Dr Morris is a great surgeon and makes you feel at ease. I am terrified of being put under so I was really scared but Dr. Morris was amazing. He is quick to get started so I didn't even realize what was happening so didn't have time to panic. One minute we were having a fun conversation and the next I was awake and everything was done! The only thing I can say is I think they should give you more info about aftercare. I thought they would explain everything to my boyfriend but he didn't even come up at the end they brought me down to him however the office staff was very quick to answer any of my questions when I called over the next several days. We initially went to Dr. Morris for a consultation to see if we wanted to use them for wisdom teeth removal for both our sons and we're told it would be free for the consult. After the consult we got the run around on pricing and by the time we eventually got the pricing we had decided to get a second opinion with Lakeshore Oral and Maxillofacial Surgury in Lake Elsinore. Not only did we get better service but we saved money and Lakeshore did a fabulous job. A month later we got a bill from Dr. Morris for $116 (after insurance for the consult). We called and they told my wife we should not have been told it was a free consult and they did not stand behind their word. I recommend you do NOT go to Dr. Morris but instead go to Lakeside Oral. read more

Any type of dental work is going to be painful and since I was already in mass amounts of pain - Dr. Morris and his team were making sure I did not suffer more. Although our daughter is 18 years old, they all treated us like a family and explained the total procedure for removing her 4 wisdom teeth. Let me start by saying I haven't been to a dentist in years! So when I started the process with my regular dentist with my teeth and he told me it was time to get my wisdom teeth pulled, I was instantly nervous and anxious. Being put to sleep is terrifying for me. Fast forward to the day or surgery, everything is smooth, everyone was kind, and it went fast. Every single person from the office staff to Dr. Morris was kind and calming and understanding. I would recommend them again and again. Just for that. Dr. Morris performed oral surgery on my son whose wisdom teeth were impacted severely and I was so worried about several issues. First that he would be sedated under general anesthesia and I wasn't aware of this doctors expertise for regulating this safely in children. Dr. Morris, who has over 30 yrs professional experience, heard my concerns and personally came and calmed me down prior to the surgery. Secondly, I was concerned with the impaction close to the nerves in my son's mouth, and if the doctor would be able to extract without causing damage to the nerves. Dr. Morris was able to extract all teeth and didn't have to leave any pieces of tooth in his mouth. He also put bone graphs in to help maintain the structure of his gums, which I feel was an extra step to go above and beyond just pulling teeth and closing up a hole. They kept me informed during surgery, which was thorough, but fast and Dr. Morris again came and personally spoke to me about the surgery afterwards to let me know how he did and that everything went as planned and my son did great! The swelling after surgery was moderate, but literally only lasted about three days total. Dr. Morris sent us home with antibiotics as well as prescribed pain medication appropriate for a child along with instructions on how to properly care for his mouth. Having to have wisdom teeth pulled or any kind of oral surgery is very stressful, but Dr. Morris and his team were wonderful and put us at ease straight from the start. They were very thorough from the very first appointment, preparing us for surgery, and what to expect, Pre-surgery and post op care. I highly recommend them for any dental surgical needs. read more

Worst customer service ever.. I went in for an extraction. Paid a copay that was high, but since I was in so much pain I agreed. Received the statement from my insurance and I over paid. Have been trying to get a refund for 4 months. And all I get is that someone will call me back and no one ever does. Finally a month ago someone did call me back and said they would issue a refund and that has not happened yet. We are going on 8 months since I received service. If I had not paid the bill they would have sent me to collections by now.. so it was easy for them to take my money and not to issue me a refund.. will never return to that office. From the front office to the back office to the surgery room, my experience was phenomenal. I was sent to Dr. Morris from my dentist office to get a tooth pulled. In my consultation I already knew that I was in good hands. The girls in the front office are very friendly and the young man who called me to the back(I think he is a dental assistant) is so professional and knowledgeable of his work, he made me feel so comfortable and was easy to talk to. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but Dr Morris assured me that their was nothing to worry about. He had nice soft jazz music playing (which I love) to put me at ease as well as the laughing gas. from start to finish it took about 20 to 30 minutes. I have debilitating anxiety when it comes to medical procedures I mean it's just awful. Yet somehow, the day of my medical procedure with Dr. Morris was one of the most pleasant days of my life. Before he entered the room I was crying, but his caring demeanor immediately and drastically eased my awful feelings of anxiety. I had my wisdom teeth extraction done here, and the whole process from making the appointment to my recovery was wonderful! All of my phone conversations before my surgery day were with Candy (not sure how to spell it, but she's one of the lovely women at the front of the office) and she was so so kind and helpful. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to phone calls but she was always comforting and understanding. She also called me 3 days before my surgery day to walk me through what would be happening and reassured me that I could call if I had any more questions. On the day of my actual appointment, all three ladies who were at the front desk were extremely sweet and welcoming, and Dr. Morris as well when I met him just before they took me back for the surgery. (You can really tell that he loves what he does!) What I really like about this office is that everyone is a person - that sounds strange, but they're all personable, talkative, and all-around nice. They do a great job of making everyone who steps into their office feel welcomed and comfortable. On top of that, they're efficient!! My whole surgery wasn't more than 45 minutes. I was really anxious about getting my wisdom teeth extracted, but the combination of my phone calls with Candy and the overall atmosphere of the office really calmed my nerves. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. There are other dentists in the area that deserve your business. We were referred here by our regular dentist and the initial reviews looked promising. The office is nice and the people are welcoming at first. Once we signed up for service though, that's where the nightmares began. They obviously have too much business so experiences start to feel rushed. Since the staff and doctor bounce between locations we were left sitting in the hallway waiting for someone to show up and a couple times we had appointments where they just never showed up. I had complications after the surgery and I attempted to go back to Dr. Morris multiple times, but I was forced to go back to my regular dentist because the utter lack of professionalism to be in the office when they scheduled a time. This happened to me and my husband so this is a pattern, not an uncommon occurrence. I tried to talk to the office manager, but she was rude and dismissive about every concern I brought up. Gabby had an excuse for everything and never owned the problem or attempted to make it right. When I tried to escalate my situation to the dentist directly he was very patient and understanding at first, but then referred me right back to the office manager. Needless to say nothing was resolved. Nothing was handled. And in the end Dr. Morris stopped reaching out to me as well. If the doctor and the staff don't care then they obviously have plenty of other customers they can take advantage of without addressing my complications from their incompetent work. My husband and I both went to Dr. Whithworth in Temecula and we could not be happier. Do not waste your time coming here. read more
