Firstly, they accept Eyemed insurance. I was fully covered on my purchase! Secondly, the customer service is terrific! I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia, who was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me hone in on the perfect eyeglasses. I was also able to find a great pair of Gucci sunglasses, which EyeCare was able to get my prescription in as well. This highlights what I really like about the EyeCare location: it looks like it is very small and doesn't have a great selection of frames -- but they actually have a great selection of mid to high-end glasses! I was surprised to find Boss as well as Gucci and several other designer brands. I received a great deal on the lenses/frames, and have decided I will be headed back to this location in the future. The customer service is top-notch, and their lab did a terrific job on all three pair I got from them. If you are on the fence, call in and set up an appointment to try on some frames. You won't be disappointed!

Nothing screams "Bad Faith Business" than that... there has been a change in this place. It's not the same,...
