The store manager Mike apologized to my daughter for our previous experience and gave the kids some free games. The free games were nice for them and I appreciated the apology. He also said he was going to talk to one of the managers and waiters that had poor customer service skills. I had no problems on this visit. I went on a Saturday and night and it was extremely crowded. I prefer to take the kids during the week get dinner, play a few games, maybe get a drink and then go home when there are no crowds to deal with. We came in for lunch on a weekday, it was dead, he started off as an ok server then just completely ignored us even when we tried to wave him down for payment. Looks like they have done a significant amount of remodeling since I last came in. I was in for a work happy hour and the manager came by after the happy hour was wrapping up. He offered to take us around and show us the party rooms and some of the new things that D&B had to offer. We were all really impressed and ended up sticking around for a couple more hours playing games and bowling. The food was delicious, the place was really clean, the beer prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and all of the games seemed to be in working order. After our meal, we visited the gaming area and enjoyed the Daytona racing game and Deal or No Deal. Okay, so today I went to Dave and Busters in Arundel Mills mall and had two drinks. When we were done , the waitress asked us if we were paying with cash or credit. We said cash, but it was kind of weird that she'd ask. So then she tells me that the total is $22.50 without giving me the receipt... So I'm thinking like hmmm that's a little weird that the drinks would be that high. So I pulled out my money and put out a tip , but my intuition told me to ask the lady for the receipt. So She gave it to me and the total actually said $19.50... At this point I'm heated , but instead of causing a scene I just didn't tip her... like bitch, why tf would you lie about how much the total is just so you can hustle people? I always tip unless the service is terrible which never happens in the first place . I honestly feel like that's low key stealing.... word of advice , ALWAYS ASK FOR THE RECEIPT AT BARS. But my thing if obviously she didn't think that a young black man and woman were going to tip her. Therefore she made things harder for herself because she ain't get no tip in the end . ... so u mean to tell me that if I gave you a $4 tip and then u would have had an extra three dollars for telling me the wrong amount??? Probably would have had a better time if it wasn't so crowded. Games are not too expensive, $40 gets you a rough estimate of about 30 games. This Dave and Busters location is located in the mall. When I went on a Saturday it was crowded. The games were fun and the food was pretty good. TVs were playing the game all over. To win the most tickets you can either spin the wheel, play the fish spearing game, or put coins in the machine where you try to make them fall. Lots of kids are there during the peak kids hours so may want to plan accordingly. Have fun! read more

I went here on Friday 3/20 and I had low expectations, but my expectations are definitely lowered. I had about 3-4 drinks that were mediocre, juiced down, and over priced. Met up with some friends here for a going-away party. Four of us got there around 6pm and ate at the bar - the bartender was awesome! He was very generous and smiling the whole time, and made me a White GummiBear (Malibu, triple sec, a splash of lime juice) - I told him to surprise me with something not on the happy hour menu. The food took a little bit, not too long but long enough to make you wonder how long it takes to cook a veggie burger. As for the arcade and pool table area - what can I say? They even hung up on me so they wouldn't have to talk. Drinks took at least 25 mins to get after you ordered. Then they were watered down and overpriced. There is no pitchers for beer. Only towers. And only two in the whole place so I hope no one else thinks the same as you. The food is way over priced and straight disgusting. Ordered ribs.
