However, there is no clear confirmation that hot water is actually being used. After washing and drying my sheets, they were still visibly filthy and covered in what appeared to be dog hair. I'm not sure whether the contamination came from the washer or the dryer, but either way, my linens came out dirtier than when they went in. I ended up having to take everything to a reputable laundromat I've used before and pay to rewash it all. Total waste of time, money, and energy.
