The biggest Dave and Busters I have ever been to. (Added bonus- it shares a parking lot with Trader Joe's ). We visited on a weekday night and the place was relatively empty. We were thrilled with the selection of games for both the younger members of our party and the adults. The overall favorite of everyone was the arena where we could all compete against each other. Coming in a close second was their human crane game which had pool tubes and huge inflatable aliens you could grab. When we done and thirsty, we went over to the food side. But there was no one at the host and it took quite a while until he came over to seat us. The waitress however , came promptly , our food came out quickly, and her service was great. My son and I walked in at 5:16 on Saturday. There were 3 people at the host stand talking and did not pay us any attention. I kindly said "excuse me, can we grab a seat or do we need to be seated?" The person told me they had to sit me down. It is now 5:52 and no waiter has come to our table. I'm writing this review while I sit here waiting. Now we are going to leave. We arrived to celebrate my sons b-day. We charged our cards and set off to play. It was half price game day. After about 3 hours we decided to have lunch. Food was hot and served promptly. Honestly, don't want to be mean but it was so BAD... we just wanted something easy for a meal right after a day of shopping. This place was across the parking lot so it made it an easy choice. We had little kids with us and knowing that there's a major arcade area made it easy for everyone. Starting off with checking in for a table, that was nice. We had family in town so this was their first time here and for us as well as we were all on holiday. But when my family wanted a beer, they didn't want to serve them as they didn't have their id in them. Mind you, there in their 60's and didn't want to walk around with their passport. Like I said, we understand the checking id but it was a little obvious that they were old enough. It was like going through hurdles just to get approval. And that's with an international id for another one of us. It went through her, then another waiter and then the manager we assume. A good 10 min or so just to see if we could get a drink. Then ordering drinks, she repeated what we wanted but brought out the wrong thing. Even repeating to her and showing her on the menu. Then food, we ordered and one of the meals was 2 orders. Well when it finally came, one came out and she asked us is there anything else. Told her waiting for the second item, she looked confused and said didn't know we wanted 2 of the same item. We love going here for date night after dinner since it's open late with a LOT to do for as low as $20 (+ $3 if you need a reusable game card) for 100 game play credits. All of the games are cashless, there's a huge parking lot, & it's near a variety of restaurants/shop if you want to make an evening of it! The staff at the front counter are nice & will give you the scoop on how to get the most fun for your money. They've got a full sized restaurant & bar with $5 happy hour on Monday-Friday from 4-7pm. I've eaten here in the past & ordered the chicken fingers, but it's nothing special/overpriced for the quality. They have EVERY type of game you can imagine from virtual reality, classic carnival games, first-person shooter, life size mobile app games, etc. Simple or carnival style games are under 5 credits, interactive hands on games are around 8 credits, & virtual reality is up to 15 credits. They've got lots of options for single players, two players, & even team settings too! We got to okay around 12 games total with both of us playing at some points. They've got a cute merch shop to cash in all your virtual tickets for prizes so I recommend hanging into your game card to save those up every time you go! Hope you like getting overcharged and waiting forever to eat... Had the summer pass (worth it), which is supposed to get us 30% food and drinks... They overcharged us EVERY time but a few dollars... The servers were great, and the food is good, but when I contacted corporate about being overcharged several times (sent them the latest receipt that was about $6 overcharged), they refused to refund me anything. We ate there 7 times over the summer, and I was overcharged 6 times, probably $4-5 on average... It added up and they never give receipts (credit card machine is digital). Don't like being scammed... WOW! My boyfriend and I had the greatest time when we came here! It was within their first week of opening, and we didn't know what to expect. This place is beautiful and so much fun! I started out with the frose and boy was it good! It even came with a mini bottle of rose!! I loved the avocado toast, and my boyfriend really enjoyed his tortilla soup. The restaurant didn't even acknowledge or regard the reservation and essentially made it a sit in the back by yourself option. We picked a table unknowingly next to a birthday party. We wanted a quiet spot to ask our friend to be the Best Man at our Wedding. Never got a receipt, but we were handed 2 appetizers instead of the 1 we ordered. It was over an hour for our food and like always, the kitchen had major problems. The fish was dry and one was missing tartar sauce. The table and menus were covered in BBQ sauce when we sat down, but it looked like it had been completely wiped. I asked for a hot water mug to soak my dirty utensils and the manager brought it saying it was hot and from the coffee machine which I hope explains why it was brown. This all sounds negative, but in spite of that, Kobe at the front desk of the game section was once again extremely helpful and professional. That made the whole night worth it. Ashlyn at the front desk was kind enough to remove Justin Otter's tags to make him snuggly for my son. The manager was attentive and sweet in the restaurant and front desk. After ordering lunch with Bianca we went to the arcade and did some gaming for about 15 minutes, returned to find our food and ate about half of our meal and let Bianca know that we needed refills and to not take our food because we were going to go play more games, about 20 minutes later she approaches us in the arcade and says that we need to leave because the restaurant is getting busy and they need our table, We finished the game we were playing, prepared to go pay our bill and get togo boxes and maybe some togo drinks when I realized there were many, many available tables an nobody up front waiting for tables. What on Earth is happening? I own several restaurants and have had people come in and sit for hours only having coffee and cake, while I'm on a wait, have a $12.00 guest check and leave a $3 tip for the server. I would never have asked them to leave, especially when they are spending almost $200! So, if there is in fact a time limit, please let me know and I recommend that you post it for all to see. We recently went to this Dave & Busters for the first time in almost a year. The facility appeared very clean overall. Unfortunately the prize selection was pretty sad. Most of the glass prizes were gone and there wasn't anything too exciting to pick from. In addition the games at this location simply aren't as much fun as the Orlando location. They really should bring monopoly, clown smashing game, to this location. I felt there were too many luck based games that involved hitting a button once.
