Went there at 8 pm, The service was terrible. Only 2 other tables occupied. Waited at table for 20 minutes finally asked bartender for help. Finally placed our order took forever to get our food. My friends hamburger looked so unappetizing. McDonald's $1 menu is better. It took another 1/2 hour for our server to cash us out. It was now 10 pm too late to spend money at the arcade. Had to work in the morning. Don't see this place lasting long. read more

The food was cold and presentation was poor. Drinks even came after the apps, we waited 30mins for our entrees when it wasn't busy and it was cold. Waiter never even came by while we were waiting to see if we wanted extra drinks or anything. Being in the service industry I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed to be on a date here. I have been to Dave & Busters several times since opening. Not really great service or food but the last time I went was the last time. I took my daughter as she has never been and it was horrible. Never got service! Finally found a server and we placed our order. Never got drinks or food l. Went and ask for our server and he forgot to place order so we waited two hours for lunch when they were not busy. I mentioned the service and cold food to the manager and he walked away. When I came here I didn't think it was going to be good, but it exceeded my expectations. Having the big screens all around were cool and the service was also pretty decent. The food was also better then expected, but there are still some improvements that can be made. We went on a Thursday night for the unlimited wings and games until midnight. My husband and I didn't end up getting them but others in the party did and they were all happy with them. We spent about $45 for our game card and were able to plan for over an hour. This was our first experience at Dave and Busters and it was a great one. Food was strange. I asked for a medium well steak and I got rare, but it wasn't that bad. The rhythm game machine at the left-back of the arcade has really old songs, and you have to stomp with all your force for it to even register anything. I know this isn't Dave & Buster's fault, but was a bit disappointed since I only came for the rhythm game machine . It would say it's overpriced, but that's just me. The Dave & Buster's app is also incredibly laggy and weird, it took me like 5 tries to add my card onto it since the button wasn't working. It wasn't my phone or the Wi-Fi causing it, so that's weird. Overall, good service, questionable food, and mediocre arcade games. It's not the worst, and server was very kind (shout-out to Tanya! ) and if the food wasn't rare, I would have enjoyed it better. Was really disappointed coming here last night. We walked right in without temperature checks. There were hand sanitizers around but didn't find too many people using it. Some equipment goy wiped down in between use (like the headgear) but games were free for all. The staff wore masks and gloves but found a lot of patrons, mostly adults, roaming around without masks and no staff was enforcing them to put their masks on either. It's one thing to take your mask off when you're eating at your table but once you're in public space, please respect the other people. Drinks should stay at the table for now so there are no "grey" areas and also to help the staff during this pandemic. Either that or places like this get shut down because of outbreaks. read more

Haven't eaten at Dave and Busters for a long time the food was great service was great. There was only one thing that made my review less than a 5. My wife ordered the burger it came with no condiments like mayo etc she asked for mayo and the staff said there is a charge for mayo. I have been in the restaurant business for many years and have eaten at many restaurants and this is the first time I have been charged for mayo. They charged .59 for mayo which isn't a big deal it's the principle and you shouldn't make your have to say that to a customer. Add .75 to the burger price to pay for the mayo you will be rolling in the dough. read more

Second time eating here and both time it has been awful. I ordered the sirloin steak medium. It was way over cooked and had some weird flavor. The meat also looked like it was processed, not a normal cut of meat. I had the broccoli and it tasted like it was microwaved. The broccoli also had black specks all over it. I also had the green beans which tasted like it came out of a plastic steamer bag and was terrible. My husbands steak was under cooked and his order was wrong. Do not order the Brussels sprouts because they are horrible. My daughters fries were cold and her burger was made of some nasty looking meat. Went here for my 21st birthday, overall a great experience. Our server Amanda was amazing and super friendly, she had quick service and helped me pick out some drinks.
