Four stars -- all thanks to the alterations department! My experience started off pretty rough. On day one, I walked into the store not realizing an appointment was required just to browse and try on wedding dresses. The front-end staff spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Eventually, they reluctantly allowed me to look around, and shortly after, someone approached me saying she had two new employees who could assist me if I picked out dresses myself -- which felt more like a favor than customer service. That said, the two new employees were wonderful and made the experience better. Soon after, I was reassigned to Marshal, whose energy was great (if a bit overwhelming at times). The very first dress I tried on was the one -- I absolutely loved it -- but I continued trying on a few others just to be sure. At one point, Marshal brought out an "as-is" dress that didn't impress me on the hanger, but I gave it a chance. It was beautiful and fit well, just not my style. When I expressed what I didn't like, I was reassured that alterations could fix those issues. Feeling confident in that promise, I chose that dress. Unfortunately, during my first alterations appointment, I found out those promised changes weren't realistic. That was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully, Debra and Christina from the alterations department stepped in and truly saved the experience. They listened, reassured me, and helped me revisit the very first dress I had fallen in love with -- the one I only passed on because of those earlier promises. I left that appointment feeling both deflated and hopeful -- and I'm happy to say they made everything right. Debra and Christina worked together seamlessly, bouncing ideas off each other and making me feel completely taken care of. Because of them, I was able to exchange the problematic "as-is" dress for the one I originally loved. If I ever need alterations again, I will absolutely return to Debra and Christina. They turned a frustrating situation into a wonderful experience, and I'm so grateful for their care and expertise. Thank you both for truly making it right! Finding the right dress is never easy! I'm getting married in April and thought I had plenty of time -- turns out, I didn't realize how long ordering and alterations actually take. I originally went to David's Bridal to look at bridesmaid dresses, and Ava greeted us at the door. Thank goodness for Ava! She immediately reminded me about ordering timelines and adding an extra four weeks for alterations. That alone saved me. I didn't really know what style I wanted -- I just knew I was getting married on the beach and traveling out of the country, so I needed something lightweight. Ava pulled several beautiful options for me to try. While I was in the fitting room, Ava, Marshall, and Jean were hyping me up, giving honest feedback, and helping me figure out what truly worked best for a beach wedding. I walked away with the PERFECT dress! I scheduled my fitting with Jean, and she took excellent care of me. I had no idea how much time, detail, and precision goes into alterations -- she is clearly a pro. Marshall was also incredibly helpful and made sure I stayed within my budget, which I truly appreciated. This team is friendly, kind, and made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. I'm eighty years old and needed a dress for my son's wedding.. I did not want a frumpy old lady dress and I went to David's bridal and Marcy was amazing. She had patience to walk through the store with me until we found something for me. Her kindness and her expertise really made a difference for me. When I picked up the dress everyone there was equally as kind she stayed while I tried it on and immediately fixed something she didn't think was right and it's perfect. The entire bridal party was fitted in April - Here I am 32 days before the wedding! The entire team was amazing... I missed my 12pm appointment and they called- I forgot and dropped the ball. I am changing my review to one start due to customer support and poor practices. I am happy with the dress purchased but extremely unhappy with the alteration that I paid about $400 for and it is like it never happened. After my first review, corporate had me contact them which I did. However, they said someone from the actual store would follow up with me and guess what?! They never did - the emails went on for about one week, at this point - about one month later, still nothing. I ended up altering the dress somewhere else (for less than half their price) and it ended up working out. I am very upset they replied to the complaint as if they were going to fix something but that's just for damage control to pretend they care and customer support is actually important to them but it's not. read more

5 days ago, I sent this email "I would like to start off by saying picking the dress was so much fun and Ni. She was absolutely amazing. She found a dress, like the one I have seen in your dreams, and I never thought a dress could make me so happy/beautiful. It was quick and fast for me to get the dress ordered and for me to pick it up in Henderson, NV. When I place the order, they set up the altered appointment for 8/9/25. I thought because everything was so easy that this process would be easy, and oh boy I was so wrong. 8/9/25 - 12PM - We (me and my mother) drop off my dress on 8/9/25. What the plan was to hem the skirt and short the straps. Which took about 3-3:30 hours to do, which was okay I know it was going to be a lot of pining. I did let Christna know that I would like to keep all the cut off from my dress. I told her more than two times. I want to have a sweatshirt make out of the dress that I loved. 9/6/25 - 2pm - I showed up and find out the dress was not ready. The lady that was working on it asked me to come back in 30 min -2 hours (also she was just guessing on time, she really had no idea when she was going to be done). She would call me when it was ready. I did tell her to take her time, and I will be back tomorrow. I live in North Las Vegas, and I wished that she would have called to tell me the dress was not ready I drove back home which is 45 min away from the store. 9/7/25 - 2 pm - Came back on Sunday to find out that they had cut the strap to short now. It's so tight that my arms are turning red and the beads are cutting into my skin. Which it was not doing before. So, the idea from Christna (the manager) was to cut into the dress under arm pit to give me more room. The strap that they had added to the dress to hold up the girls was the same length before they cut the strap. Even if the dress was ready to pick the strap still needed to be sewing in. They said that the dress should be ready by 9/13/25. 9/13/25- 10 am- Got a phone call telling my dress will not be ready till tomorrow. I was already in Henderson dealing with other wedding stuff which was why I was going to do my wedding dress. I was hoping to save time and money on gas. But I was told that the wedding dress would be ready on Sunday, and I would be getting a phone call. Never got that phone call. 9/14/25 - called the store first thing when they opened and was told that I would be getting a phone call at 2 pm telling me my dress was ready. So, I waited till about 1:50 and called the store again. That phone call was not the kind of phone call I was expecting. I was told that the dress will not be ready this weekend and that it may be ready on Tuesday. After telling my future mother-in-law what was going on. She told me to drive down and she wanted to see the dress, because the story has been giving me the run around. So, my future mother-in-law and her sister came down to look at the dress. When we showed up, they had one side done. Which did look good for the state that it was in. The work that was done still was not even giving me the relief I needed to feel comfortable in the dress. So, they cut the dress while I was wearing it, and she was going to add more fabric to the dress in the strap on my right side (which should have been what they did in the first place, the best part of this was my mother- in-law sister was telling Christna what to do to fix the mistakes). Christna had been working on my dress the entire time other than the first time because she was on vacation. Said that they are busy and that they will try to get it done by Friday 9/19/25. I told them that they have no more time for this and that it must have it done on Friday because of this point I am out of time. I have my best friend's wedding next weekend and I need to have my dress now and I am not waiting until the last minute to get it dress completed. 9/19/25- 5:30 pm - I get there, and my dress is ready. thank God. But when I put it on, I feel like the dress is ugly and I am not happy at all. Everyone is saying how pretty I look, and I would tell people I do not feel pretty I even had said this to your staff members. Along with that I had got another dress just in case this one does not work. My top is flared out on the top where you can see my boobs (thank God I did bring my bra that I was going to wear on my wedding day). The way that they fixed it was to sewing in some buttons to the bra and the dress. Gave me the story that they would not be able to get it done tonight because they cannot work overtime and she may not have time today. My mother-in-law said no it needs to be done now. She told us to come back in 45 min. I did break down and cried (I am not a crier) because I know we cannot go back. My dress is not the same dress that it was when I first fell in love with it. After going to many different places looking for something to wear for an upcoming special occasion I ended the day at David's Bridal on Marks Street. The store had a wide variety of different styles and colors for a Bride, Bridesmaids, Prom, Mother of the Bride and Special Occasion Dresses also gifts, shoes, accessories and more. With the help of Ashley and Jenna, who were both great in assisting me from the beginning to the end. They both were attentive and supportive about what I was looking for. We finally found the best dress for the special occasion. Ashley also recommended a nice pair of shoes to pair with the dress which was awesome and I was sold on it. I accompanied my friend today to try on wedding dresses. The lady we were assigned to was just not into it for my friend. She did not help to guide us to the type of dress my friend was looking for. I don't even know where to begin. We needed to try on a specific dress and called in for an appointment. The woman was so accommodating and lovely, even mentioning that the specific style we were looking for would be in by ____ date if we came in today. Upon entry to the store we were greeted by a lovely group of women who truly seemed excited to help us plan our daughter's special day. They pulled our requested dress and a few others in the same vein / style. Our stylist, Lara, was a dream! She explained the process, and left us to try on *the dress*. When my baby girl walked out of the dressing room, the entire store erupted in oohs and aahs! These women went out of their way to make my daughter's experience truly magical. They had us go outside and check out the "sparkle in the sun." They accessorized with belts, veils and pixie dust. I got engaged in 2020 during the pandemic. I really did not start planning for my wedding until January of 2023. It is very overwhelming. I am a plus size bride so I am limited to what dress looks right on my body and availability of dresses to try on. It is a very uncomfortable,  stressful time for a plus size bride. I went to the David's Bridal on Sahara in Las Vegas when I first started looking for a dress. It was a complete disaster. I was rushed to pick a dress that I didn't want and didn't look good on my body. After 2 or 3 trips to the same store, and watching the person helping me try on dresses, roll her eyes multiple times, someone in a bride facebook group, told me to go to the David's Bridal in Henderson on Marks Road. I called to make an appointment and got to work with Mia and Jenna. The store manager Courtney was also there. The three of them worked together find me a dress. There was absolutely zero pressure or rushing. I didn't have anyone to help me choose a dress so it made this decision very difficult for me. It took me several times of going back before I was able to finally decide on a dress. Not once did I feel like they were irritated or bothered because I was so indecisive. Instead, oddly, I felt like they were my cheerleaders rooting me on and giving me their *true opinions. My four top favorite people that made such an impact on my dress shopping experience are- Courtney.. she's the badass store manager that listens and handles business. I adored this woman from day one. She is in all the right places the right times, always listening, shows support for her team, and has personality that is just fun to be around. Jenna who analyzes exactly what I was saying, and envisioning  it,  then would bringing out the right dresses on what would look best on my body type rather than what the most current style is. She is who I would want my kids to pick a dress out with. I valued her opinion of the way I looked more than when i face timed  my family because I knew she was telling me the truth. Oanh, who is the straightforward seamstressed manager who is a tiny little badass. her energy is magnetic and peaceful... which by this stage of the dress shoping experience I needed it.  She has clearly the most amazing tailoring expertise. The talent and experience that she brought to my  wedding gown fit made an absolutely huge difference. She made sure I was in the right size dress rather than altering it down.  Her personality meshed with mine in such a professional way but I could talk to her so easily. I absolutely love how she speaks about her employees. You can just tell that she creates such a good working environment for her staff.  And Laura. Laura did the majority of the work on my dress while it was in alterations. Laura put her love sweat and actual blood into this dress. I know because I saw her get poked many times. This woman kindest soul. She thinks outside of the box and she wants to make the bride's dream come true. She is incredible.  She knew that my grandma was going to be doing most of my dress but passed away in February this year, so alterations part was hard emotionally for me. She was so calm and reassuring and honestly an absolute visionary!   As I said before I'm a plus size bride. I have terribly fat arms with a fat roll. for a new that I wanted my dress to be very Cinderella like, but sexy, classy and elegant. I also needed it to be conservative. starting this journey I never would have stabbed them that she would be able to create the dress that she has let alone two options. the first option is a little jacket made out of place that she added the from my dress onto that it matches it is secured in place with little snaps. it is so conservative and beautiful a Catholic ceremony. but then she went a step further to the real art. the sleeves are interchangeable. be created an off-the-shoulder sleeve out of a veil that matches the dress. he created an actual short sleeve and perfectly placed the applique over where my fat roll is on my arm. I am in a plus size bride facebook page with 112k plus size bides. sleeves are a big topic page. when I posted the of the custom sleeves and overlay everyone went crazy. this is exactly what every bride has been asking for. but nobody has gotten it yet. Laura is the most talented seamstress. I feel so lucky that she was the one on my dress.   I hope that David's Bridal makes this sleeve a standard option for plus size women or are uncomfortable their arms. Call this sleeve the Laura. This sleeve is absolutely enchanting and has made me feel so confident and beautiful. I accompanied my little sister and our mom to this location for my sister's first bridal appointment ever. Luella was great at helping her find a dress style that fit her body shape and what she was looking for and my sister loved her. The appointment went well and we left for another appointment at another shop as my sister tried to make a decision. We circled back to this location later in the day to revisit some of the dresses she had liked the first time around and we had a different stylist. My sister didn't like her as much as she seemed distracted and not very engaged. She was polite and accommodating but our mom often had to help her with the dresses because the stylist was off somewhere else or was looking at her smartwatch while standing off in the dress racks. Highly recommend Luella though. My sister loved her. We ended up buying her dress elsewhere but Luella was my sister's favorite stylist of the day. read more

My daughter is getting married soon and we only thought of David's Bridal and never second guessed their collection of high fashion wedding gowns. This experience was so different from the Sahara store. The dresses are placed neatly with names on them and whatever collection the bride wanted even though they were limited in styles of the collection. The Manager Jamoun explained that all the dresses will fit the same in the hip but different on top. Jamoun was patient,pleasant and was able to give us her undivided attention. Today's visit was superb! Courtney, Monica and Ximena giving them five stars for excellent service they were excellent Kourtnie was beautiful and patient! I am completely new to wedding dress shopping and by that I mean I've never gone with friends or family members to look for wedding dresses in the past. Also, Rose was on-hand before my appointment to give me some ideas and guide me to the right place to look based on my interest and budget. Oh, and the dress I was so drawn to online was available in my size so I was able to try it on right away. The outcome of my experience with David's Bridal in Henderson was this: Everyone was very friendly and helpful, Christina was happy, friendly, patient, and made some great suggestions when I wasn't sure what to look for, as well as making it seem like I had all the time in the world to enjoy my appointment. She also respected my budget and never suggested anything outside that number. I ended up choosing the dress I had been looking at online and Christina gave me all the extra time I needed to find shoes (I wanted to buy them at the same time), letting me wear the dress to make sure I was happy with the dress/shoe combo, and even suggested a hair piece. I opted out of the hair ribbon, but it was lovely and fit well with the dress. If you're looking for quality bridal at a reasonable price and a staff that makes the process easy, I recommend David's Bridal in Henderson. I absolutely love!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the manager, Courtney. She helped me set up a fitting room, and as I looked around for dresses, I was greeted by Alyssa. She was the sweetest person ever. She helped me pick out a few more dresses. For prom, I was looking for a darker green color, but I tried on every single one and fell in love with the last one. But then she got a little more information from my boyfriend about our prom and color scheme. So she pulled out a gorgeous midnight blue color, with a beaded bodice, and a flowy tulle and ball gown type skirt. I fell in love. She even helped me pick out some shoes and gave me some ideas for jewelry to style with my dress. She even signed me up for their rewards (which is completely free) and gave me an extra 10 percent off. I've had such a great experience, and I will be coming back for further events. I love the customer service and personable staff this place has! The Manager Sara Carolo is so accommodating and really runs her store like a true professional. She helped me with my situation more than I could have honestly expected. The way this business is run makes absolutely no sense. At no point did I feel like I was being served by someone who knew what they were doing. The alterations ($200) are a complete ripoff and done wrong even after I explained that the measurements they took down initally were incorrect. I was denied a refund simply because "it says on the back of the receipt". Upon pickup I was told that the dress wasn't ready after I was told that the dress was done. Ugh, David's Bridal. I would advise if you want to go to David's Bridal go to the one on Sahara. The store overall is a whole mess. Manager blames seamstress but the problem is the company as a whole. We had help with the dress but once we paid they seem to not care to provide information about the next steps. read more

If I could give no stars I would. If you are a lesbian couple please listen up closely. I had an awful experience. Me and my fiancé who is also a woman was given my dress to try on. It was laid out in the fitting room for her to try on with my name on it! We were not suppose to see each others dress. I'm very disappointed. I even called prior to arriving to make sure this did not happen. Now my wedding is ruined. The alternation lady did not seem sincere at all my fiancé even said she laughed about it saying "isnt it funny just don't tell her". This is my first and only wedding and honestly I will never return to this location again. If your a lesbian couple don't trust them to handle the most important day of your life! I had a great experience at the Fresno David's where I got my dress. However, this has been by far a heart breaking experience that left me in tears. If my heart could cry it would. And my wedding is in two weeek so no time to even get another dress. I will never ever ever come back to this location. For the future brides they do not care about your wedding day please go to someone local with a heart. read more
