They were always honest with expectations and clear if a stain might not come out. Recently I took my military uniforms there and they did an AMAZING job tapering the legs. For anyone that has had uniforms, they are all the same length and need to get hemmed which makes it tough for slimmer, shorter people. My pants were too wide at the base of the legs and it just didn't look good. They tapered the pants down so they fit better, looked more professional, and still within regulations. They also took some stains out of my summer whites! If you are military and in the area, I highly recommend getting your uniformed serviced here.

My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. I do wish attendants were faster at emptying out their drop off service loads off the machines as I am often waiting for them to empty out their machines. And the attendants occupy anywhere from 20-60% of the machines sometimes. If not 70% of the larger machines. It seems the attendants are more focus on folding the drop off service clothes so they tend to leave the machines just sitting with clothes inside while DIY customers are waiting for the machines to get emptied out by them
