The worst service I've ever experienced. We waited an unreasonably long time just for the server to take our order -- around 20 minutes. Then, one of the meals we ordered was completely forgotten. Just wanted to come on here and say that my family and I had a blast, Malaysia did a great job of serving and taking care of us. She came to check up on us & made sure our food and drinks were on time. Truly great service on her part. I did want to mention the rude hostess in the front, arguing with each other in front of us. My wife and I decided to take our kids along with 2 of their friends to Dave & Busters. It wasn't too crowded for being a Sunday. Our server was amazing & helped us save a lot of money. She told us about the eat & play combo & had a few suggestions about the food. She had a great personality & a beautiful smile. It was definitely the best service I've had in any restaurant for awhile. The last few times not as good. I will be asking for Joanna on our next visit. We also loved all the new games & especially liked the human crane. The manager Steven even stopped by to make sure we were happy. I'm so glad to see such an improvement. About 25 years ago I went somewhere called a gym and my sister told me how after every machine you use, you wipe it down for the next person. I dont understand why arcades do not have this concept? Perhaps a station every few feet that has antibacterial wipes to take, wipe down the arcade when you use it to kill germs. They sell $33 for unlimited wings... not only does it seem like they r purposely limiting the wings, they run out of cups to serve just water, service is poor, customer service is poor... now I've been to other places like this and have great service... we got attracted to drive 30mins away because of their advertisement of the unlimited wings just to come to poor service and what feels like they are purposely not trying to provide unlimited wings or they advertised and did not prepare for a busy Sunday. I know, 5 stars for Dave & Busters?! Let me explain. So while this is a niche category of pay-to-play video game and arcade entertainment combined with historically strong drinks, so-so food, so-so service, and loud environment (unavoidable given the game play) they have done something right revamping their menu during COVID. My fiancé and I came here on an, albeit less busy day (a Tuesday) to continue celebrating his birthday week. When we come here typically we come for the games, the strong drinks, and if we get the drunchies, we might eat too. This visit we noticed many changes on the menu and decided to try some of their new beverages and food - I was pleasantly surprised! I tried the new All Day Rosé with Botanist Gin, Graham and Fisk's Rosé with Bubbles, and strawberry purée, and fresh citrus mix - this was so good, and still strong! It was just the right amount of sweet, and tart, and you get the rest of the can of sparkling rosé on the side to add to your drink as you make more room in your glass making you feel like a mixologist! To eat we enjoyed the new Crispy Cauliflower, and Double Pepperoni Flatbread. Both were excellent! The cauliflower came as advertised - crispy - with a great breading-to-cauliflower ratio, and tasty Buffalo ranch dipping sauce on the side. The pizza was pizza, so what's not to like, but definitely seemed improved from their pre-COVID pizzas. Our server was attentive and gave us the background on the menu upgrades - given COVID they had to retrofit their menu to make it more appealing for home-delivery. Makes sense. We also got a birthday Ice Cream Sunday to cap off our night after a few hours of game play, which our server brought out with a candle! We'll definitely be back for future low-key date nights, and we just may be saving our appetite to enjoy more of the new food offerings! read more

My kids love this place. We always have a great time. The customer service though is very very weak. There's hardly people that are working there most likely people that care to work there. It's unfortunate of the establishment. This grade with a huge investment behind. It has such weak workers. Supervision needs to do training to help the workers do better customer service otherwise like most business this establishment will go down the drain. HORRIBLE, experience from the restaurant side. Went here on 1/23/2026 around 10pm. Wasnt too busy at all. Before getting our table we went to grab drinks from the bar.... No one even acknowledged us or looked in our direction for atleast 10-15 minutes. Mind you, no one else was standing around the bar or waiting to order, it was just my husband and I standing there.... I had to flag down a woman who seemed irritated I even disrupted her flow for someone to finally take our drink order.... After we finally got our table it took our server Corey at least 20-30 mins to greet our table, before pretending he wasnt our designated server, and said "he would help us out" as if he was doing a favor for another server who had our table in his section lol. The horrible experience unfortunately continues- Our table only ordered 3 things. One of them being a chicken salad, that took about an hour to be delivered to the table- after refusing the salad since it took so long, we still ended up paying for the salad somehow even though Corey said that he would take it off of the check, but never did???? We did not realize that we even paid for the salad that we never received until we got home and looked at the digital receipt. I would like to add Corey's attitude at the table was fine- no issues there; but the amount of time everything took unfortunately overshadowed the entire experience and was completely unacceptable. We also were forced to pay for an automatic gratuity amount. I am truthfully baffled at how horrendous the restaurant portion of Dave & Busters is ran. No one is checking in on tables, and the tables that are empty with dirty dishes being bussed are getting more attention than the ones with people sitting in them.... Looking at the reviews it looks like this is a normal experience for others unfortunately and the upper management/ corporate should definitely reevaluate who is managing the staff at the restaurant if Dave & Busters cares about quality whatsoever. I've worked in the restaurant business as both a server and in management and it was honestly piss poor. It was not at all busy, and there were not any other factors where I could excuse the level of service we received. It was BAD!!!! Having never been to a Dave & Busters I wasn't sure what to expect. Felt like a much higher end Chuck E Cheese. Kids had a blast. Our server was friendly enough and told us about a discount for downloading their app so that was nice. She did kind if disappear a few times while the other tables around us had servers who were always checking in, refilling drinks, etc. We ordered the salmon, chicken pasta, Philly cheese steak, and kids chicken tenders. On 6/20/25 Friday night visit review - female bartender gave my boyfriend another customer's credit card instead of his. Bartender and manager on duty Jenny stated my boyfriend's credit was given to another customer who already left the establishment. Both staff didn't bother offering viable solutions, instead said call the bank. Their response came across as dismissive and unprofessional. For the next 2 days, we were calling to see if my boyfriend's credit card was returned. When I went to pick it up the following Monday, manager on duty, Roger now denied that they had given my boyfriend's credit card to another customer. No apologies once again from 2 managers. I've sent an email to General Manager Mike Mati, and have not gotten any response. Be careful with your credit card and your personal information as they obviously don't think it's a big deal to give your credit card to someone else! read more

So my daughter graduated from CSUN and after the ceremony she wanted to go to Dave & Busters. We walked in and the place seemed dead. Hardly anyone was there. Other graduates & their families came in after us. I immediately went to the hostess stand and picked up the tablet and said to the graduate behind us I'll take your order. The hostess seeing this immediately came over and seated us. Tge place appeared really clean. They have a lot of video games in an arcade of sorts. The Arcade is massive! They also have a section to play pool. They have a Sports Bar in another section.This Restaurant really is the ultimate restaurant because it has everything for a whole host of people. In Ca. You can go surfing during the day and night snow boarding in the mountains, that's kind of what Dave & Busters reminds me of. I ordered the BBQ Chicken flatbread pizza and it was good. Everyone liked their meals. Afterward we had a S'mores cheesecake . We all ate one together. It was so delicious! Next we went to the arcade & had a ball! I love Dave & Busters! Another terrible visit. I paid $60 for the 90 minute play & meal combo, specifically for one game my son loves. Staff said it was included, but it wasn't. The card ended up being useless. The first manager said there was nothing they could do since I already used the meal. $15 sliders for $60? Seriously? It was their mistake, they needed to make it right or at least fair. The second manager refused to come out of his office and offered a $35 credit. 15+35 still do not add up to the 60 I paid. Not to mention the entire time he was rude. He actually did the math to see if this all adds up, like by the penny. Last time, we waited nearly an hour for anyone to take our food order. Not even water. Came here for a late night dinner and service was great. Our waiter and the guy serving our food were polite, brought us all the condiments and checked on us enough times where it wasn't annoying. The food was pretty good for what I expected. Nachos everybody enjoyed and said they'd get it again. I got the shrimp scampi pizza (definitely ask for pepper flakes gave it more flavor) I'd get it again but compared to the pepperoni I think pep wins this one. Cobb salad my friend ate it all had no complaints. Ribs were not bad standard for what you'd expect. Everything else was good. Watermelon strawberry marg took the cake. It was delicious!
