I'm hoping the feedback provided here is taken into consideration to improve service for this newer establishment. I've been here three times. Each time the service had gotten progressively worse. I must say the hostess and server were friendly but service goes beyond friendliness. We were asked what we wanted to drink at the very beginning. We placed our order and midway the server came over to apologize that the drinks weren't ready yet because the bar tender was busy with serving tables, as well. At that point we had to ask for water. This is what the server should have asked us. This is close to 30 minutes in. Then the buns that we received the first time, we had to ask for the 2nd time, and this third time we noticed it was given to some customers and we were ones that didn't receive it at all. Let's be consistent in our service so no one feels slighted. Our drink orders came out after our meals. So we had appetizers and our meal and then our drinks. Let the bar tender do what they are hired to do - make the drinks. Unfortunately, we'll have to find another Italian restaurant as the frustrations associated with this place isn't worth it. P.S. I don't know if this place wants to be considered a pizza joint or a fine establishment. If it's a pizza joint, keep the paper napkins. If not, let's level up to actual cloth napkins. Food was good. Horrible experience! Quiet weekday, with one server. Very slow service. Ordered the lunch pizza special and a ham sandwich lunch special. My husband ate his pizza ( and shared) because it took longer than 45 min for the sandwich. We had to leave. We asked for the sandwich to go.. it was a cold hard, dry hoagie roll ( which we ordered hot) and ham.. lettuce and tomatoes on the side ...for 45 min and a hard roll and ham $12.. we could have had an amazing sub from Jersey Mikes for less..with actual ingredients... we called to ask about our sandwich to go, the server hung up on us. Was disappointed we had high hopes when we walked in. Sauce was bland and meatballs tasted store bought.

My kids and I stumbled in when we were out shopping in the plaza, and I am so glad we did. I am of Italian roots and love finding good AUTHENTIC Italian food. It smelled amazing as soon as we walked in!! The vibe was super comfortable and cozy. We all shared and ordered the -epic meatballs appetizer -Cheesy garlic bread -Minestrone soup -Spaghetti and meatballs and the -Alfredo pizza (which were ALL sooo gooooood, and flavorful. Everything came out hot and fresh!!! My kids and I loved all of it. I would definitely recommend trying!! And the prices were all very reasonable which was a bonus!! Dropped in 12/15/25 to a great little Italian spot. Good food, excellent service from Jeniza and a nice vibe! Very clean too! My wife and I split the chicken Marsala, which we would order again, 2 house salads, and a caprese. The chicken was tender, moist, and perfectly cooked. The Marsala wine sauce was very flavorful. Blue cheese and Italian dressings were exceptional on very fresh salads. The Caprese was also very good with one additional ingredient, Kalamata olives, YUM! The lady next to us was having a supreme pizza. She said it was great and it looked like it was. We will try that next time we go. Give it a shot, we think you're going to like it. It is a beautiful restaurant to walk into. The service was great and they just opened. They brought us huge dinner rolls right away, yet they should have been warmed before serving. We had the cheese sticks, fried zucchini, Caesar salad, pizza with pepperoni and hot honey and the Fettuccine with chicken. The ratio of cheese to breading is off but the sweet marinara sauce was great. The zucchini was breaded well and had good flavor. The pizza got mixed reviews 1 loved it 2 we're it was ok. The Fettuccine only comes with chicken so when you order no chicken they still charge you the one with the chicken. This was over sauced with a very thick Alfredo sauce. Could not finish because how thick, and I never not eat my fettuccini. While it was good it wasn't great. I will give it another try in a little time. read more

My family and I wanted to try this place tonight and was very disappointed. We got to our table and no one helped us at after that, we didnt even get asked if we wanted something to drink and there was barely any other customers. Aww man... we really wanted to like this place, it's so close to our house, and we love supporting local/family owned restaurants. Unfortunately the quality is just not there. The space was nice with modern touches, a local themed mural, comfortable booths, etc. very clean. We started with the Crispy Chicken Wings $13 ($10 on HH), the Bolognese Arancini $12 ($10 on HH), and the Fried Calamari $14. Crispy Chicken Wings in buffalo sauce still had feathers attached, sticking out from the breading. (My husband is a chef so he pointed this out when I asked) Bolognese Arancini - the rice component of these was complete mush and had no discernible rice texture. The bolognese was runny and lacking flavor. Fried Calamari - for $14 the portion was smaller than other places but the breading and texture were good. The menu stated it would be served with marinara and aioli... the aioli was just ranch dressing. We compared it to the ranch served with wings and they were identical. Ranch is not good compliment to Calamari but marinara was good. Husband had the Scottsdale Blonde beer on HH for $5 and I chose the Hugo Spritz $9. On the menu the Spritz says it's served with lime but it came out with mint leaves and was overly sweet, I asked for lime and that helped balance it out a lot. Since we weren't impressed by any of the appetizers, we decided against an entree but are would have tried the Vodka sauce or Fig pizza. Our teenage son tried the Alfredo with chicken ($17), he's a huge fan of my homemade Alfredo and said this one wasn't nearly as good. He took maybe 4 bites and we asked for a box. When the bill came out, we had to ask twice for them to have it updated to reflect the prices on the happy hour items before it came out correctly. Value for portions wasn't terrible, we had 3 apps (two on HH), one pasta, 2 alcoholic drinks and a lemonade, paid $65 plus tax and tip. We love patronizing local businesses! However, sometimes it's disappointing. The service was great! We were greeted immediately and checked on frequently. The salad had plentiful toppings, however, the dressing seemed to come from a bottle. I was expecting homemade. The hot honey pizza was the best thing that we ordered. The crust was dry and flour-y. The other pizza that we ordered with red sauce seemed to have no sauce on the crust! The pasta dish tasted good, however, the pasta could have been more Al dente, and the meatballs should have been bigger and browned. The devil is in the details and although it was ok, when we're spending this much money, we want better than ok. The ambiance is nice and the service is nice, please just put more thought into the food prep! I'd really like to return to see the improvements! read more

We really wanted to support a new local business; although we don't usually go to Italian restaurants, because we are Italian. What a disappointment in so many ways. The chicken Florentine could not be served without the pasta. The chicken dishes are overdone pasta with bits of chicken mixed into the pasta and sauce. Done! That's it! The server was impatient. She was eager to leave instead of helping us with the menu choices. They left dirt dishes on the table next to us, then started to sweep the floor around our table as we were still eating. Very clean and new interior, excellent service and lasagna is a solid 7.5, large portions and will be taking some home. My Family went to Dave's Italian Eatery last night for my daughter's birthday. We arrived at 5 , restaurant had about 10 people or so already seated. We chose a table in the back of the restaurant and paired two tables together to make us 6 fit. We were given basket of rolls with rock hard butter, very bland bread. A little while after ordering we were given our salads, they forgot mine but I was not charged for it either. Soon after salads arrived so did our appetizers, then only a few minutes later our main dishes started to arrive. I under stand this place is still new but, timing is the easy part, it was not great having to choose between food courses as we didn't want anything to get cold. Responses from the table Cesar salad had way too much dressing. Fried zucchini not much flavor could be frozen. Spaghetti and meat balls , sauce was runny seemed the noodles were still covered in water before plating, meatballs were very solid and hard to cut through with not much flavor. My chicken Parmesan was decent but could have been cooked more for a better outer crust. Napkins are the very thin disposable ones. Plates were too large for the size of tables. This place has great potential. Few things I noticed: when you walk in the hostess booth pretty far away from the front door making it feel awkward when your first walk in, this can be fixed with a sign no biggie. The restaurant is still adding things cause when I went the sign outside was being installed which looked cool but they need more of an Italian feel with more pictures and decor related to that or add more TV's. These are things they may be working on so I'm not gonna crucify them for this. The food was good nothing under or overcooked I like that the pizza was served on top of a tomato sauce can that was unique and I also like the owner stopped by asked how we liked it the staff they have now is pretty engaged and the hospitality felt great I definitely will visit a few times to see how this place improves it's definitely a good family spot but also good for date night too. read more

We got takeout recently and it was unfortunately disappointing. The portion sizes were very small, specifically the manicotti. It was almost comical how small it was. The worst part was the garlic bread we ordered. It was very evident they gave us stale, old garlic bread that was just reheated. It was pretty much inedible. Rolls they served were not fresh, and when we asked them 3 different times, they brought out the same hard rolls saying they were fresh out of the oven. They were rock hard each time. There were 3 of us. We ordered a salad for the table instead of individual salads. They didn't bring any plates or bowls for the salads, we had to ask. When we asked for bowls and got our salads it was just enough for 3 bowls so we should have just gotten individual but they charged for a large table salad for our group. The salad had huge pieces of lettuce, it was awful. My parents ordered manicotti and they were charged extra for meat sauce so it would have come without any sauce at all. There was no meat in the meat sauce. I ordered classic lasagne and it came without any meat in the pasta and two slices of some kind of sliced cheese on the top. That was the only cheese in the lasagne. It was all bland, over priced and just plain awful. The waitress was irritating from the get go. The whole experience was truly awful. It was the one night i could eat meat because of a disorder and there wasn't any meat at all. We just went there because the Mexican restaurant next door was closed. BIG MISTAKE. We will never, ever go there again. My parents were married for over 40 years and they never have complained about food at a restaurant. We spoke to the manager and she offered nothing for the poor food, poor service and the bill. We just threw out our left overs which was pretty much the whole meal. read more
