I was really looking forward to my visit, but it did not meet expectations. The wait times were long, staff seemed unorganized. I spend over $250 on food, drinks and games. all of it was horrible. Came here for a late night dinner and service was great. Our waiter and the guy serving our food were polite, brought us all the condiments and checked on us enough times where it wasn't annoying. The food was pretty good for what I expected. Nachos everybody enjoyed and said they'd get it again. I got the shrimp scampi pizza (definitely ask for pepper flakes gave it more flavor) I'd get it again but compared to the pepperoni I think pep wins this one. Cobb salad my friend ate it all had no complaints. Ribs were not bad standard for what you'd expect. Everything else was good. Watermelon strawberry marg took the cake. It was delicious! Worst freaking service! Was sitting for 20 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted drinks or food. Got tired of waiting to input our drinks and went to the bar directly. Once sitting there without any other customer near me, the bartenders didn't even ask me if I was ready to order. I waiting 10 minutes while they were watching the TVs. I asked for a certain beer listed on the menu and without confirming they said it was out. I asked them to check and they came back with it. LAZY! Once the food was in, ticket time was horrible! Food was not accurate. Asked for no cheese, they repeated it back and it still came out wrong. Ordered Mac and cheese, it went to the wrong table twice. I mentioned it was still missing when I told them my burger was wrong, took another 15-20 minutes to come out, along with my burger. We arrived at 4pm and it's now 5:15pm. Really bad service at the bar!! They don't have the ingredients to garnish or prepare your drink, and if you ask them they get offended. Smh This is one of my fav drink from them but it has change a lot . I believe is a strawberry marg with watermelon ice cubes garnish with candy pop around the rim. Just spent the Friday afternoon there. The place is much bigger than I anticipated. Tons of arcade games, even pool tables. Good time for the kids. However, the other reviews are spot on as to the terrible service when getting food. Food was decent when I finally got it but the worst service I have gotten in a long time. I would have walked away long ago, but they take a credit card beforehand. If it wasn't for them having my card I would have walked out and went to the other numerous other food establishments in the area. Take my advice, enjoy the games, get your food elsewhere. read more

I recently had my son's birthday dinner at this location and everything from the service to the food was top notch. Food: We ordered the chicken tenders, chicken wings, pepperoni pizza, bbq pizza, and garlic fries. The biggest hit were the chicken tenders with ranch and the side of cole slaw they serve with it is amazing. We kept getting seconds of the cabbage cole slaw. Service: Everyone was very accommodating from the host to the waitress, and the cashier who I bought game cards for the kids. Games: There is a huge variety of games for all ages and we did not have to wait in line for any of them despite it being a busy Saturday night. The men loved having access to watch every game as the dining room area is surrounded by huge flat screen TV's like a sports bar. Great games, decent prizes, good environment for a commercial arcade. This particular location, however, has a terrible bar tender named Alexandria. She will literally ignore you unless you're sitting at the bar, ordering multiple drinks. Which is frustrating because you have to get pool balls from the bar. She has an attitude, is slow, and will avoid you unless you sit down with an open tab. Not sure why the establishment brings her back since other staff were very clear that she gets lots of complaints. The rest of the staff were outstanding. The place was clean. They do, however, need to stock up more. They were out of several desserts and beers. read more

Yeah this place just isn't good if you have a large group of people. We came here again for the third year in a row (I work for a large company) and it was the same deal - the lines for food are a mile long and if you're at the back of it, it takes 45 minutes to get through. If you go and play video games, the line gets longer and again, you're at the back of it. The food is just cafeteria-level crap. A number of us ended up just eating at the mall next door. They never have anything new at this place either, it's the same old stuff every year. They need some new games in the arcade and some drop-claw and other prize machines that not only have better prizes but actually let you WIN the prize!! For comparison, the somewhat-nearby Bowlero near Fallbrook, which has an arcade and drop-claw machines (with life-sized toys amongst the smaller ones) is WAY more fun and the food is better. Our company goes there sometimes as well, but in the holiday season. I hope our summer gatherings move back to outdoor picnics. The outdoor picnics had similar Mexican food - better-tasting, with plenty of stations set up so that there were no long lines to wait in. read more

Food is better than expected for a sport place. They have multiple screens showing basketball, MMA, football, etc. It is loud so hard to have a conversation, not romantic or good for date night. Bring your previous D&B card to reload them. At 10pm, they age minors to leave the gaming area. It is very crowded and packed on a Friday night but there were games open. A couple of games were out of order... My husband liked his steak and shrimp pasta. I ordered the cheesesteak sliders (bread was not soft and too dry) and goldfingers (have had waay better chicken tenders elsewhere). I would not order this again. Friend ordered the mac n' cheese ( too rich). Another ordered the salmon which she enjoyed. The dessert was horrible- stale brownies/cookies with ice cream. Definitely not worth $10. This visit I ordered the Chicken Parm and it was better than expected. My 2yo loved it. She also liked the pretzel dogs and fries. People seemed to enjoy their burgers. Surprisingly my friend ordered the veggie chimichurri bowl and it was quite flavorful and full of veggies! Service could be better. I came here with my kids and my husband many times and spent so much money before and I regretted very deeply. this time I came in after dinner from somewhere else and then my kids wanted to play. I went to the bar asking for coffee. They said oh we're done for the coffee for the day so I went out to get coffee some somewhere else, but my husband called me back because the kids need to go to the bathroom when I came back holding a coffee, they told me security came at me like I was some kind of a criminal that I cannot go in with outside drink and I said well you guys don't have coffee and he said no we do I said we do you guys don't and he said we do I said why don't you come with me and we can check at the bar if you do or don't he said, but regardless, you can't go in and they call the manager. The manager was laughing at me semi laughing at me he's like oh you're not understanding us. I said all I needed to do is go take the kid to the bathroom. He's like but that's our policy and we do have coffee who told you we don't so their service sucks. Their management sucks lack of compassion for people lack of professionalism whatsoever, and the security needs to be like thrown out of there because of their bad conduct with people. The fact that they have coffee and they made me go out some at the restaurant get it come back getting this commotion speaks volumes of how they treat people if they want small dollar item from their menu, which says a lot about service and there is no service . I don't understand how these people when you order $200 worth of stuff are nice but when you order three dollar worth of coffee they go and come back fake and tell you they don't have coffee. Because of this, I want the corporate to know that I will spread the word and I'm very connected person and I will tell everybody the way you guys treat people you treat people according to the dollar spent and that's not OK . I want corporate to know that the management and the security at this location in Northridge is very unprofessional , the people that work at the bar are also very unprofessional and they lie to your face when you want coffee they don't wanna go make it. They tell you they don't have it. We're not stupid. We understand everything. And my kids Northridge CA location wanna come here this is last time I came here. I'm very upset sitting outside because they treated me very badly upholding their policy, but according to the policy, they should have coffee and they have coffee and they lied to me. Super disappointed. Reserved a table over the phone for a surprise birthday celebration. They let me know I had to pay a $100 deposit that went to a mandatory purchase of 2 party platters in order to reserve the table. Which I did. When we arrived they sat us at the table and the party platters came out almost 30 minutes into being seated. Our drinks kept running low and we had to keep asking for water despite most of our glasses being empty they weren't being filled unless we asked. At the end we got our bill and paid. We decided to go and play games when a man who I'm assuming was a sort of manager approached me while I was purchasing a game card and asks me if I wanted to close my tab. I was confused because I literally paid the bill at the table. He then said, it was only for the drinks and not the food. The waiter didn't combine the platters and drinks on the bill. Why? No idea...so I said "no problem I'll pay the rest" and began to walk back with the manager to a register. He then proceeds to tell me that the minimum amount that needed to be spent for a table reservation of my size was $800. I laughed because I thought he was joking but the punch line never came and he asked me if I was told by the waiter or the person who I made the reservation with and I said no. He ended up shrugging that off so I still have no clue if that was him trying to be funny because he didn't laugh he just seemed annoyed. When we get to the register he says my total was "$35 for the remainder of the party platters plus tax plus a suggested tip; so your total is $57 and change" I let him know I had already tipped on the other bill I paid and he said "since this is separate there's a tip and that's what I put for your suggested tip" to which I responded "so since it's a suggestion I won't be doing it because I had already tipped generously on the other bill" so he loudly sighs and says "okay" in an almost appalled tone. while rolling his eyes and becomes even colder with me. Asked waitress at bar if I could order food if I sat down at the booth by the gaming area and she said yes. Sat for 15 minutes straight and was completely ignored. Went back to the bar and asked where I could order food. A different waitress advised she'd come over and take my order. I asked her if they still had caramel chili dipping sauce for the pretzel sticks and she said yes. Ordered that appetizer and 2 entrees. She came out with the pretzel sticks and said they actually don't have that dipping sauce available after all. After feeling completely let down I sent the appetizer back because without caramel chili sauce it's nasty. Why did she say they had something when they actually did not? And knowing I ordered this appetizer based on the availability of that sauce, why even bring it out to my table if you know that's not what I wanted? Bait and switch? Then we waited for over 40+ mins for our 2 entrees at 3:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon when there's like 15 people in this whole place total and it's completely empty inside. Finally got our food and decided we wanted to order the dozen donut holes dessert. Put the order in and that came out quickly but only 8 donut holes came out! Are you guys freaking kidding me? How did 4 donut holes get lost from the kitchen to my table? Who is running this place? It's all sorts of unorganized and the wait times for food are not acceptable. Our visit to celebrate my sibling's graduation turned into a huge disappointment. We were completely ignored by the staff, and the whole experience left us angry and frustrated. When we got there, most of the tables were dirty, and it took forever for anyone to clean them. Once we finally sat down, no one would serve us. We saw only a couple of waiters, and they just walked around chatting, completely ignoring everyone who was clearly annoyed and waiting. They only seemed to be serving two tables, leaving everyone else, including us, completely unattended. We waited and waited. Two whole hours passed, and still no one came to our table. This is no exaggeration. We tried to pass the time playing games, but each time we came back, our mom was still waiting without anyone helping her. It was unbelievable. The employees seemed like they didn't want to work, often gathering in groups to chat instead of doing their jobs. To make things worse, a guy at the front desk where we were buying game cards disappeared for a while. When he came back, he smelled strongly of marijuana. And some employees who clearly understood us claimed they "didn't speak Spanish" and refused to help, which felt very unfair. Our day would have been so much better if the employees actually worked instead of taking long smoke breaks and talking. We really wanted to eat there, but because of the terrible service and rude staff, we'll never go back. My poor mother was so disappointed, and it made us wonder if we were being ignored because of racism. (What a shame. We came for lunch. Our hostess was our server and she was terrific. I ordered the Hawaiian burger from the special menu. I couldn't really put my finger on what was so off about this sandwich. I'll start from the bottom up: the burger was saturated in artifical smoke to the point of overpowering all other flavors. The pineapple tasted almost expired, but the flavor could have been masked by the smoke flavor. The sandwuch was topped with pulled pork, but it was so dry it crunched. Good idea for leftovers, but not well executed. It's been almost 8 hrs and my clothes still smell like that burger. Would suggest a grilled burger, no smoke.
