Honestly, I have no complaints about this place and I love the arcades so much that Dave & Buster's will always be a 5/5 in my heart. I've been here at least 5+ times over the years and the staff members have always been kind and accomodating. You can find a multitude of arcade games and they continue to update and add more games each time that I visit. Had a bad experience here June 11th 2025 11pm. Asked a bartender for a water politely at the bar and a middle aged woman by the name of "Ally or Allie" responds back to me in a rude demeanor saying "if you can say please first" as she rolls her eyes at me and walks away. She then proceeds to help other customers and ignore my request for the next couple of minutes while I wait at the bar puzzled with the level of service received. I wait for a couple of minutes for her to come back to me and with a dramatic and confused look she asks me in a sarcastic manner "water?". This level of service at the bar is unnecessary and completely unacceptable. Staff had let me know this is not the first time customers have had an issue with this bartender and the manager mentioned that he would "have a talk with her". I come here nearly every week and have spent over 10,000 chips while never encountering any kind of issue before, but this is where it stops. I refuse to come back to this location after this rude service and hope management takes action after reading some of the other reviews here on yelp. On the other hand I was helped by Diana and she was super nice. She helped me pick out an entree to order and walked over the takeout order to me while sitting at the bar. Great customer service and attitude from her, unlike her fellow coworker. Dave & Buster's is always a blasttttttttt :) What a great place for adults to have fun. This place has it all. Pool, alcohol, good food, games etc. Came here with a friend for some fun. We started off by playing some pool. The pool tables at this location are off to the side and almost in a separate area. It was kind of nice because it was more mellow there in the pool table area. So it wasn't loud like other areas. We played for about an hour or so. I'm terrible at pool so it wasn't much of a challenge for my friend. I think he got bored of winning lol We went over to the arcade games and started having fun. The zombie game was surprisingly scary lol The big spiders got me! lol I regret to admit I screamed every time like a little girl lol That game also tracks your heartbeat and it was funny to see my heartbeat racing like crazy and my friend's heartbeat was more normal lol The game definitely puts you on blast lol Overall, amazing place to have some fun! read more

The good: I've always had tasty food here. The burgers are as good as Red Robin, and today, I had their Philly Cheesesteak for the second time with their Brussel Sprouts, which were probably the best Brussel Sprouts I've ever had. Compliments to the chef! The bad: Unfortunately, I've been here enough times to conclude that the service is usually slow. Doesn't matter who the waiter or waitress is. To be fair, I've only had one server in the past who wasn't friendly, but for whatever reason, they take longer than they should to refill drinks, check in on you, or give you the receipt after you check out. My boyfriend and I were sitting at the bar, ordering drinks, when Colette asked if we wanted to keep our tab open or closed. We requested to keep the tab open, and she asked if we had a card to leave on file. Since we do not carry physical credit cards and use Apple Wallet instead, we offered our phones, hoping she could scan our cards that way. While she explained that she needed a physical card, she agreed to keep the tab open. However, she then made the comment, "Whatever you do, don't run away." I was completely taken aback by this remark, especially since the bar was crowded, and we were the only African American customers present. Her tone was serious, and there was no indication that she was joking. This comment made us feel singled out and uncomfortable, particularly because other customers overheard it. It raised the question: why would she assume that we would run away? This experience left me feeling embarrassed and offended, which is far from the level of service I expected from this establisment. I decided to celebrate my son's 13th birthday here just this past Wednesday and I can't wait to tell you how flawless and amazing this process was. First, special events coordinator, Monique, made it ridiculously easy to book a last minute semi-private event. I have really bad anxiety and it was more than semi-private. It was PERFECT! When we first got there the first couple of employees were not the most helpful but when I finally got to our section... perfection!!! They had the tables set up perfectly (including a cake and gift table). Our waiter, Ron, was BEYOND amazing and so was Jacob (the manager). They were so catering and made me feel like a valued customer. Food was DELICIOUS! Price was well worth the experience and most importantly, my son had an awesome time. Thank you Jacob and Ron for making this day so special for my baby! Night and day compared to the horrible service at the Dave and Buster's in Ontario (closer to my home). Went there for a family dinner last night. We had a larger group of 9. Our server Anthony was absolutely amazing!! He was at our table immediately, took our orders and in no time the drinks had arrived. He constantly checked in on us and made sure we didn't want for anything. There were only 5 other people at the bar & there were FIVE bartenders behind the bar. They sat there for another 15 mins or so & not one bartender offered her a refill nor did they even notice her glass was empty. It's a good thing we had all the time in the world. Idk why they needed so many people there especially, since it was clear they weren't working. They didn't even have to go to the kitchen, check on food or deliver food. What in the world do they do besides serve drinks?! And, apparently, they don't even do that. I do like the food. Probably my favorite mozzarella sticks of any restaurant & great boneless wings. On Wednesdays they do half priced games, which is great for the family. They recently raised the price on all of the games. Here's the way the math works out. You get a $100 game card that has 750 points. Most games charge from 7-12 points per play so it's about $1-$1.50 per game play. Just don't let your kids run away with the card for too long or they may swipe away one too many times accidentally! I like the pizza flatbread here and love their burger. The bartenders are also great and friendly. The place is noisy as it should be and gets packed on the weekends. We decided to stop by on a late night Saturday night on a whim for a glass of wine, dessert, and to play a game or two. I love coming to D&B for a myriad of reasons, but the one thing I consistently hate is the bar service. Allie (Ally?) is constantly walking by with no hi, every time. Colette also didn't acknowledge us but at least she seemed somewhat busy. We are bartenders too, & always take care of *our* bartenders, and just can't fathom why service would consistently be so awful. My boyfriends little sister had such an amazing time here. We came to celebrate her 11th birthday. Our server Anthony was super engaging and kind and so witty! Five stars, great food, amazing waiter. He liked anime and when he saw that she had brought an anime figure and she had opened it at our table, he said it was very cool and showed her his anime tattoos. Came here for a department holiday party! Had such a blast!! The food was great! The activities were even better!! They had us get into teams and play against each other. Mario kart, then skee ball, then some knock out game (it's like pong). One thing: I cut my burger in half, expecting that the server would know to ask if I wanted a box to take the other half home. But my server didn't bother to ask when taking my plate and just tossed it. Sadness. It was a delicious burger haha. Guess I'll know to ask next time lol Such a great time with great company! I was previously upset with the inflation here, but after learning more about what they are trying to do I decided to amend my review. Dave and Busters has begun rewarding frequent visitors with cheaper food and chips , showing that they value those who give them the most business. We went to the bar by the arcade and the bartender told us that he would get us a server. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting. No one came. We booked a private event through online and is such a disappointment. We waited 5 minutes for the manager to show up and take us to our table, just to be informed that the drink ticket - barely has any options like at all. They cost $8.50 per person. If I knew the options were going to be so limited (like literally 2 or 3 options) I would have never even purchase it. 2 wine options and barely any beer options is ridiculous. At that point I'll just order individually. For some reason I'm under the impression that it's "unlimited" which was not. Food then took more than 50 minutes to show up for literally just two platter. The waiter checked on us once in between couldn't even get a water without a long wait. Honestly, I really thought by booking in advance there is some kind of benefits for securing it and paying the deposit upfront but there's no benefits at all. Plus I get charged 25% service fee ? At the end of the night. I feel like there's no service to be honest. Nevertheless this has been the worst private event we ever been and I don't even want to come back personally because of this experience. Don't come here for private event highly not recommend it.
