The last time I had an appt I was not contacted to confirm. I was not called or emailed as a reminder which I usually have was. I think it was rude of the staff to lie to tell me they had to "find me info" never calling me back. Just expecting me to go away. At least be straight up. At least be honest. Your staff made me feel stupid like I had did something wrong. I called 3 times within one week. She kept saying she had to find my info and then the last time all the sudden "new policy" for you.. as for the breast augmentation, early on I had concerns about one of my breasts not healing the proper way and it never really did. Horrible experience. My best friend had a breast augmentation from him and they came out perfect. Not for me. I was told I had a chest wall issues but it was an easy fix. He originally put 371cc on my left and 550cc on my right. It was so obvious from the moment I woke up from surgery. They kept assuring me it will heal and even out. Didn't happen. But fortunately for them, I had a lot of scar tissue build up on the left side and my breast never dropped into place So it needed to be fixed. When I went back, I told the nurse before I seen him that if I didn't have scar tissue build up I would still have to get the implant replaced because it was smaller than my right. His first comment to me when he walked in the exam room was "don't expect me to cover this" I was in tears. I just wanted him to admit he f*cked up. He was so rude. I had him remove the scar tissue and replace the left breast. Guess what, My 371cc was replaced with 500cc! $9000 later. And my scars are horrendous. I know it's a risk we take by doing this but I will never recommend him. read more

Deciding to have elective surgery at age 48 was a huge step for me. I had thought about wanting to get my breasts done for years, but was always too scared. In August of 2015, I got a breast augmentation with Doctor Reichner. As a result, I had no side effects from the anesthesia, nor I took pain medication and I healed fast and well.
