I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider's website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend's assessment of him. Dr. Snow's son is working there now who is SO RUDE!! The price had nearly doubled and all their equipment was outdated. I decided to go to Smile Dental where my Granddaughter goes 20'th st W in Lancaster and it was night and day. They charged me half of what Snow charged me and they put them on right then offering me a permanent retainer after I was done. And......they were Sooooo Nice!!!! I would call them if your going with braces or Invisalign.
