I've been here a couple times recently. Live music and a dancefloor on Friday nights is a major highlight! Not something you find or expected at every Dave & Buster's. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, and the general manager is often making the rounds greeting and talking to people. If you play games, the game card specials, paired with food and drinks make a number of the available dishes very affordable. I had the wings, they were solid. read more

This place has been good to me since they re-opened after Covid. Most of the staff still greets and treats me like a P1 customer. They've recently updated the food menu and it has been on point! I heard they had cooks come in from corporate to train the kitchen on the new menu items and they recalibrated the ovens and fryers to improve the food. (For a while, the food was getting pretty bad that even I wasn't eating here for a while). Kudos for making the improvements that lead to good changes. I realize that the service and be "hit or miss" when non-regular customers that come in, but that's almost everywhere these days. And, it's not as fun as it used to be during the mid 2000's or when they had their half off drink specials for happy hour, but it's still a solid place for coming in for a drink, a bite and to catch whatever sporting event is on tv. Shout out to managers Angel and Mildred for doing things right. And shout out to bartenders Sophia, Abram, Pepe and Steve (whom they should do whatever is possible to keep him there, he's definitely a rockstar and their best bartender). Cheers! read more

The wait and quality of food and drinks are just unacceptable. We waited so long for our food to come out, and they got the order wrong, and on top of that, the chicken came out raw. They took it back and brought me semi fried chicken with no effort to compensate us for the time and disgusting food. The drinks were all sugar and very little alcohol portions. I asked about fixing our drinks, and the waiter acknowledged that their bar drinks/cocktails are weak and probably should stick to beer or wine. Basically, they cheat you on your mixed drink, and they don't post prices on their menu. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because they offered 1/2 prices on their video games and they offered neat prizes and the kids played long enough for us to get new food. There are kitchen staff, bartenders, and wait staff should all be retrained and an automatic deduction of items off the bill when you serve raw chicken! read more

Went to D&B on Friday night, and it seems just a I remember pre-covid. Crowded, noisy, a bit disorganized, weak but colorful alcoholic drinks, and lots of vibrant TV's for watching sports. No social distancing, and very few visitors wearing masks (probably cuz most people were eating/drinking, still it looked like pre-covid times all around), but staff wore masks. I didn't play games, but the gaming area was clean with most games lit (and hopefully in working order after such a long hiatus due to covid). For dining, it's confusing whether you have to see someone to be seated in the restaurant, so we just grabbled seats at the bar for dinner. Had a couple drinks, which as I mentioned before, were pretty weak though flavorful (I got the strawberry mango margarita). The food was pretty good. I got the fish and chips, sub green beans instead of fries. It was pretty delicious... the fish was cooked perfectly, not too much batter, and soft and juicy with a slight crisp on the outside. The green beans were seasoned well and very tasty. The service was not great at first, somewhat long wait to get someone to help us, but as soon as one of servers/ bartenders began taking our order and getting our drinks, she returned often to check if we needed anything else as we dined. Love the bright, large TV's for watching sports. And the food's pretty good for bar food. The gaming options are pretty great if you're bringing kids. Also, parking is easy with the mall lot, and D&B entrances from the outside or through the mall. Plus there are very few casual, family friendly entertainment venues that serve alcohol in this part of the south bay (so that makes D&B a great option). But due to the weak drinks (overpriced) and the limited gaming/entertainment options that appeal more to adults, I can't give more than 3 stars. read more

Warning: kids meals and appetizers (ordered as my son's entree) will come out 20 minutes before other entrees. We ordered 4 items for 4 people- kids pizza, smash burger, Caesar salad and barbacoa fries. Both of our kids items came out and 15 minutes passed by we flag down our waiter to let him know we were still missing two items. His response was - appetizers come out 15 minutes before entrees, that's how the system works- your food should follow shortly. I was confused because a kids meal is not an appetizer and my son may have ordered an appetizer but was clearly eating it as his entree. 5 minutes later the rest of the food comes, along with a manager (whom we didn't ask for). Manager was very condescending and kept repeating 'what would you like me to do?' We didn't even ask for him, we were trying to understand the system and reasoning for two members of the party to receive food and basically be finished before the adults food was even served. I guess I was wrong for assuming our order would come out at the same time. So just a warning. Maybe servers can let customers know this is going to happen and ask if we would prefer all items to come at the same time. But from their explanation they blamed the system- no accountability. read more

I came here way before COVID-19, when things were normal, and I gotta say, this place is nonstop action!! Without a doubt, the most energetic place in the Great Mall!! There are games galore here. Even if you're not that into video games you will find something here that gets your attention. And having a cold one while playing games is a good combination. It was crowded when we were here, multiple birthday parties going on with kids running everywhere. The food was ok to me, mostly bar food, but I didn't eat too much here. All the TVs for sports is always a good idea. The restaurant area is big also, if you just want to relax and eat without all the excitement. Great place to go to for some fun & games with friends or family gathering with kids! Came during their happy hours for half off drinks which was super worth. One downside was they wouldn't serve all our drinks until we finished previous ones, and it was hard to get hold of the waiters since the seating was all spread out. In terms of the arcade it was very convenient to be able to download their app and play via your phone! Pool is also another option for those who don't want to play arcade games. read more

This is a two-part review. The Mr & I went on a Friday before the crowd as a way to get out of the house - it was just us, kid-less. We were able to walk around, it was calm. We walked around, had our drinks and wracked up the points for the kiddo. In the moment of having fun and feeling guilty, I suggested to him that we come back with the kid to play & maybe grab a bite to eat. This trip - for the games, the drinks/service and environment, I would say it was a 4-5 stars. We went back on Saturday - early!! Guess what - it was crazy in there. Kids running around everywhere and it felt as if the pandemic was over! We went to walk the mall and said we'd come back here on our way out of the mall. When we got back, it felt like it was more packed (roughly 12:30p) We tried to reload a card to play and it seemed like none of the kiosks were working. Gave up. We decided to grab a bite to eat. Now, it's been a few years since I've eaten here and let me tell you that the food & menu have tanked. The food was way over priced and not that great. I remember they used to have a really good pasta - they don't have that anymore. I settled for chicken tenders because, you can't really mess those up, right? They were the saddest tenders I have ever seen, served with dry carrots. I tried to order a drink and today, they had chosen to card me (they didn't the day before) I had to signal for the check because we were basically forgotten and I never got an itemized receipt. Lunch for four was over $100. I learned my lesson. I will NEVER eat here. I could have eaten happily somewhere else for way cheaper and better food. Really hard to see flaws with this place. I came here to have a few beers and even got a suggestion from Henry for some great food, which was a crispy chicken sandwich, and it was very delicious. When it was delivered to me Henry was busy and the lady sending out the order, Alyssa, got me another beer as well which was appreciated and awesome. A little disappointing, very limited game machines to play on, probably due to social distancing, but overall, not as many games as other D&B locations I have been to. Restaurant and bar areas were totally full and not spacious enough to accommodate everyone if too many people were inside. We had a teambuilding event here in party room 3. They have the equipment to have a meeting with projection screen and podium. We had game cards. Several of the games are out of order but we still had a fun time. The food was delicious. We had land and sea. Herb-Crusted Tenderloin, Manchego Chicken, Salmon Chimichurri Bowl (Deconstructed), Garden Salad, Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes, Dinner Rolls, sodas and chocolate stuffed churros with caramel and chocolate sauces. Located as a part of the Great Mall, came here late one night to check it out. Definitely hands down the largest D&Bs I've been to, with LOTS of space (kind of awkwardly large with lots of dead space) and a normal amount of games. Some machines and games tend to be broken or aren't working right, or the card reader has an error. There aren't a lot of staff around for you to ask for help compared to other locations. Half off Wednesdays are great. Restaurant/bar staff were nice and truffle fries were tasty. read more

Huge fan of the ax game over at Dave and Busters. Unfortunately, there is usually a line of excited ax throwers waiting on this one machine! The staff at this location are also very nice and patient when a machine encounters any errors or glitches! We ordered the salmon with asparagus, steak and baked cauliflower, chicken, fried potato wedges, and the chopped salad. The chicken came with melted cheese and bacon. The steak was done a bit too well for me but I was a fan of the salmon, which was surprisingly not over cooked. The salad was refreshing and contained plenty of avocado and red onions. All portions were decent and pretty filling! This place turns into a club after 9pm on certain nights. Bright flashing lights, loud music, and a cold beer pairs well with the fun games! read more

Our server, Lila, tried but this job was a but too much for her to handle. She never checked on our waters. My daughter asked for a side of BBQ sauce when her burger was delivered and never got it, despite our server stopping by 3 different time saying she was checking on it. Then our server just disappeared. After 15 minutes of being done, we asked we're finally checked on and asked for a box. Then we sat for another 15 minutes and had to hunt down our check in order to pay so we could leave. I get the concept of Dave and Busters, but if the first impression says anything, I have no desire to return again for average food and long wait times. read more

I recently had a disappointing experience and I felt others thinking about spending money here should know, mainly due to the service from the bartender, I think his name is Abram (pale skin guy with brown hair and beard/goatee). We Sat at the bar and my wife and I asked about happy hour beers, he bluntly stated, "Only Coors and Bud Light." I politely asked for clarification, wondering if any of the other listed beers were available, but he repeated, "Again, like I said, only Bud and Coors." There was no reason for him to have such an attitude and be so curt with customers looking to enjoy and relax after work. It left a sour taste in my mouth. I then asked if there were any food specials, and he simply replied, "Food?" handed me a menu, and walked away without another word. I never saw him again for the rest of the evening. It's clear that more training is needed for Abram (forgive me if that's not his name, I asked a female bartender for his name). Customer service is key in the hospitality industry, and his demeanor was far from welcoming. My wife and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and we won't be spending our money here again. We came in on a Saturday night so we already knew it would be super busy, but there were still a good amount of tables available and we were able to play a lot of the games that we wanted to get to. Ordering food was made so easy (by scanning QR code) and they came out with the food pretty fast. We ordered: Double pepperoni flatbread: 8/10 definitely just like a pizza, no much too special about it Cantina nachos: 10/10 probably my favorite thing we got. It's filled with toppings and it fills all your late night cravings! Tempura popcorn shrimp: 6/10 it was ok. It was more on the chewy side and it was a bit mushy after a few minutes I would say the only downside was a lot of the games were not working and would just take your money and we would have to take turns playing some other games. My first time at Dave & Busters ever. I expected more. This review is mainly for the arcade and games they had at this location. MANY machines were broken and out of service. The machines that were "working" weren't accurate or were basically broken but still taking $$$ out of our card. For instance, there was a station where you'd throw baseball at a target and it should record your accuracy and throw speed. Sometimes even after throwing the ball and hitting the target, the machine says your speed was 0mph and you got 0 points which means = 0 tickets for you = SCAM Basically taking your money and it's not even working fairly. I prefer Round 1... Cuter claw machines, less broken down machines and cleaner. It felt sad being in here. On the bright side, bathrooms were relatively clean. I was surprised.
