Ordered 4 meals, only got and was charged for 3 "meals," cost over $50. The food was fresh, nicely flavored, chicken tender and juicy. One of my "meals" was missing the fries, that same order was to of had 2 hot chicken sandwiches, but ended up having 1 hot chicken sandwich and 1 mild chicken sandwich. It's still new and I'm sure the employees are still learning, but they were all very nice. For me it was not worth the "hype." read more

Staff was super friendly. Food was very good, better than Caines, but that's personal preference. Downside there is no drive through. While it does take a while to get your food because evidently they make each order upon request, the food was freshly made and spice was perfect. We got a 1 (next step up from none) and almost couldn't taste spice. The chicken pieces are huge. They have a cheese dipping sauce for .49 each that is very good and the Dave's sauce is good as well. Pickles are fresh and dill. The slider looked really good, will try that next time. We went around 3:30 in the afternoon and few people there. We did take-out. Only one 'all gender' bathroom which would be terrible if the place was crowded. There was a leak on the bathroom floor. Not worthy of losing a star because this is about food. The place was clean. We came in on Saturday, and it took about 10 minutes to order. It took 40 minutes to actually get our food. I had the slider prepared hot. It was tasty and spicey it was a little greasey. I'm not sure if I will have this again. The employees were nice and hard working. read more

The only thing saving this is the food which was very tasty. The service on the other hand is terrible. The guy behind the counter had the worst Attitude he called my number alone two other numbers . A girl who order Way after me asked what happened to her order the guy behind the counter realized his mistakes grabbed my order off my table My wife received her order but my order wasn't finished yet when I asked the guy behind the counter what happened he said I grabbed the wrong Order So when I asked him how 5 people after me received their order before mine And how only half of my order was filled he said he didn't know and just read the number on the Receive with total attitude. When I spoke to the Manager he also could not answer Why people received their food Before me And why the order was only half completed. I just don't understand how you go from order 183 to 190 and forget about the other 7 orders in between just like that. First time ever coming to Dave's. We decided to split Dave's #2 which is the 2 sliders with fries meal thinking we just wanted a small lunch. Man, I'm glad we did. The "sliders" are a very generous portion! They looked like a regular sandwich size not a small "slider" at all. The no-spice slider was too dry to me. Definitely needed something more. They do give you Dave's sauce on the side which helped if you dunked every bite in it but it would be nice to not have to do that. The medium spice wasn't too hot and didn't seem dry. So if you don't like spice maybe opt for the lite-mild or the mild instead to get more flavor and less dryness. The Mac & Cheese side was disappointing. The portion size was fine but it tasted like a boxed Velveeta mac & cheese. Don't get me wrong Velveeta is good if I'm at home but to pay $4 for a small side of Velveeta is a rip off. Huge portions is always a plus and this place serves them up. Ordered the 2 tender combo and that was enough for one person. The slider is pretty much a tender in a bun, which is basically a sandwich itself. We had the mild and hot and the spicy level in the hot was 7/10. They have their own dipping sauce which is almost a honey mustard tinge. The one complaint would be that they dont offer ranch but thats not a huge blow to their food or service. We thought that we would try Dave's for the first time. We arrived on a Saturday, shortly after their opening. The restaurant was empty. As we walked up to the front door, my first impression was focused upon the filthy condition of the glass door. It was covered with greasy smeared fingerprints. It looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. Still, we went in, and were greeted by a smiling young lady. Shortly after walking in, both of us were somewhat startled by the pervasive odor of old cooking oil. The place just stunk! We immediately left without placing an order, and as such, we have not yet tasted their food. While this location seems to have nicely addressed their reported issues of rude staffing, they seem to be badly out of touch with other aspects of running a business. I wonder if anyone is really running this place, or is it just a rudderless ship? Time will tell...... read more

My husband and I visisted Dave's on Aug 4th for the first time. Don't know if we will be back. We ordered the Two sliders and fries. Very good BUT the service is terrible. It took our order over 22 minutes to received. The two customers in front of us stated that theres was over 25-30 minutes. They need to add staff and possibly look into the starting pay, hopefully they are starting over minumun wage. read more

Delicious!! Our experience was great! I'm really surprised by some of the other reviews. We went on a Friday night. It was busy, but we didn't feel the wait was too bad. The staff were all really friendly! They helped us decide what we should order since it was our first time and they were spot on! We got sliders, tenders, Mac and cheese, fries, and a chocolate shake. Don't be fooled by the term "slider" - this was a full sandwich! The milkshake was great - not too thick where you can't even take a first sip- perfect consistency! The fries were awesome and the seasoning on them was great! We got mild and hot chicken. The mild was flavorful but not spicy, and the hot was great and had a good amount of kick! The chicken was incredibly tender and big! Everything was amazing!! I'm going to keep this short. Overpriced and undelivered. If you really want good hot chicken for a reasonable price I suggest you go to main chick in bressi ranch. You can get two chicken sandwiches with fries for $16. Unless you want to spend $10 for half of that at Dave's go ahead. I know it's new and exciting but that don't make it good. I've been here about 5-6 times already. I have been greeted so well whenever I first walk in. I usually come with 5+ people and ordering gets confusing and they are always so patient with me. Food is always on point. Love the atmosphere and how clean the restaurant always is. I think maybe keep up with the bathroom. It's always wet on the floor and the smell is pretty bad. Other than that everything else is perfect. Big shout out to Malik. I remember him first starting and now he's a pro at taking orders and doing it all with a smile and great customer service. read more

We have been waiting patiently for this spot to open based on how good it was in Vegas. Really surprised that a new location would just hand it off to new inexperienced people to run the place. When we visited it wasn't busy at all, and it still took 20 minutes to get our order. I personally saw several customers wondering and asking where there food was. Can't believe the "don't care" mentality of the employees. My meal was good although the saltiness of everything was pretty extreme.
