Best haircut I ever had in my life! Very talented young artist. He takes his time to talk to you and get what you really want.

I gave this review a full 36h before writing because I wanted to give this haircut a fair shake,…read morebut I still hate it... I'd gone to Lee because I usually like a salon who's experienced with Asian hair chemistry, but my hair looks worse after the cut. I so wanted to support a small, woman-owned business. The only reason she didn't get a one star is because she also cut my husband's hair and his looks okay. Not fantastic, since the sides aren't blended very evenly (you can see the line instead of an even gradation) but it's passable. Mine however is disastrous. I'd grown it out for 3 months but now I have to start over. Her prices are not as cheap as they seem at first glance. For short hair, she charges $24. For mine (just below shoulder) she charged $30. This is without any washing/shampooing or styling. At the end of my haircut she must've seen my dismay so she became defensive saying "the HAIRCUT is good. Now it's up to YOU to style it to make it look like the photo." Of course styling plays a role, but even after going home to wash and blow dry it myself twice now, I still look... like a mushroom. Honestly, I'm devastated, but I suppose receiving a less than ideal haircut is a rite of passage for moving into a new city.

Ly is fabulous. She does efficient and clean work for a very reasonable price. I brought my mom in…read moreto do a little cleanup as she tends to cut her own hair. You can make an appointment but typically it's walk in and if there are people waiting they will have priority. Again she is so efficient that the wait times are minimal. Support a small business for a kind and engaging lady.

Ok so I'm a little different I came here because of the reviews, well not exactly the reviews but…read morethe review responses on google! Ok business owner stands behind her people and hella funny. Penny helped me out today bc I had a hair emergency. Believe it or not my hair was covered in Murray's grease from braids and she helped me get it out and bring my hair back! Everyone was super nice! Also if u can't follow the specific instructions on how to get to the salon you should never leave your house. Thanks yall

I recently visited this salon with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing…read more When I first arrived, the stylist asked me about my hair and how I wanted it styled. I requested a straight style with a bit of volume at the bottom. She didn't quite follow through with that. Then, when she went to shampoo my hair, it was mediocre at best. Once we made it back to the chair, she asked me again how I wanted my hair styled, which I found odd since we had just discussed it. But I reminded her. From there, the experience went downhill. The stylist made several unnecessary comments about my curly and silver hair, even asking if I was on medication that affected my hair, which was completely inappropriate. She also overloaded my hair with hairspray to the point that the smell was overwhelming when I got into my car. To top it all off, when I reached out to the owner, Lisa, to express my concerns, she was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no regard for my experience. I paid $115 for a blow-dry that simply wasn't done well, and I felt pressured into a haircut I didn't want. In short, I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for a professional and respectful experience.
