Nerf dart guns DO NOT work!!! Don't bother. No concession stand. Not enough seating. Not worth the price.

We have a birthday party in this location and, while my child had tons of fun, I as a parent, will not return with him. Let me start by saying that the birthday party was $300 plus taxes, not so affordable per say. The deposit is $100 at booking at you will pay the remining the day of the party, a grand total of $324. Upon booking I receive an email stating my party was reserved and all. I didn't hear a word until I decided to email them back asking for a confirmation emails and other details. A day prior to the party I received a phone call stating the following: 1. My party reservation was received and we are good to go 2. Kids needed to sign a waiver and bring socks (they are $2 if you don't bring any btw) 3. What type of Domino's pizza I wanted (I am not a fan of Dominos) 4. Drinks to choose from either water, soda or Gatorade. 5. Lastly, a phony apology saying "we are sorry but we must tell you, you need to be here 15 minutes prior the party. The arena experience starts running from the time the party starts, example: 2pm to 4pm, so from the 2pm start- 70 minutes later the gun battle will be over." This is ridiculous, who in the world arrives to a party 15 minutes prior to start? We are talking about children, and busy adults taking time off on a weekend to drive their kid across town to celebrate a birthday. I didn't think much of this, so I carry on with my usual night. The day of the party! We arrived 15-minutes earlier, and I couldn't find an attendant to provide any check in information or a brief laying of what's supposed to happen. I had to begin asking people that we were here for a party and what should we do. Some of the workers on this location have no clue how to properly reply when asked a question. My child had appointed a cart, a dirty cart to place the cake and ice cream on top, and on the bottom, shelve, the shoes and present should be placed. The cart at least had a name tag, sitting by the front desk area and near the front entry, anyone could easily pick a gift box and walk away. As usual guests arrived within 15 minutes of the party starting, so get this, the time on the area, was already running as well. By the time, they all got settle and done, 35 minutes had pass, to include the safety briefing and allowing each child to pick a lousy nerf gun. The selection is so poor, please bring your own, or you will be highly disappointed or pay out of pocket for an UPGRADE, who pays for an upgrade at a birthday party? Really? That's another downside to this "experience". My child and friends only got to play 40 minutes in the area, 40 minutes!!!!!!!!- even though the package stated 70 minutes (misleading!!!). And, they did not play as a party, they were grouped in like chickens in a coop and played against other kids, kids we did not know, kids who were rude and spoke bad words, and were plain vulgar. Did I pay for my child to share the arena with another party and their guests? But wait that's not all, there is also limited sitting area for us, parents, so what are we supposed to do? Stand on my feet and watch my kid play for a whole hour? The accommodations for guests not playing (adults) is limited to none. We left, took a small walk in the shopping plaza and returned, never have I left my child's birthday party, but my guests weren't too happy either. Playing ended, everyone ate pizza, cake, ice cream, and enjoyed. We took pictures. At the very end, we were given tokens to play on the arcaded games. There are if I remember correctly 6 or 7 arcade games. Kids had to take turns to play, I never seen such a thing. This place is so small, and is all blue, the walls are blue, I think also the carpet? What that hell? Do something with that décor setup. When it was time to check out, I was walked to the front door and asked about my payment which a provided, and then if I wanted to give them a TIP, a TIP for what? I just paid $324, I would think the services I paid for included an attendant for the party, so why should I tip for a job you are getting paid to do? I didn't like the way I was asked to give a tip, usually I just sign the receipt and decide what to include in there. This party was not worth in my opinion $324, no way! We had so much fun a Main Event, D&B and Chucky-Cheese for god sake. I am glad my son liked when I asked if he wanted to return, he said no, am good. Let's go to D&B next. There is so much improvement that can be done with this business, but I will take my earnings somewhere else read more

Dart'em Up is so much fun! My 9 year old and 6 year old love this place. It is so great to have an indoor space to get out of the heat and get all of their energy out! The games are fast paced and well organized. My kids also love that they can bring their own nerf guns from home. The staff are so nice and helpful. We will keep coming back! read more

What an awesome place! I have a 7 and 13 year old so to entertain both with the same activity can be challenging. Not at this place, they both had a blast!! Everyone from the check in, the refs and the owner were all great! The refs are great in the arena. They manage the games well and help the kids if needed. Had a GREAT experience @DartemUp today for my son's 11th birthday celebration with four of his closest friends. I was apprehensive of a group gathering in such a 'hands-on place' but my mind was quickly set at ease when we walked in the doors. The owner and staff of this facility have gone far above and beyond to re-open while maintaining remarkable sanitation standards. We saw employees cleaning, wiping, and sanitizing...everything. There are sanitation stations for patrons to use as well - which I love because we are ALL in this together - you can wipe something you touch too! After speaking with the owner in passing, I learned many protocols have been recently instated to ensure the safety of patrons and staff. I commend fellow business owners who have taken this challenge and raised the bar to adjust their operating models under the current State guidelines, which is neither easy nor cheap. I highly recommend supporting such a great, locally owned, business. read more

Had a 10 year old birthday party here. The boys talked about it for weeks before and loved every minute. It was super well organized, clean facility, and for 12 ten year olds, couldn't have been better. Highly recommend. read more

We hosted my daughters big 10 birthday here and when I tell you the owner Jerry and his staff are simply amazing. We had a party of 42 kids and it was a BLAST. The staff was SUPER accommodating please note I thought I would only have about 30 guest.. They did nothing but help and the party went off without any hesitation. Had a good deal going for 4 kids, but that was the only good thing about it. All kids in our group got shot in the face and referees did nothing about it. Guns don't work, had to trade out all guns for different ones, which still didn't work well. Big kids in same group as the little ones and only half way through did they separate into different rooms. I decided not to get another hour in the arena and instead play in their "arcade", but got ripped off by the cost of tokens for each game. Won't go back, would not recommend - especially for parties. Let me start by saying: it was fantastic! My son's 9th birthday party was a huge hit with him, me and all the guests. Thank you to all the wonderful hosts who were amazing. The owner came and introduced himself to us and personally checked how things were going. The arena was super fun, the bathrooms very clean, the party room was big enough and had everything we needed. Plus we got a ton of tokens for the arcade and even thank you gifts! Wow! And despite another review complaining about the cost being high I think the price was more than fair considering the five star treatment and all the extras we got! Thank you! Today was the first time our family has gone. Me and the kids (age 5-14) had so much fun. We brought our own guns and used some of theirs. I highly recommend using guns that are easy to reload. I was shot most often while reloading. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because about 50% of the darts would misfire or just flop out of the gun. You reuse the darts laying around the floor so they get beat up pretty bad. I wish they would rotate in newer darts more frequently or use better darts overall. Everyone in our family definitely wants to go back. read more

We had our youngest daughter's birthday party here this past Saturday. The facility was nice and clean. We had a number of helpful young people who kept up with the kids needs for registration and picking out guns. Dart Em Up assigned us two party coordinators. The rules were given and safety glasses were provided. Many of the younger girls were nervous about the concept of nerf gun fights but with in 10 minutes everyone was enjoying themselves! My son just celebrated his 11th birthday at Dart Em Up. It was easy to book the reservation online and I received an email right away letting me know they will reach out to me once the party is confirmed. I didn't hear back in 48 hours so I emailed requesting confirmation. When I didn't receive an email response I called the next day and they confirmed immediately. All I did was show up with a cake and they did everything else. The owner introduced himself to me and our hostess, Bailey, was EXTREMELY patient and great at keeping the kids in control. This place is amazing!!!!!! Just had my sons 7th birthday there recently and couldn't have picked a better place for it! The kids had an absolute blast. Several parents that came to the party have already told me their kids want to have their next party there too. The owner goes above and beyond to help make your visit super fun. And the young lady who helped plan/organize our party was just perfect! They handled the food, drinks, plates, party bags, arcade game tokens, etc. All I had to bring was my kids and the cupcakes. We hosted my son's 6th birthday party here this past weekend and it was the absolute BEST party we've ever had! The owner and his incredible staff of party hosts thought of every last detail. They run an incredibly smooth operation and for a busy working mom, this is everything! The boys had a blast, ran off all their energy in the nerf battle and then devoured pizza and drinks (that were included in the party package price) afterward. The facility is clean, bright and colorful. My eight year old went to a birthday at Dart Em Up a few months ago and talked about it almost every day between then and when he had his party there. This place is great! And just when you thought you'd been to every birthday place out there. We talked to the owner for a long time, he is a small business owner with his son who decided to open this place. I love that. The staff was very accommodating and professional. All the party rooms have big screen TVs and netflix so you can put on a shoe for the party if you want. We had Star Wars to go along with our theme, the other party we went to opted for youtube Dude Perfect videos. Our party helper was the best one we've ever had at one of these birthday places. She even wrote and mailed our son a thank you note. Adorbs. You know it is a great party when the kids eat in absolute silence because they are so exhausted from playing! Been to Dart'em Up 4 times now, including having a bday party there for my 9 yr old son. Every time has been fun-filled for the kids. The staff is upbeat and super attentive, they really made my son feel special on his birthday. The private room + party room ran smoothly and their party captain Ryan was great. I had also brought my four year old son, who was too young to play in the arena but had a blast with the arcades. The referees there are awesome, especially Kira (Kyra? Not sure how to spell it.), I think that was her name. She helped me with the questions about parties that I had, and she was really fun and nice with my 4 year old, she made his night. My son had his 9th birthday party here and had 17 guests. They all had a great time and the party leader did a great job keeping things organized and moving along. Richard the owner is very hands on and was all over making sure our party and the other parties had everything they needed. The party room was super clean and they had everything you needed.
