When we got hungry went back to front to ask staff how is seating ...he states "open seating". Fine. We pick a seat then another member is eyeing us weirdly then proceed to tell us we have to go to counter to be seated. Ugh, ok. Got the strawberry watermelon margarita, i drank my shot, then drank some of my margarita only to find some plastic at the end of my straw. When i let the waitress know, she sort of just shrugged it off and said it was the plastic from the ice bags. She did not offer to replace my drink, I just thought it was odd. Then the manager came over once our food arrived and asked if everything was okay, he said someone said we complained about our burgers. I told him they were fine but once again let him know about the plastic in my drink. He just apologized about it, but then again didn't offer to replace it. I would love to give more stars but the lady who was our server was so RUDE! She was the worse experience as a server me and my family ever experienced. She was working Sunday night all the way to the left when you go in. I think her name was Alexis? Anyways. When we got in it was pretty empty. So we chose a table that had the booth and table, i was with my husband and two toddlers. She comes up to us while we're sitting down and asks us to choose a smaller area. So we did. Then we're not even sitting down and she's asking for our drink order before we even look at the menu. Right away I am not feeling her attitude/service game. I went to the bathroom and when I get back my husband tells me she's rude. Which he is very understanding of servers as we both have been servers and know there's some days where you don't want to be at work but don't have a choice. He had ordered a whiskey sour while I was in the bathroom. And when the sever asked if I would like a drink I asked for a strawberry watermelon margarita so she asked for my ID. Since I was setting my kids up my husband gives her my ID and she's like I don't think I can serve you alcohol cause it says on here you're under 21 ‍ at this point my husband and I are PISSED. I wanted to speak to a manager because I work serving alcohol and know that she was making that up. She endend up putting in the order but I never saw her ask a manager. So as far as our experience with the server we had last night. 1/5 stars. We came in on the 4th of July. It was a lot of fun and great things happening. Half off games and they had a special that was unlimited nonprize games for spending over 30$ on a power card. It was epic. I wish we could have stayed longer but Wednesday's are definitely the time to get out there for the half price games!! read more

Came for lunch on Saturday. We sat where we wanted since seating was open which was great because I wanted to watch the NFL Combine. We settled on sharing a large appetizer and after looking through the drink menu and not finding anything that caught my eye, I ordered a Kentucky Bourbon Smash. We came here as a going away hangout and my friend ended up waiting for her food for over an hour. It came out cooked wrong temp twice and the manager didn't even offer any discounts or apologize for the mishap. Very disappointing. As a "country/rural" girl I didn't grow up around Dave & Buster's, but I always saw commercials and always wanted to go. It looked so fun! Finally at 32 my sisters and I on a girls trip went and we were sorely disappointed with the food that we didn't even want to play the games. It would take an act of congress to get us back to Arlington's D&B. The wait... terrible but hey it's busy I'll give you a pass on that. The food... COLD and that's what they did have. My sister is vegan was ecstatic to see the impossible burger on the menu only for the waitress to come back and tell her they were out of them. Food came out and I was told "your tots are being made right now, they'll be right out" thinking they're definitely gonna be hot and fresh which definitely was not the case for the 3 orders of fries that my sisters had. I was WRONG they came out cold too and with grease solidified in them bc they were "old" I don't know how old but I know they weren't freshly cooked. Then we decided to order a drink. I've been drinking amaretto sours for over 10 years and I've NEVER tasted one so bad. Sent it back after 30 minutes when our waitress finally decided to check on us again. Our D&B experience was a hot mess! Another thing. I didn't see not one person on the waitstaff get in a hurry to do anything. It's like they were all in slow motion. I'll admit I didn't think this would be a four star review. The first half of our visit, sitting in the dining area, was a 2.5 star experience. This was strictly based on service. Our waiter, Jalen, busted his butt to serve us and make up for others' mistakes. (Good dude, give him a promotion). He was outstanding. In the end after multiple complaints to multiple "managers" we were still unhappy. Finally the GM on duty, Garrett (the only manager to identify himself) did his best to make things right. While we were not pleased with the first half of our experience the second half made up for it. Food was pretty good. Attention to detail (kitchen) did not exist. Garrett made sure we ended with a good experience. That's a good rule for any business to follow--- make it right in the end. You'll find out how forgiving your patrons can/will be. The idea of Dave & Busters takes me back to childhood: eating dinner and playing arcade games with family and friends. The one difference, and perhaps the best part of being an adult, is consuming alcohol while gaming. D&B has a decent alcohol selection including wine, beer and mixed drinks that light up. D&B has an ok menu selection; they've even included a few healthy options if you're not in the mood for bar food. I had the Bang Bang Chicken with Spicy Thai Peanut Noodles. It was ok and gave me 2 meals. It was a little TOO spicy, especially the 2nd day. Our service experience at this Dave and Busters is earned 2 stars. We had a big party so I grant some grace, however, our waitress had a hard time remembering when we ordered things, particularly drinks. My SO had to ask for a beer several times. Go during the week where you can actually play the games and enjoy your time. It's not flooded with a bunch of people. The food is pretty good here, its traditional so nothing fancy. The drinks that are usually on special are super sweet so just order something more basic! But other than that, this place is good for the family and friends just looking for a fun time out! Oh man this place. We attended a birthday party this weekend and talk about unorganized. We were in a shared party room so there was three servers but we had no idea which one was ours. Sporadically, someone would come by and ask for drink orders but there was never a formal introduction of a party host. The server we did see the most of never told us her name, never smiled, and had to be asked our requests twice before bringing what we needed. We ended up being there longer then our 4pm end time because of the slow service of the server and the food. It was just a mess. Luckily, the arcade keeps the children preoccupied. I've been here twice and both times the food was horrible. There is this pasta dish with shrimp and steak I ordered and the steak was so rubbery and I couldn't chew it. But besides the chewy steak, it just had an overall weird flavor. Don't order that. The chicken and artichoke pasta is disgustingly gross as well. It's supposed to be a chicken breast, multigrain pasta in a white wine olive oil sauce.....FAIL! The flavor is not desirable and the sauce tasted like oil. The artichokes were stringy, the chicken breast was dry and tasted like it was previously frozen. The Moscow Mule is a new drink item here. I thought I 'd see how theirs taste. It came out in a glass and was also gross! The waiter told me they had ran out of mugs. As far as game play goes, I was trying to share a card with my date, but apparently you can't share cards and play games together....another FAIL! Overall, I guess it's an okay indoor place to play games, drink and maybe have some appetizers to kill time. The kitchen needs some help though. read more

It's only worth coming here on Wednesdays! Half off games, and their HH from 9-11. I love the wide range of games they have, and they often have new game machines too. From Mario Kart racing, basketball, carnival like- games, to a beer pong game, and my other favorite the Big Buck shooting game, they have plenty of games to keep you occupied for few hours. The food thoughhh, NOT worth it. Everything is so overpriced and they give you super small portions.. Don't even bother ordering the calamari. There is more bananas pepper than there is calamari. Only thing worth ordering for a decent price is the Quesadillas & the Mac n cheese. read more
