My friends opted for the half a dozen donut variety, which all looked absolutely delicious.. I also ordered one pistachio muffin, which we all picked out for a little while, to realize how moist and delicious it was, after we finished it I went up to the counter and ordered a half dozen to take into my office tomorrow. I did a variety of flavors; corn, lemon, pistachio of course, chocolate, and a blueberry. The staff working inside, the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. I can certainly see why they have been around for so many years, and why they're open 24 hours a day seven days a week. Their donuts along with their baked goods are fresh and delicious, being baked all throughout the night so that customers can always enjoy fresh baked goods. I will be coming back here again in the near future and will be sharing the muffins with my coworkers! They're going to love them!

    Fruity Pebbles Donut

This Donut Factory was amazing! You walk in, and it looks just like a diner. We got 6 donuts. Key lime, fruity pebbles, blueberry cake, snickers, along with 2 filled donuts. The guy working the counter was amazing and had a very northern accent! The place itself is old, and a bit of hole in the wall, but I assure you that the donuts are more than worth it! The key lime donut is sour (in the way you want for Key Lime Donuts) and has a great amount of filling. The Boston Cream was also great, and had an exponential amount of filling, which is usually an issue. The fruity pebbles donut wasn't filled, but had an amazing pink frosting I would eat by the spoon if I could. Overall, great experience and I will definitely be back!!

Bro this place was fast and efficient. The food was hot and delicious. I'm not a big breakfast person but holy moly this omelette was amazingly delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the club sandwich which was the bomb! Glad we went the service and environment was the greatest plus you can end your meal with a yummy donut. Highly recommended

The location is lovely, overlooking the ocean. If it were cooler a patio spot would have definitely added to the experience. First, I need to be an old lady for two things: 1. The super tiny font on the menu. I could make out the menu item name but reading the fine print of the description was damned near impossible. While the ambiance-lighting may have contributed to the difficulty, I feel like they could have chosen a better, and bigger, font. 2. Noise level - it was awful. I will *never* understand why restaurant decorators fail to address a noise level. It was awful. We were with my elderly Aunt and WE were having difficulties, so I know she was. All three of us have been in the restaurant business and that was quite literally the first thing we commented on when we sat down. That aside our experience was terrific. The area where this is located is nice, shared parking nearby, and a number of places to walk by and look in or eat at (we did not do that ourselves). We did not make reservations and didn't have to wait too long for a table (it was summer, so I'd suggest reservations during the cooler months). Our waiter was Ariel and he was fantastic. I have a couple of food issues that helped me to make sure that I was able to work around. I ended out getting the Shrimp & Grits without the ham and it was super good. It was a little too much creole sauce for me, but still tasty. The portion was plentiful. One of my dining partners received a dish that I believe was also creole spiced and it was too spicey for her. Ariel helped her find something else to eat and took care of it immediately. Because of my delay, I totally forgot what my third dining partner ordered but she was pleased with her dish. (she was the repeat visitor, so I *know* she enjoys the place. Even though the noise level was dreadful during our entire visit, our visit was a good one. Thank you for reading my review.

The crisp watermelon mimosa was incredibly refreshing--light, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal!! My absolute favorites are the Cuban sandwich and the corned beef hash. Both are packed with flavor and are, by far, the best dishes on the menu in my opinion. Every bite was delicious!! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always friendly and attentive. If you're looking for an amazing brunch spot with fantastic food and refreshing drinks, I highly recommend Cafe Brie. I'll definitely be back!!!

Decided on a solution to fill my pancake cravings and Cafe Brie looked like a good place to do just…read morethat. Atmosphere: Nothing special here. A few small tables set against the wall and a few larger tables on the outside sidewalk. Doesn't look like much thought was placed on the design here. Service: Didn't wait at all for one of those small inside tables. My server was efficient and served my tea latte exactly as requested. Little things can often make the difference between a successful dining experience and not and here were a few of the small things that were provided that make a difference. I ordered the pancakes and my server suggested a side of scrambled eggs. The food: I received two pancakes which were well done, light and fluffy and the perfect size. I also received plenty of butter (so many places don't give you enough butter) an ample amount of steamed milk for my tea (another area that always seems to be pretty hard to get right). One thing that always drives me crazy was the fact that my scrambled eggs were served in the same dish as my pancakes. I hate this as the syrup inevitably gets to the eggs. Fortunately, I had a second small dish under my tea (which is also a great thing to get, to place my tea bag). I used this dish for my eggs. Another nice convenience was the mug for my tea which had a handle that I could actually put my fingers through (another area that restaurants fail to provide). In addition, I also ordered a side of sausage which came in patties form and was pretty tasty. The Bottom Line: As always my "customer so what" would I come back? The answer, probably. Although the ambiance was substandard, the food was good the service was as well so, it more than likely would be worth another visit on my next stop in town.
