When I went inside I asked the Dr if I needed a bone graft if I was not doing the implant he said no. Once I was done with surgery I went out with financial and the lady that took my payment wasn't there the other front lady said they would process my refund of $400 back to the card I had in file. 7 days passed and had not received my refund I called the place and they said that refund takes 3-5 weeks WHAT??? Who takes that long to refund specially $400 that the financial girl made a mistake on. They don't train their financial people be careful and don't get scammed. I was very disappointed and in this economy who wants to be short $400 for 3-5 weeks. No thanks!! Never again.

Dr. Yeung sits down with you before and after ever visit to carefully go over everything he's going to do or what he discovers. He and everyone who works there is friendly and professional and I've never had any issue either with his work or billing. I have two coworkers who have had the same positive experience with him and who originally recommended him to me many years ago. Anyway, I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Yeung to anyone who finds themselves searching for a periodontist.

It appears these two are working together to upsell unsuspecting patients. I am new in town and when I went to doctor Shahmoradian for an initial visit and routine cleaning, I was told that I had serious gum disease, and he wouldn't even clean my teeth. He referred me to to Dr Jueng for periodontal, scaling and more. Dr Jueng told me the procedures that I would need not only included deep scaling, but perhaps bone grafting and maybe even dental implants. Alarm bells went off in my head because I am really diligent with my oral hygiene, flossing every day, etc., and go for regular cleanings. My previous dentist didn't alert me about gum disease, nor did I have any bleeding during cleanings I drove 2 hours back to my previous hygienist and dentist to get a second opinion. They told me my gums were FINE!! Dr Jueng was upselling me... I was frightened and worried how I was going to pay. Fortunately, I got a second opinion! I definitely DO NOT recommend this dentist!

His quote was roughly $5,000 to fix it. Dr Stein had never recommended that, even from previous x-rays. Beware please, his go-to seems to be $5,000, or multiples of $5,000, even if not necessarily needed. He doesn't seem to care about anything but money, and I think he'll scare you into doing it.
