Cici's Pizza is located off Walnut Creek, in Mansfield, Tx in a large shopping center with ample parking offering an outstanding pizza buffet and more for all your pizza cravings! I came through on a weekday during lunch and it wasn't too packed and offered plenty of seating options. The concept of dining in is easy as to where you order up front, pay for your meal, and head to the wonderful pizza bar to grab your food. They also have a to go option to where you can order online or by phone and pick up your order as well. For starters, they just don't offer great quality pizza but many other additional items as well. They have chicken noodle soup, and to complement them, they also have saltiness crackers. They have a full-blown salad bar that carry's everything from green iceberg lettuce and almost every topping you can imagine from cucumbers, pickles, olives, and more! They offer a great variety of dressings, and my personal favorite is the ranch. They also have a pasta bar with Alfredo and marinara sauce. They are constantly making hot and fresh pizzas around the clock and putting them out for the customers. They have your typical pepperoni pizza, sausage, Buffalo, and my favorite spinach pizza. Believe it or not but you can actually request a personal pizza and they will make it for you to eat there. They just don't offer their standard dough but also a thick crust dough and a thin dough as well. They even have garlic bread that was thick, garlicky, and extremely cheesy! I enjoy dipping the bread into ranch or mixing the Alfredo and marinara to complement it. They even have desserts such as brownies and a lovely cinnamon pizza that was quite tasty. The pizza was ooey gooey with cheese and had the perfect sauce to cheese ratio while the toppings had just the right amount. The staff and crew were extremely friendly and nice and provided second to none customer service. This is the place to go for amazing food, and the prices are extremely reasonable and won't break the bank. They offer soft drinks and water, and they also have a small game arcade in the back. My husband and I showed up to eat for the first time in over a year. I'm 38 weeks pregnant with a fractured pinky toe. Only shoes I fit into are sandals. This lady decided to close the area around us and mop the floor. To the point our feet are in dirty mop water. We got 1 rounds of plates before we couldn't eat anymore, due to the foul smell of the cleaning chemicals. Not to include she didn't even leave us a path to walk, mop basically touched our area and I'm going to be so pissed if my toe gets infected. When she heard me say " how does she expect us to walk" she literally said " the floor was really dirty." And I responded with " you didn't think to leave us a path? We are still trying to eat here" and she responded with the biggest lie " sorry I didn't see y'all." Went on a field trip for my child's school ended up never getting my wings that I ordered after 30 minutes SO NASTY and SO RUDE they even dropped my food and had to make a new batch. never coming back to this location again .The customer service was horrible had to get a refund and still haven't gotten my money back . I had an incident with my order yesterday. I didn't realize that my order was not correct until the next day. I was charged and paid for items that I didn't order and that I didn't receive. Once I realized the error I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. Oswaldo is the manager. He is "amazing" and this man ABSOLUTELY understands "true customer service". He went above and beyond what was necessary to remedy the mistake. I must recognize this young man for his hard work and dedication to his community and his customers. I would like for Cici's restaurant, management to recognize Oswaldo as a dedicated, loyal employee who takes his job and customer service very serious. It was super god especially the soup. But the bad part is that the claw machines may or may not be rigged because I spent 30 dollars on one but didn't win anything. The service was nice. The ambiance was great it was nice and quiet and it had music which was ok. My son and I had the worst experience ever today around 2:30. The salad was warm and the pizza was terrible. Someone from the kitchen would take a brush and cover each pizza with some type of butter as it was set out which made it even worse. When we got there the manager on duty decided her phone was more important than the customers while ringing up my food she didn't make any eye contact and was scrolling through Facebook (taller blonde lady). The food was mediocre, pizza had grease dripping off of it ; had to soak it up with a napkin. Then I noticed some dirty looks from the employees and brushed it off; then when I went to get a refill of my drink I noticed the employee was staring at me the entire way from my table to the drink machine and back to my table , they then proceeded to stare for more than 2 minutes. Just moved to the area and this place was nearby and we had a coupon for the buffet which was buy one get one free. The reviews seemed okay so I figured we would give it a try. Unfortunately this was some of the most disgusting "food" that I have ever tasted in my life.
