We had a birthday party for my 2 daughters this past Saturday and I have to say that I was extremely impressed. We were in a private room with one other party, which was fantastic for the parents who did not want to be around the loud noise of the game room. We also had a huge TV that we got to choose to watch whatever we wanted, which was a nice perk. As soon as we arrived, we were shown to our room that was nicely decorated and had a sign wishing my daughters happy birthday. The event organizer/party planner greeted us immediately and stated that he would be here for whatever we needed. He asked what time we wanted the food and I told him as soon as possible, and within 20 minutes the food arrived. We also were allowed 3 soda towers with unlimited refills for everyone at the party. Throughout the event I asked our personal server to bring more food, drinks, a knife for the cake, etc and she was prompt and extremely helpful. Our party even ran 15 minutes longer than our two hour limit, and we never felt rushed. The party was for 12 kids, plus two birthday girls, and all members of the party had $20 of game play, and the birthday girls had $30 plus unlimited play on all of the non ticket games. All in all, the total came to $380, which included an adult platter as well. Though this is spendy, I felt it was comparable to everywhere else we have had a party in town (chuck e cheese, h2oasis, ice skating rink, etc) and I felt we got great service and the kids were fully entertained for 2 hours. I would highly recommend Dave & Busters as a birthday/party venue. Quick tip- the platters for the kids are huge, and the Mac & Cheese platter was barely touched. I would recommend the mini cheeseburgers and the chicken strips. The adult all American platter was a great choice as well read more

They had a special Thursday's , buy endless wings and play free limited games , price ok but half the games you can't play and most of them are shoot to kill type games which my girlfriend doesn't care for , so go with someone who likes that kind of arcade. We drove in from the Valley to finally try this place out. We were able to come in on a Wednesday which was great because the games are half off! The games are great, but we had to really struggle to get the card to work on them. We did eat on the restaurant side. It could have been a good experience if the service was better. There was a good 30-40 minute wait for the food (and it wasn't that crowded.) Once the food arrived it wasn't that warm, and we realized at least one person needed silverware to eat...I had to hunt someone down! My burger was ok (I had the blue cheese with a buffalo wing on it) but it was a little spicy, which would have been manageable except I never received a drink refill! Even when I finally was able to ask the waiter...never refilled! I would definitely think twice about eating there but the games were fun! read more

I was deeply disappointed that the D & B menu has only 4 items available that are "gluten free." The quotes are because they don't understand Celiac Disease or food allergies. I realize they are a chain but seriously for a brand new facility they could have done it right with separate prep and cook areas and offered real gluten free menu. We keep thinking the service will get better, but it is terrible every time we have been there. Went on MLK day, only 3 people working the restaurant and it was full. It took 15 minutes to get our water and menus. The food did come out quickly but our waitress never checked on us again until the end for more drinks or anything. We typically LOVE D&B and spend a lot of time there. However, we went last night for my 10 year old's birthday. We didn't have a scheduled or reserved party just planning to have apps, drinks and play some games. We wanted to sit in the bar like we normally do. There was a UFC fight on and we were told that if we wanted to sit there, it would be a MINIMUM charge of $25 PER person. That would be $150 just for myself, husband, son and his 3 friends! We were told that we could sit in the Billiard Room instead. We waited a while for a server and when she got there, she told us we would also have to pay $25 per person to sit there too, even though College football was on the FB and no one was watching. We told her that all we wanted to do was grab a beer and watch the Baseball playoffs. So she told us to go sit in the other dining room behind the Billiards room and that they have the baseball playoffs on the tvs in there. We grumpily went to the other dining room and sat down. So we sat for about 10 minutes with no service and NO baseball playoffs on tv. We decided to get up and leave. We walked over to Round Table, ate pizza, drank a beer, and watched the baseball playoffs. Having basically the whole restaurant reserved for a ufc fight is ridiculous. Especially on a busy PFD weekend. That was a poor call to charge every person $25. I'm sure a lot of people went elsewhere. read more

I don't write reviews but this one just blows my mind and feel I have to. We have been coming here 20 plus times with the kids and today, will be the last time. We even had parties there, which I do not recommend to other places in town with cost of what you get vs quality. We ate there and spent $150 in food alone before the tip. We ordered two glasses of wine, an 9 ounce and a 6 ounce. Both times, they were at the same amount. I questioned the server and she passed the buck to the bartender after she automatically said it was the correct without talking to someone, said it was the same amount and said that she would get the bartender because she poured it. The bartender came and said it was the same. Did not even listen, just said nope and that a certain ounce was at a mark on the glass which I was questioning since the first glass. I wish I would have taken a picture but Proving her wrong would have made her do the correct thing and she still wouldn't be nice. I wasn't asking for a refund and was extremely nice. I really only cared about logging the calories. The bartender who was extremely rude and just did not apologize. So if you come in contact with a red headed bartender there, ask for someone else. I wish I would have gotten her name. I worked as a bartender and waitress in dc for years. I would have never treated someone Iike this. It is sad that in this climate, there is not an apology or a correction. I even spoke to the manager who said thanks for the feed back. No apology. Maybe it was because I was extremely nice but we shouldn't be mean to each other. I think we should treat people right. Does 3 ounces make a difference? No but did I pay more? Yes and I don't care about the $5 dollar difference. Especially when we dropped $300 for food amd games. $5 dollars does not make a difference. I care about how you get treated. I care that they set it up to pay on an app and I tipped 20 percent before you get your service. My boyfriend and I were here during the Superbowl. First, I would like to say that I used to work in the service industry so I understand how it can be hectic at times. But that is no excuse to be passive aggressive to customers and not do your job right. It was not too busy when we went earlier, due to how other customers were lingering to watch the Super Bowl, so "busyness" was not a valid excuse. Our server, Alyssa, was horrible. She came off so rude when I tried to order something and they were out. She said she would be back with straws but our food came before she could even bring us straws!! Our table was also lacking napkins, which is ridiculous because I had never eaten at a restaurant where napkins were not available or easily accessible. When our food was brought to us, the way we were served also took me aback, where she stood next to our table and pointed to us, telling another server "here." Like if they do not know what table the food goes to, I don't understand why she cannot be discreet about it. We then ordered dessert, which had ice cream on it. The dessert took even LONGER than our entree. She said she'll be "back" with utensils but at that point the ice cream was already melting. It was almost ten minutes, and half our ice cream was already melted and formed a slush on our plate. I asked my boyfriend to ask her for some utensils, and she came out and saw him standing, and said passive-aggressively, "Patience, patience." As a former food service worker, the right response to this would be "Thank you for being patient" and not "Patience, patience." We are paying customers and we do not expect Disney-standard service, but if the food is mediocre and the service is mediocre, this place is not for me. I do not like calling out staff and I am honestly very patient when it comes to service workers because I was one of them back then. But I had traveled in many different countries and eaten at hundreds of restaurants, local and corporate, and I had never experienced such horrible service as the one I received here. The food was mediocre and did not make up for the service. It was untimely and unprofessional. Seems like the servers do not even know what they're doing, as they do not even know which food goes to which table. Never have I been to a restaurant where the servers do not know their job. We visited this Dave and Busters location for a coming home party on a weekday evening. We had a party of 10 people with half of them arriving before the other half. The first 5 had already had their food and drink orders in. Once the other 5 arrived it took almost a half hour to be greeted by the waitress. Once drinks were ordered it took another 25 minutes to receive them. We finally got around to ordering our meals which took an additional 30-45 minutes. One member of our party ordered chips and guacamole during the original drink orders. She did not receive them until everyone else had received and consumed their meals and was ready to leave, all while looking around at empty tables as far as the eye could see. Throughout our meal we were not checked on by the waitress and had to flag her down to get more drinks. After three times of violently waving my arms for another beverage, I began to walk to the bar to get my own drink, but was promptly (the only prompt thing this woman did all night) stopped me and told that I had to order from her. Once all said and done rather than having already split the checks like the waitress was advised she printed out one large itemized receipt for all of us to mark down what we got so she could split them. There were unaccounted for items on the receipt to which the waitress asked "Well who is paying for these?" Come to find out these items were already paid for, not after the waitress loudly sighed and said "I guess I'll just figure it out". Not to mention food was over cooked, and special requests not fulfilled. Don't spend the extra money taking a cab/uber in attempt to be responsible as you won't walk out even with a slight buzz because it takes so long to get another watered down, over priced beverage. If your coming to this location, I would recommend eating gas station sushi because even with violent abdominal pain and explosive diarrhea it would still be more appetizing than this food. Thankfully they have a great variety of fun games for all ages otherwise this place would have no hope. read more

The birthday girl had never been to a Dave & Buster's and wanted to get drinks and play games. While purchasing game cards we were told many people had called out so there may be some wait for food. We figured not a big deal, we'll head to the bar and get drinks, order food and play some games while we wait for food. Nope. After sitting at a table for 30 minutes I chased down someone asking for a server. A couple of minutes later a woman introduced herself as our server but also in training. She took our drink order, as she handed us menus she said her manager told her food orders will take more than 60 minutes. We said we'd start with drinks and decide if we'd order food by the time she came back. She never came back... We waited another 30 minutes. No drinks. I went online and ordered a pizza from Roundtable (next door), we played games, left to eat our pizza and went back for games. The arcade part was as expected, not much of a wait if any at games. Mix of adults and kids. This location does not allow drinks in the arcade like others in the lower 48 which is not a big deal since you can't get a drink in the bar either... read more

Gaming is very fun! That being said - I would plan on only gaming at this location. Dining is definitely a hard pass. After giving Dave and Buster's dining experience a try three times - my family and I have ultimately decided this is a lost cause. The first time was on opening night. We expected the service was going to be a little chaotic as everyone on staff was figuring the gig for the first time... however I truly did not expect the service to be as bad as it was. It took more than an hour to receive two meals after placing our order. The second time, we planned to only do drinks after the poor service the first time. We walked into the bar area as it is seat yourself style. We watched several staff members walk by and ignore us. After hounding down a waiter he said "this isn't my area - I'll go get your waiter", and we waited some more before finally being greeted and ordering our cocktails. PSA: The drink prices aren't on the menu. This is because they are ridiculously overpriced. Also, watered down. It is hard to get drunk at Dave and Buster's as by the time you receive your next drink your buzz has already warn off. Anyway, after the terrible service once again (SO MUCH WAITING... for JUST DRINKS) we decided to do only one round and hounded down the waiter again for our check. At this point, he came back, literally sat down with us at the table (WEIRD) and he told us he did not bring the check. Instead, in the long time he'd been gone, he printed off a bunch of receipts with survey codes and told us to go online to the D&B's website to submit feedback on our experience (stating he was trying to win a contest for the manager to receive a pie in the face or something weird like that.....) At this point, some of us pretended to take out our phones and do the survey and others provided an honest review of the experience... We finally were cashed out and barely had enough time to play games before closing. Ugh. On our third event, I was eager to play games at a friend's party only to begrudgingly agree to dine prior. The waitress was helpful in arranging our chairs, and then briskly walked away without a word. After about fifteen minutes, she came back and asked about orders. We ordered drinks and appetizers. One of our friends ordered tortilla chips and guacamole - probably the simplest of options. However, this arrived more than an hour later?! We joked that the kitchen staff must've grown the avocado trees in the back during all that time. What we hope any potential patron takes away from this review is that the service was seriously SO terrible that we were flabbergasted enough to write a Yelp review to deter other people from the awful service. Only had 2 sets of silverware and 2 napkins for a table of four. Asked for sugar and I was told to go get it myself. Not happy. Was going to go back and try a dessert but nope. Decided to have my sons's birthday at D&B. Loved it. Booking the party was super easy online with Danielle. The space was perfect for all the guests. We got the ultimate kids package for the kids and added some platters for the adults. Overall, tons of food for everyone. You can bring your own cake in as long as it's from a bakery. Worst service I have ever had in my life. It took 15-20 min to get a beer. After 35 min our boneless chicken wing appetizer came out with my wife's order, which were cold. It took an additional 15 min to tell me my fish and chips were all sold out. I never did get the 2nd beer I asked for. I recommend going to the store and buy freezer appetizers and save your money. Came into the bar for a drink. We sat at the table for 10 minutes with not even a visual eye contact. We finally went to the bar hoping that being two feet away might be helpful. I'm actually reviewing from the restaurant because I have this much time between seeing my server. I ordered the Bistro Steak and Shrimp Linguine (whatever it's called) entree and the sauce was watered down and the steak was gray. Definitely not worth $20. After I finished my meal, I waited about 20 minutes for my check to come from another member of the waitstaff, and my waiter was still nowhere in sight.
