We came to Daniel's during Dine Out Fort Lauderdale and had such a great experience. We ordered the steaks and the drinks were amazing. What really stood out, though, was the service. Daniel, the manager, was fantastic and genuinely takes pride in creating a great experience for his guests. Our server Austin and Kevin were also amazing--attentive, friendly, and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the evening. You can tell when a restaurant has a team that truly cares about hospitality, and that definitely came through here. Great drinks, delicious food, and outstanding service. We'll definitely be back!

Went straight in for the main event..the 45 day dry aged prime cowboy ribeye, 22 ounces, split three ways. This cut does not play around .. deep, funky, dry-aged flavor in every bite. Sides were not an afterthought here. Maine Lobster mac & cheese loaded with aged cheddar, aged gruyère, parmesan, and lumachine pasta. It was super rich, creamy, gone in minutes. Truffle potatoes right behind it. Both portions were the perfect size to share among three and we left stuffed, not but stuffed-stuffed.

DAMN DANIEL! ha....ha...but really, this was such an enjoyable meal. From drinks to food to service, every aspect of our meal was divine. We enjoyed the classic Daniel's martini and chips and dip with bread to start. We then had wagyu carpaccio and oysters. For a main we split the 32oz wagyu rib eye with lobster Mac and creamed spinach. What. A. Treat. My husband and I both agreed this was the best steak of our lives. There was a "happening" atmosphere and I understand why this spot is always booked. We will be back!

Just stopped in to try out Daniel's happy hour menu. I sat at the watching the World Cup. I did the $22 happy meal which is a Smash wagyu burger with rosemary fries with a dirty martini. I loved the idea of a simple adult happy meal. I added a Caesar salad which was amazing. The bar area and dining area was very well setup. The bartender made sure I was okay. For happy hour I would say it was a good meal and nice place to unwind.

JUSTIN was a superb server. He described specials and all beefs with mouth watering explanations. We had a hard time deciding because we had so many choices. The service was exceptional and the restaurants energy was contagious. The presentation of each item was magazine beautiful and the meals were so flavorful, we were guessing what the fresh ingredients were. Every item on the menu is from Florida including fresh vegetables and fish from our ocean and meat farmed locally. "A MUST TRY" MICHELIN STAR NOMINATED 2025 and 2026

Daniel's was perfection! I arrived about ten minutes after they opened. They do only have valet which when I went was $12 (without tip). I did driver around a bit to see if they had street parking but I decided to just do valet instead. I came for their "Dine Out Lauderdale" menu and decided to just sit at the bar. I ordered the lychee martini from their happy hour menu (Happy Hour is Tuesday - Thursday 5-7pm) and the Caesar salad, Petite Filet and Swirl ice cream. I did add the bread service which was an additional charge but the sour dough and ricotta honey was worth it. The bartenders were all super sweet, bar was packed pretty quickly. I would say the ambiance can go from a nice date night dinner to happy hour or even a girls night dinner as well. I also got the mezcal happy hour drink, I think it was called saddle up. I did see a lot of people at the bar ordering a "happy meal" which comes with a martini, one slider and fries. I will definitely come back and try it in the future. Thank you Daniel's, this was just the dinner I needed during my staycation.

Our first visit to Daniel's exceeded every expectation. The food was outstanding, the quality of the ingredients was impeccable, every dish was beautifully presented, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Martino for making our evening so enjoyable. This is truly one of the finest restaurants in South Florida, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Ironically, we almost never came. Nearly two years ago, neighbors shared that they had a disappointing experience and never received a response after writing to the owners. Because of that, we kept putting off trying Daniel's. When we saw the Dine Out Fort Lauderdale menu, we decided it was finally time to make our own decision and we're so glad we did. It was exceptional in every way. Thanks again to Martino for suggesting the olive oil on the sourdough. It too was exceptional and we purchased a bottle to bring home!

Everything is great at this restaurant; only downside is it was slammed and it's hard to walk at all when people are blocking the walkway. The steak was incredible.

I can't argue about their food. I had their filet mignon done rare, Pittsburgh style, and it turned out to be totally delicious. It was one of the best I've ever had, with a perfect Pittsburgh char. The beef was from the DemKota supplier, which I had never heard of. But, a quick Google let me know it is one of the most exclusive and best of meat suppliers. Not many restaurants openly let you know where or from whom they purchase their meats. That is probably for good reasons as you may find out you are eating the same quality of meat from the same supplier to Pubiix, or worse. What I didn't like about Daniel's is that they don't respect reservations. We had reservations but got that old "why don't you have a seat at the bar" routine. So we sat, sat and sat at the bar for so long we finally gave up and ordered our meals at the bar. Also, the noise level. I was downright excruciating. We couldn't even have a conversation. So, though Daniel's steakhouse food is five starts, their ambience and comfort level is only a miserable lowly one star; hence my overall rating is three Yelp stars

We had such an amazing anniversary dinner at Daniel's Steakhouse! We decided to try the Dine Out Fort Lauderdale menu and it was honestly such a great value, especially for the quality of the food and the overall experience. The service was above and beyond from the moment we sat down. Everyone was so nice, professional and attentive without being over the top. Jordana and Karl took fantastic care of us and really made our anniversary dinner feel special. The food was incredible. The Wagyu pasta was definitely one of the highlights of the night, and the burrata was SO good. Everything we had was delicious. Such a great experience from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

10/10 didn't disappoint. I had visited the one in Miami and loved it so much, it was natural to try the original. The service was great everyone was on top of things offering to sever us our food when plates didn't fit on the table it was great! The food is beyond amazing. Every dish is made with a lot of attention to details and it shows. We were celebrating a birthday and it was fantastic time. Thank you

5+ stars!!! 1st class dining in every aspect. Service is top notch. A whole team will serve your table. From the captain to servers and bussers, everyone is respectful, helpful, and polite. The food was delicious. We started with steak tartar and crab cake. The crab cake was all crab and the accompanying sauces (including a Meyer lemon sauce) made it different than the many crab cakes I have had in Maryland. We shared a porterhouse, which was plenty for two with enough to take home. The meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. We ordered the corn pudding which was decadent. It's like the sweetest, richest creamed corn you will ever eat. Dessert was an excellent key lime pie. The staff recognized Husband's birthday with a card. Two managers stopped by at different times to check in. Tables are close and the place is noisy, so not the place for a quiet date. Overall, Daniel's is a well oiled machine that provides fine dining that until now, I had yet to see in Broward county. Yes, it's pricey, but great for a special occasion.

This place is beyond amazing! The quality of the food is top notch, definitely worth every penny! I came with my husband to celebrate his birthday and he was welcomed with a birthday card-- a detail I've never seen before at any other restaurant! We tried the wagyu meatball, the wagyu and pearls and the crab cake (made from really blue crab) from the appetizers and they were all mouth watering but the favorite was the wagyu and pearls tartare which included caviar. From the entrees we ordered the FLORIDA ARROWHEAD DELMONICO 140Z (melts in your mouth, so delicious!) and Wagyu DENVER STEAK 80z --so good! The double baked potato is like nothing I have ever had, so delicious and so different-- no words to describe it. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion!!!

Ask the Community - Daniel's, A Florida Steakhouse

Looks like they offer dining room seating and something called federal highway seating. What's the difference and any suggestions?

There is a seating area at the front of the building adjacent to Federal Highway, its slightly more segregated from the seating area in the restaurant, I like it when we have a group of six, maybe 8 people. No real "view" unless maybe you like…

The flavor packed into the carrots is amazing.. smoky, spicy, and maple! The sweet potatoes still in the skins, but soooo sweet without any need for added sugar. I wish that this place existed up in PA! We also grabbed a Mint Lemonade - which I didn't realize would be bottled by Naked Farmer - full flavor, no added ingredients. That should tell you something…read more My girlfriend and I were actually planning to go to the Boca location, but while we were in Fort Lauderdale we stumbled across Living Green Cafe there instead. That ended up being perfect because we didn't have to go out of our way, and we were genuinely impressed. First of all, the restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance and design were easily a 10/10. It feels modern, comfortable and inviting, and there is a much wider variety of food and beverages than I expected. What I really loved is that you have options. There is prepared food displayed behind the glass that you can mix and match and purchase by the pound, but you can also order directly from the regular menu. Naturally, we did both. I ordered the Hungry Man burrito, which I've had before and already knew I liked. Chicken, avocado, cheese... simple, filling and good. Then we built a plate from the prepared foods. We got salmon, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and squash. And let me tell you about this squash... I DO NOT EAT SQUASH. Apparently I do now. It was so flavorful that I kept going back for more. I genuinely walked out of Living Green thinking, "Okay... maybe I actually like squash." The Brussels sprouts were also amazing, the salmon was good, and the sweet potatoes were delicious. My girlfriend and I try to eat fairly clean and lean toward vegetarian and pescatarian meals, so finding somewhere where neither of us feels limited is a huge plus. Living Green had plenty of options whether you want vegetables, seafood, chicken, vegan choices, smoothies, juices or something a little more substantial. Their broader menu includes items such as wraps, salmon, roasted vegetables and Brussels sprouts. If I had one critique, a few of the prepared items could use a little more seasoning for my personal taste. But that is nowhere near enough to keep us from coming back. Actually... We could literally eat here every day. That's probably the best compliment I can give a healthy restaurant because sometimes "healthy" food feels like something you tolerate because it's good for you. This did not. There were enough choices that we could come back repeatedly, eat completely different meals, and still stay pretty close to the way we prefer to eat. Ambiance: 10/10 Variety: 10/10 Healthy options: 10/10 Brussels sprouts: 10/10 Squash: Apparently 10/10 because Living Green converted me. We will absolutely be back every time we're in the area.

It was my first time here, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The lighting was dim, the vibe was just right, and I instantly felt like I was among my people. As a vegetarian, it can sometimes be hard to find a healthy cafe where you actually have plenty of options. Even though the place is currently under renovation, it didn't take away from the atmosphere at all. While ordering my beet based juice (I think it was called "Something Stiletto"), I noticed a cozy sofa that felt like home, so I grabbed a seat while my partner placed the order. My drink was a fresh pressed blend of kale, beets, cucumber, carrot, banana, apple, and lemon!! All vegan and it was absolutely delicious and filling. The price was reasonable too, which made it even better. My partner ordered tea, and we noticed they offer a wide variety of food options, from a hot station to pre made sandwiches. One thing I didn't like, though, was seeing a staff member return food (like broccoli and macaroni and cheese) back into the serving area after it appeared to have been part of someone else's order. That didn't sit right with me. As a vegetarian, cross contamination is already something I'm mindful of and beyond that, it raises concerns about food safety and allergies. Because of that, I'll likely avoid that section in the future. That aside, we ended up staying longer than expected because the space was so comfortable. People were working on laptops, having lunch, and just doing their own thing. It had a really relaxed, welcoming energy. The place was clean and organized, and while the staff seemed busy (so I didn't really experience much direct service), it wasn't an issue. Overall, I'll definitely be back. It's not always easy finding a spot with this many vegetarian friendly options and such a great atmosphere, and this place delivers on both.
