What a great bridesmaid boutique! So darn cute in here and the service is absolutely outstanding! I'm in a bridal party and came here with the bridal party group to find our dresses. I believe the owner was the one who helped us, which I feel terrible because I can't recall her name. She was SO nice and helpful. We had an appointment and were taken care of immediately. First, we had to find the color. They have tons of colors and fabrics to select from, as well as tons of styles. When our bride finally decided on the color and the material (velvet), the owner pulled a bunch of dresses for us all to try on so we could pick what style we each wanted. It really was such a fun afternoon out with friends and was so enjoyable, which picking dresses for weddings can sometimes be stressful. They even let us drink our champagne we brought, too, which was so nice. One of my favorite things, once we all picked our dresses, they fitted us in the back, which was fantastic. Sometimes, you can feel kinda bad when you're being fitted and they yell out your sizing haha. Not at Bella Bridesmaids! Truly a wonderful experience through and through. I will say, prices can be a bit on the higher end, so expect that, but honestly, the dresses are absolutely stunning and the customer service is worth it. The owner made it right and fixed the issue after 2 weeks of back and forth communication. I would say if you are looking for a stress free experience consider other options. I came here last minute because I had been living abroad and did not have access to a bridesmaid shop. With just two months left for the wedding, I was in a hurry to find a dress. The dress had to be gold which is not an easy color to find. I made an appointment online and when I arrived I was promptly greeted. Me and the store manager had the shop all for ourselves. When I explained my situation she quickly pulled about 5 dresses that were my size and I could buy and take with me right away. The manager helped me put on each dress and shared her honest opinion. Within 20 minutes I had picked the dress and was on my way home. I was also presently surprised with the price for the dress. I ended up purchasing one for $100 but there were others for sale for about $50. I would definitely recommend this place! Make sure you make an appointment before going. read more

This is my first Yelp review, but I have rarely been so irritated. I spent an inordinate amount of time and money on this, and this is now the only way I feel I can get a semblance of my sanity back. (I will try to keep this as brief as possible.) NOTE: The single star is only for the fact that the zipper held up (the clasp, however, did not survive the first deep breath). I was measured by an employee who then told me to order a size 4, which I did. There is no other explanation than the dress was made incorrectly because when it finally got shipped to me, it would not zip. Not even close to fitting my body. I travel for work so by the time I had three consecutive days to take it to the tailor, it took three people to get it on my body...not an exaggeration. The tailor was able to take it out one inch (which cost an extra $200 on top of a $350 dress) and surprise - it still didn't fit. I emailed BB to complain and asked for money back. The suggestions they gave me instead of a refund were to buy a new dress at a discounted rate (hard pass) or buy extra fabric to take it out more (hard pass). Spending more money to remedy their mistake did not seem like something I wanted to do. After several emails back and forth, the owner of the store called me to tell me her goal is to solve the issue so that I can comfortably stand at the wedding, but she also noted, that I should have flagged the issue sooner or taken it to their tailor. 1. Neither I nor the bride nor any other bridesmaid knew they had a personal tailor though that shouldn't be an issue anyway and 2. Passing blame to me for not handling my tailoring on a timeline they feel comfortable with is, I'd say, not superb customer service. (Also important to note at this time, my dress was not the only one that came incorrectly; another bridesmaid also had issues with her fit and had to get hers taken out, too.) Fine, so the suggestion we landed on was that I would go back to BB and see if a Fit dress they had on the rack worked and I could take that one (now creating more errands for me to fix someone else's error). Went to the store, tried on a 4 (the size I had originally ordered) and not only did it fit, it was a little big. Proof that they messed up? Guess not. Took the dress to their tailor who took it in a bit (BB covered the cost). This "new" dress was not the same shade as the others which upset my bridezilla. The Friday before the wedding came, and I called to see where my dress was and oops! the tailor couldn't find it. I emailed BB again to express the fact that I am over this entire ordeal, and I still want a refund. The tailor magically found my dress WHICH WAS ALSO TOO TIGHT and BB informed me they will not refund me for anything. I then had two dresses that didn't fit and had to squeeze into one for the wedding, but spent the majority of the evening unzipped so I could breathe. This wasn't as succinct as I hoped, but neither was my experience. *I want to be clear that the tailor/cleaner they sent me to was genuinely the nicest lady and her being unable to find the dress was an admin error and she is delightful. read more

Just like shopping for a house, shopping for gowns can be nerve wrecking!! It took me months to keep an eye out for a gown to wear to my sisters wedding. After seeing and looking at reviews about gowns from other stores, I stopped. I finally came across this small boutique in Henderson, in which Yelp was right on point once again. So call in, as they tend to get busy especially during the middle of the year since wedding season is in full bloom. I made my appointment, which I thought would be horrifying since most places try and sell you right out the door on the first day. Britnee helped me along with her coworker throughout the entire process. They both took the time to make sure I got the gown I really wanted. It took about an hour the first time around, and a good half hour the second time. What I loved that they did was they kept me updated on the shipping dates, and waited patiently as I became too busy to stop by during the process. Even though they kept mixing up my name with my sisters, much respect for not hounding or forcing me to buy a gown I might not like. Will definitely be looking forward to receiving and trying it on when it gets in. You definitely want to go here, especially if you are looking for that perfect gown. I worked with the owner CiAnna, and she is terrific! She is very patient and knowledgeable about all of the designers and fabrics for beach weddings. Initially I was worried about finding a dress that would work for more than one body type, but CiAnna put my mind at ease. We looked for designers that had multiple styles in the same color, so everyone could match but wear a dress that made them feel beautiful. The two maids of honor and officiant will be looking at styles that she helped me pick out, and it was super easy! They even customize an online bridal shop for you and your girls to look at, and they can vote on the dresses. Overall a lovely experience and I would recommend all of my future bride friends send their bridal party here. read more

When booking an appointment for myself and my bridesmaids I got a return email by the next day giving us the date and time we wanted. I was impressed from the jump! When my maids and I went to our appointment we were so so so happy with our experience! We were greeted with a huge smile and bubbly personality! The shop is so perfect! The white and pink ambiance was so heart warming for me! We all felt right at home. The only reason I didn't is that my bridal party was large and everyone was spread out all over the country, so we went with J. Crew dresses which worked out really well. Now, I'm in a wedding that is ordering our dresses from here. Make sure to note that they are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. So don't get your hopes up and walk in one day, because they will turn you away - for good reason, because they want to spend time with you and help you find what you're looking for. They're also good in staying within your budget, being [politely] realistic with you and asking you questions that steer you toward your dress. Bella Bridesmaids was my first wedding dress experience and it was a fantastic one. I was looking for a specific short wedding dress, but because they carried the bridesmaid line of the label I had my eye on, I called to see if they could have it ordered. They couldn't, unfortunately, but very kindly told me about other short dress options they had. My appointment was casual and fun, the boutique is very cute and intimate. I worked with Jamie and she was so sweet, very knowledgeable, very patient. Their bridal gown selection is small but each dress was different and so very beautiful. I found a gorgeous Amsale short dress that was a strong contender, but I ended up going to California the next weekend and found the dress I'd been dreaming about for months. Jamie also gave suggestions for fabrics, tailoring, lingerie, shoes and I'm sure she would have given a sound stock market tip if I'd asked. I am the maid of honor in my cousin's wedding this spring. She lives in California and I live in Kentucky. We met up in Las Vegas in December for a quick trip and to go bridesmaid dress shopping. My cousin called Bella Bridesmaids for an appointment. Unfortunately they were all full and had no appointments available, but when Jamie heard that the theme of the wedding is Downton Abbey, she knew that she had the perfect dresses to try on and told us that she would keep the shop open an extra hour so we could see the Adrianna Papell trunk show. Jamie was very helpful and we found the perfect dress! It is a long black gown with cap sleeves and beading reminiscent of the 1920's. I was so excited to get my bridesmaids dresses at Bella Bridesmaids as they had all of the designers I was interested in. I initially came in with one of my bridesmaids, with an appointment, to check out the different styles they had in store. Britnee informed me that it was to early to order 6 dresses from Bella Bridesmaid for my girls. I then came back during my bachelorette party with some of my bridesmaids and picked out the all of the dresses. They informed me with the designer Hayley Paige it would take between 3 - 4 months to have the dresses shipped to my bridesmaids. After waiting 3 and 1/2 months, all of the girls aside from one received an email making sure of their addresses and to confirm a day they would all be home to sign for the package. One bridesmaid was informed she would be receiving the package on a Friday, and she therefor changed her entire day around, including canceling work, to be there for the package when would arrive. When it didn't arrive that day, she contacted Fedex with the tracking she received, and they informed her that it would be arriving the following Wednesday. She then had to leave a signed note on her door to give permission to have a neighbor accept the package. To make matters worse, the only bridesmaid who did not receive the email to confirm address and day of signature information, was still waiting on her dress as it hadn't come in with the others. When she finally received the email from Britnee at Bella, and then the dress shortly came after, Britnee ordered the wrong dress. With a little less then a month left before my wedding, they did not have the ability to have another dress made. We asked her to try to have the sample dress dyed black as a red one was the only one they had in store, and after she had that done, she informed us that it had fallen apart. Then she told us that she searched all of the Bella's and sent us pictures of all of the black dresses in the bridesmaids dress size we needed they had. We then chose 2 she found and she sent those to my bridesmaid. When she received them, one was 2 sizes to big and the other one that was 1 size to big, had white stains all over it. It wasn't until we called back and asked why she sent us dirty dresses that weren't her size did she let us know that they are sample dresses that everyone tries on in the store and that they needed to be dry cleaned. Duh? Why would anyone think otherwise?! I made sure they reimbursed my bridesmaid for the dress and shipping, and also paid for the dress to be dry cleaned 2 different times, and also her rushed alterations as we are now 2 weeks away from my wedding! Make a long story short, DON'T GO TO BELLA BRIDESMAID!!!! read more
