Hello to you all. My name is Jacob and I have an 06 Mustang GT. I came to DASH to "look around" and see what they had to offer. I was not at first impressed with the lack of audio equipment they had in stock, until I hung around the shop a little while. The article I saw in the Pennysaver shows the store stuffed to the roof with equipment. Again, it wasn't till I stuck around awhile and observed as to why they seem to never have enough stock on hand. It becomes apparent almost immediately. When I first saw MO, I thought he was just some long haired guy that didn't know what he was doing there, lol, he almost seemed out of place. Man was I wrong. He knew things about the equipment I bought at another place (STEREO CITY) I didn't even know. All the staff are always running around paying attention to almost everything except themselves. This is where I came into the shop. I asked MO to come out and look at my system and give me his opinion and he called another guy as well. Mind you, I was only looking to buy some tires for my Mustang! He got me the tires after I argued with him for 36 hours about what I wanted the tires to do verses what he had already told me I needed. He wins round 1, round 2, I asked him and his partner to evaluate my sound and they both agreed that I needed a ported CUSTOM box, so that my sound would be imaged like it was a hatchback. In other words, my trunk space was not big enough for the sub I got and I need the extra space to vent into the drivers cabin to make the system sound bigger than it actually was. I've seen this done to other Mustangs before but those guys spent thousands on their cars. I was politely reminded that I can have the same kind of design and be better sounding than those multi-thousand dollar systems and still use my trunk. I'm there I said. I applied for the store instant credit and was approved almost immediately. I received no hassles and was allowed to pick what I wanted. At no time was I ever told that it costs to much or there's not enough credit left for that. I honestly believe they price their inventory according to what you want and make sure you leave with a smile. Sometimes, you may not get what you want, but you will get what you are looking for and it doesn't have to be super loud, just super clean. I'm a prick by nature, you can't please me and somehow, I walked out of the store happy I went there and not feel like a victim. Oh yeah, my tires. I ordered them on Thursday and Mo called and I had them installed on Friday. My wife's head and fog lights arrived and he called me for that to. They even called to make sure I was happy with my purchase. As a courtesy to me and to correct the shit job that O-NEX did in installing my head and fog lights on my Mustang, Mo even had the installer correct and properly aim my lights. Something the Ford Dealer would have charged $85.00 to do. They are even going to fix the rear defroster that was broken when I bought the car. I can't say it enough, they really know what they are doing, and I believe that the unfair reviews here are simply from impatient people that I sometimes am also. When you look at fair and reasonable, I think they define what that is. They really love what they do, are knowledgeable in their entire product line, and have some excellent installers. can't wait to hear what my car will sound like when it's done. Hey there all. My name is Jacob. This is for all the shit talkers out here in the I.E. regarding my boys at DASH. I have brought ALL my cars here to not only fix Stereo City's fuck ups, but also to rewire and re-install my entire factory audio system and replace it with ALL Kenwood Excellon and Alpine equipment. They have replaced the headlights and fogs on my wifes 2012 Focus ST and my 2008 GT 500. Installed me a kick ass trick, did I mention custom up the ass box?, and an audio video system that makes your hearts algorithyms move at another rate. To put it mildly, they put out when others only promise what they can't do. Do yourself and your car and wallet a favor, come here first, you will be glad you did. Dash my favorite my go to shop everytime I purchase a new car..nothing beats walking into dash with ideas to customize my car to my personal preference. .from rims. tint to a in-dash with navigation....dash has it all.... not only variety the best merchandise the price's. ..are great...so i can always count on getting quality merchandise along with installation done professionally....... Since they allow me leave my car and they call me when it's ready. ....to go.. I know the job will be done right and not half fast...main reason why I return every time I get a new car or need to revamp my car. best place where you can get anything you (audio) need i give this place 5 star ive been coming here ever since i was 15 years young there like a family to me when u walk in you get the best greeting u can get anywhere. they help you with anything you need for your car ..cant get it? they can help you finance You needs rims?system?alarm? anything that has to do with audio? but you dont know what brand is out there i recommend coming to dash because they help you get what u really want and help u pick the best things for your car and they explain everything bout the product. i got so many things from them (rims+plus tires i got 2 subs and the instillation ) from them and it work pretty dam good to be honest they take there time in installing it the right away and for them to many there customer happy. The install was clean, professional, and works flawlessly. On top of that, they hooked me up with new rims and tires that completely transformed the look of my Jeep. Recently I had been driving around to different audio shops and tire and wheel shop to name a few California sound, and rent a wheel. Rent a Wheel employees are rude and arrogant. California Sound were clueless in helping me find the right stereo for my vehicle. I finally came to DASH AUDIO. The experience was phenomenal MO & SHAWN were great help. Shawn helped me out in getting a nice stereo for my vehicle and also some nice rims for my 2012 highlander. I was super satisfy with the outcome. The employees are super nice and helpful. I went in a broken tail light, a poorly done tint job, and a scratched and chipped bumper and left with my baby looking more beautiful than ever! I drove from west covina to fontana to come here because it's the only shop I trust with my car. Sam, moe, and jay were so professional and attentive to all my needs and I can't thank them enough for all of the work they did. The shop itself is clean and welcoming with a tv to watch Netflix on while you wait for your car, which is a huge plus considering all the work I had to have done. I had a problem with my bass amplifier I took it to Dash audio in fontana and it got inspected by their audiotech and told me my amp was no good Sean was very helpful with his customer service and he recommended that I should get a new amp I applied with SNAP FINANCE and got qualified so I went in ahead and got my bass amp and my highs amp and got it installed there within an hour of me showing up my car is KNOKKING way better than before..im very happy with the service and quality of work they did, I highly recommend dash audio to everybody. shout out to Mo also and poncho the installer he did an amazing job.. read more

This audio shop is exceptional. I have brought my personal vehicle experiencing wiring issues. These guys not only re-wired my set up but also fixed my AMP issue as well. Second occasion I brought a friend to get her vehicle inspected, the found the problem fixed it and recommend a cheap in price but valuable kit which made her vehicle sound amazing, all was done in matter of minutes. I recommend this shop to anyone whom is experiencing audio problems, questions, customization as they have satisfied my electronic needs. My next project will be my wife's car! Best place by far!! Added sound system,, rims, alarm, and tint they were very professional.. Had no excuses what so ever.. MJ was very friendly and had very good taste on cars..help me pick out my rims and all.. Honestly best place to go..I've heard people say their sound systems stop working within in a month or so but honestly if the were smart enough they would go back for that warranty.. But nough said.. Worst place too get wheels for your car unprofessional got the wrong set off wheels on my car switch the tires & my car would still rub too top it of they scratch up all my wheels unprofessional I went back tell them that they gave me the wrong setup of wheels & they didn't care at all & they didn't put the right set off wheels on my car I would call them & they wouldn't answer last time I buy something from them really unprofessional I don't recommend too nobody that wants too buy wheels go somewhere else too spend your money not here they full crap ! read more

Best audio store I've ever been too... Moe and Shawn take amazing care of your needs ... my man took his BMW 328i in for some sound as always got taken care of and left very happy with his new Fosgate Subwoofer, 6 by 9s pop out in dash ... very clean and professional set up!!! great prices, great service and wasn't there for long they hooked up every thing so quick I was imagining a longer wait time!!! Got my windows tinted here earlier. And a very very happy customer! Great service, nice and friendly over the phone and in person. Walked in planning to tint my windows 35% and they convinced me to get 20% and was the best thing I could of done thanks to them. They got the best prices by far! I've been coming here for about a year. I've gotten my tires from here which have lasted me a while since I commute so much. My bass stopped working and they rewired my entire system for me for super cheap! I also has some issues with my amp, and I called the same day, Shawn told me to bring it and they started working on it right away. I had no issues, Super nice guys. Gave me a really good deal. I know a little about car audio and i just wanted a good sound system that was going to make Tahoe sound great. I asked about distortion levels and they had no idea what i was referring to. By far the best shop in the inland empire. All the other local stores are mad at Moe because he literally killed the market value. These companies buy product whole sale for example if the buy a product shops will sell it for 150% profit. Meanwhile Moe will sell it for 20% profit so he can keep Steady income keeping the customers coming back happy. Witch is long term income.
