There is a parking garage available under the building, as well as additional parking around the perimeter outside. Came here on a very rainy Sunday, so it was busy & crowded. Two of the 5 ticket kiosks were out of D&B cards; I suggest walking past the ones at the entry & find one that's amongst the games. I think there are 3 of them. We wanted to grab a drink first. The bartender was busy so here attitude wasn't the best, but she served us promptly. We paid & walked off with drinks in hands waiting our turn for games. One plus about D&B is it's convenient to leave empty drinks on the tables around the games. One attraction that we don't have at the Manchester, NH location that Orlando had was VR Godzilla. I recently attended a holiday work-event at this particular Dave & Buster's. I had never been to this location prior to this event, but it was easily the most unique in regards to the building and layout. It had a huge front entrance and the steps to go inside were enormous so it felt as if you were stepping into a grand ballroom. Once you step inside, you are greeted with a huge bar and a bunch of tables and chairs towards the right side. If you turn left you step into the game area where it's literally a huge room with all types of electronic games, just like you would see at any other location. If you walked all the way to the back there are a few large rooms for events and large gatherings (i.e. Kiddie Parties) The staff here were very nice and pleasant. We had a Mexican-type buffet that was actually pretty good! The food was definitely better than the Sanford rival Elev8, that's for sure! I got to play some of my all-time favorites games and had a blast. I felt like a kid again, even if was just for a few hours. read more

This was my worst Dave and Buster's experience to date. We are new to the area, but use to go to our D&B's regularly, especially in the summer on Wednesday for 1/2 price games. This one is much smaller than our old D&Bs and it was WAY WAY overcrowded! Did I mention it was overcrowded? We literally couldn't even find games to play because of so many people. There were some free, but they were the ones that most people don't want to play. The first game I played took my tokens twice without letting us play and some were out of order. The other big issue I had was that I had two digital cards tied to physical cards. I had with me but we recently moved and I didn't have the other card anymore. I asked at the desk if they could put my tokens onto a new card. She said she couldn't find record of it so no. So I was like - you can't help me? It was in my app with all the information on it. It's about $75 in tokens and almost 10,000 tickets. She said - Well I can call a manager to help you. So I asked for that. The place was so crazy, we waited for awhile and no one came. So I ended up spending $100 to load up my old card. She said she'd still see if she could find the manager, but that never happened. Then when we went out to play games, we basically couldn't get on hardly any games. We literally played one game and left. My young adult has autism and sensory issues, but still enjoys D&B but this one was way too crowded and loud. Way more than we're use to. If you have a person with sensory or special needs, this may not be the location for you. I'm hoping it's not always this crazy. We're going to try Tampa or Gainesville sometime in the future, since I have a bunch of tokens now. read more

The drink was great, but it was more frozen watermelon cubes than drink. The burger was good as well, but extremely messy. If you're in to sloppy burgers this one is definitely for you. We arrived around 7pm. They came around and took pictures. Came back with a complementary picture. The wife picked out a couple souvenir photos to buy. The entrees were great. I had a bite of the smashburger, crispy chicken sandwich, and i ordered the creamy chicken pasta. Enjoyed the strawberry shortcake for desert. Brandon was an awesome server. The kids had fun playing games for more than an hour. There were plenty of games playing on TVs. Unfortunately, bar was out of a couple alcoholic beverages I wanted. Wife ordered the wings. Last time I was here they had a table with a person/cashier, this time you see at least 5 tall screens. The instructions are easy to follow. We went on a Wednesday morning and there was not a lot of people. The games were fun and there's a lot to choose from. Wanted to have a fun little date day with my fiancé and we wanted to play some games. It had been a while since going to D&B, it was nice because as we walked in it definitely looks like they gave it a face lift and saw some new games. To start we sat down to eat. Usually this is what we would do because they used to have deals that if you bought food you could pay a little extra to get more coins as a sort of food and play bundle. That was gone but they have an app now. I put my game card on the app and it mentioned in the app that some of the new rewards includes: "PLUS! 1 BONUS game chip for every $1 spent on Food & Beverage (max 50)". So after we get the check we mention about getting the extra game chips since we bought over $50 in food and drinks. Our waitress said she's had many people mention this but somehow WE are the ones misinterpretation it? I think it's pretty cut and dry. So the new start to this app and "bonus coin" was a sour taste in our mouth but whatever. We recharged our card and played in the arcade. It was nice, not too busy on a Tuesday afternoon. We had fun and played for a while on $50 worth of coins. The prizes could be expanded some but we got a couple things just for fun. Overall we enjoyed the facelift, enjoyed the food, the drinks were good, just disappointing with the app promising "bonus chips" with food and drink purchase and then we get gaslit that we were interpreting it wrong somehow. Also, not sure if it's just a delay with the app but after a few hours we played 300 tokens worth and the app never updated our points for our future reward and just for fun I tried to do one of the challenges (5 racing games in 1 day) and I didn't earn it despite doing 5 races. read more

Let me start by saying that it was a typical D&B experience. No one thing particularly bad. The food was good. I enjoyed the cheeseburger melt. Appetizers were very good. The server was the brightest spot. She was fantastic. The foundation the negative is based around the cost. $300+ for a family of 5 to eat and three kids to play games. It's just too expensive. But that being what it is, and knowing what you are in for, it has better be close to flawless. Well then you have things like the game's malfunctioning and taking your credits, or the absolutely absurd garbage of prizes to be won. I mean, in 2025, there are so many better upgraded toys that could be in there that don't cost the company much of anything. Instead the prizes are resemble 1980's Putt Putt stuff. **READ BEFORE EATING HERE** Come for the games, not the food! Went with a large party, we all had something off with our meals with the exception of one item (kids pizza). Most of us had to get new silverware because the forks, knives and napkins all still had food and stains on them. I had the fish & chips, mistake. First they were out of tartar sauce which was listed on the description and wasn't told until after it arrived. The fish itself was terrible, the batter didn't even stick on, it all flaked right off. The fish tasted like it sat in the freezer for the last decade until tonight when I ordered it and they through it in the fryer. The fries were actually cold, not luke warm, cold. The wings tasted like they sat around all day under a heat lamp then served to us. Other items ordered at our table... cheeseburger (served a little warm and spongy), Philly steak (meat tasted like a middle school cafeteria - also served slightly warm), loaded nachos were soupy with cheese and taste was just off. The only item that wasn't a complete disappointment was the kids pizza. Although our waiter was nice, the service was slow. We were sat at 8:20p & finished paying at about 10:30p. In all honesty, Dave & Busters should throw in the towel as a restaurant and just become a bar with a large arcade. This was our 2nd time eating there. The first time was almost equally as bad but we didn't want to judge them from one bad experience. Giving them a 2nd chance was a mistake. Won't happen again.
