They did a terrible job and after their so called repairs my pool developed a large crack along the bottom of the pool. They said they would repair it that fall and then ended up bailing on me and left my pool empty and uncovered for the entire following winter (I had paid them for a safety cover which I didn't receive until the following winter). When they finally showed up again the following spring to fix the crack in the pool, my pool had developed more cracks along the sides of the pool due to their negligence of leaving the pool empty and uncovered all winter. The concrete edging around my pool that they replaced is coming off in chunks. Staples from the "repairs" are literally pushing out of the pool walls. Cruz came out to look at the pool and decided he wouldn't warranty any of the work and wanted to charge me an additional 20k to fix it. I have had 3 other pool contractors look at the work Happy Pools did on my pool and they were all honestly horrified at the state of my pool thanks to the shoddy workmanship of Cruz and his team.

This practice raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. Exploiting customers is not a sustainable way to grow a business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. It appears that pricing is very inconsistent and possibly based on profiling customers, which is unacceptable. To this day, I still cannot justify how a quoted price of $120 increased to $200 within just a few days. They still have the price as $120 per visit on their page - isn't that deceptive!

It looks like barring a miracle, we won't even be able to use our pool on memorial day as the pool and chemicals are cloudy and our cleaner is not working properly: "I have called seven times to your office over the past three days. The first time I called on Wednesday to confirm that my service was on Thursday and it would be performed as scheduled. They confirmed yes. On Thursday (yesterday), I called because at 11 am, no one had arrived for the scheduled service that day. The front office again told me not to worry and assured me they would be coming that day, Thursday. Then I called again at 3 pm because no one was there and they said I was next on the Thursday schedule, and they should be at my home shortly. At 5:15 PM when no one had still arrived, I called again and your office was now closed. I left a message on the general number. I also called your "emergency line" and left a message there. No one ever returned my call. No one ever showed up!! Today (Friday) I called this morning and they said someone would be coming today. Then when no one arrived by 11 am, I called again and they said they didn't know what was going on and would call me back. No one did. I called again and the office was closed." So, if you want to spend your time chasing down customer service and looking at an unusable pool for the memorial day weekend, this may be your company for weekly service. Just don't ask for Thursdays, that's our day!!! (Dripping with sarcasm ).
