Our small law firm has an old Lenovo computer that we use only for billing with outdated software…read moreand we wanted to avoid having to purchase the newer expensive version. The hard drive was failing and an IT tech recommended having it "imaged," which would result in an exact duplicate that would not require any software reauthentication. He also recommended Tech Care as the folks to do it. They initially tried doing an automatic imaging, which didn't take, so they attempted to manually image it and were successful. The computer now has a more reliable SSD drive (no moving parts) and it indeed works exactly as it used to (only faster). Eddie informed me that the old drive had maybe one month left before it completely failed. LIFE SAVERS!!! I broke my work laptop charging cable, and my old laptop doesn't hold a charge without being plugged in. I NEED a laptop for work.
