Once there, we were met by Acct. Exec. Sarah DePover. She showed us two cars she thought we might like and was very informative about each of the vehicles. She then encouraged us to take test drives of each, which we did. There are not a lot of used cars to chose from at this location, but Enterprise has stores all around the country and for a fee, one can have a vehicle shipped/driven in. We also became aware that one can basically "shop" for all Enterprise used cars on sale by way of their website, which will show all the vehicles they have for sale around the country. We accessed and perused the website after visiting the car lot and found the website very user friendly. We honestly can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sarah was. She knows a lot about cars and is a true ambassador and asset for Enterprise, but it is her service oriented, upbeat, personable demeanor that makes us wish we could have found and bought our "dream car" from her.

They have great pricing and always can fit me in on short notice. We have taken three different vehicles here. Sure the guys at the front desk can be short. If you want the full customer service experience go pay 50-100% more at a dealership. My only negative remark is sometimes it takes them a bit longer than stated for repairs. I try to drop our stuff off early in the day and pick it up end of day to avoid problems.

This review is for both Mike Juneau's body shop as well as sales since I really can't do two…read morereviews. First, the body shop. My car was hit by a truck tire complete with attached axle and brake rotor on the interstate while heading to work, disabling the car completely. I called the body shop ahead of my arrival with the tow truck and they were very accommodating while I was dealing with the tow as well as with insurance. Insurance ended up totaling out the car due to the extent of the damage (the tire hit the car so hard it shattered the battery and severed the cord for the airbags, so none of them went off). When I came to collect my belongings out of my car, staff was very helpful, removed my license plates for me and shared their shock and awe at what happened to me and that I was okay. Next, sales. Rick Katz called me and offered up some replacement vehicles, including the newer version of the vehicle that was killed by the tire. Rick was extremely easy to work with and very flexible, offering different options without being pushy or aggressive, extremely key for me. While I ultimately went with a different vehicle, it wasn't through any fault of Rick's and he worked hard to get my business. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Independent tire place told me every mechanic has a simple tool to do that and charged me $35. Called Aug 2026 to do a new lease. John Doyle, who sold me current lease didn't return my call. Ten days later I called Sales Mgr Randy Tennies, told him what I was looking for. He said he had exact car, it would be on his lot in a couple days and he'd call me. He didn't call or return my calls. Went to Boucher and in 2 days drove off with new lease, $32/mo less than Tennies quoted.

They had an opening from a cancellation on Tuesday morning, so I took that opening, and I was able to drop my car off on Monday evening. There is a key lockbox, and the the exterior has cameras all around for security. They finished the work about 6 hours before the estimated time (I was told evening, and it was done about noon on Thursday). I picked up the car on Thursday evening when I was available with no problem. They were thorough with instructions to protect the work done. I highly recommend Blackout.
