Cracked grout, transitions that did not match up, grout on walls and wood floors adjacent to the project and uneven floor tiles.They sent the same installer to fix the issues. He did not. I mistakenly paid for the job thinking they would stand behind it. They did not. Over the last year the floor tiles have cracked and are lifting up off the floor. When you walk on the floor it makes popping noises. It is obvious that the tiles are just simply sitting on the subfloor. After many months of attempting to contact the project manager he finally returned the call to inform me he no longer works for the company. He referred me to Tiffany with ACA. She came to my home and took photos. She later sent a text that the owner said it is not under warranty. I asked to speak with him but have not heard back from him for several weeks.
