I have been wanting to come here since my last trip and I finally made it! I dropped off my luggage at my hotel and ran my butt into Dumbo for some nourishing food after a difficult red eye flight. Everyone was so very friendly and happy to answer questions and it in a rush either! I ordered the breakfast bowl without cheese and it was exactly what I needed! I also enjoyed the strawberry lematcha which was so refreshing and I had a vegan snickerdoodle and vegan cream pie cookie. Got a cold brew from here the other day after our very large group placed their orders. Very good and they had both indoor seating as well as ample outdoor tables. They provide a lot of pastries and canned/bottled drinks in addition to coffee/espresso/tea. Great location in Dumbo for a nice coffee and sit outside. read more

I enjoyed a delicious cup of tea and a treat while I waited for a friend to arrive. This is cute coffee shop located near the waterfront in Dumbo. It was sort of spacious and has plenty of seating options. The staff was nice and helpful to me answering my questions. I got an iced latte and I was hoping it would be delightful but It was too milky for me. I was looking forward to trying this spot and was disappointed in how the coffee tasted. The pastries on the other hand looked delightful but unfortunately due to my allergies I could not have any of them. Would I come back and try out other coffee drinks here you may ask? I found this place to be very average but well located. After taking photos of manhattan bridge if you want coffee here you go. The golden milk was singular tone for me and too sweet. Walked in and the cafe is super cute and welcoming. Placed our orders with a very friendly guy behind the counter. I ordered the breakfast bowl, a pumpkin cranberry scone, and flat white. While waiting for our food and drinks I tucked into the pumpkin cranberry scone and, holy cow, it was the best scone I've ever eaten. I usually steer clear of scones because I find them hard and dry, but this scone was soft, moist, and the perfect balance of savory and tart. Not sweet at all. The breakfast bowl was a great deal. Only $13 it came with kale, sweet potato, avocado, and egg and generous feta. Too much feta, if I'm being honest, but it was so filling I couldn't even eat all of it. My flat white was perfectly prepared and the guy working the espresso machine was a marvel to watch as he churned out drink after drink. I stopped by this cafe this afternoon. I got a cortado and a campfire brownie. Both were great. The cortado was served in a proper glass cup (which I love), and it tasted rich and smooth. Just really well done. The campfire brownie had a toasted marshmallow on top, but it wasn't overly sweet or heavy. I appreciated that it didn't feel like a sugar bomb. The outdoor seating is also really nice. It's right next to that famous Brooklyn Bridge lookout spot, so the vibe is great. Definitely a solid place to take a break if you're in the area. read more

Such a great spot to hang on a Friday afternoon and work. WiFi and delicious mocha, hot chocolate, avocado toast, and egg salad sandwich. Really loved the vibe of this cafe, but the food was a bit of a miss for me. I opted for the breakfast bowl, which looked beautiful but was very heavy on the greens and wind up being more of an arugula salad than a breakfast bowl. The egg also didn't come soft boiled as described on the menu. My friend ordered the breakfast sandwich #1 and added bacon for $3 more. The amount of bacon added to the sandwich was laughable for the price (basically one measly piece). I don't think it seemed worth the $14 price tag. I tried the avocado toast on a whim and suggestion by one of the staff. It was fresh and presented nicely but, I personally feel like it was not worth the $14 they charge. It's really standard. It was literally multi- grain toast, with avocado, chile pepper flakes and greens. For the location& the price point I guess they feel it's ok ... ?? Overall nice spot. Consistently amazing! Every time I visit Brooklyn I make sure to stop in here. Today I got their fall specials, kale Caesar salad and the French toast latte. Both were amazing, the latte wasn't too sweet and was so cozy for fall. I'd recommend the salad with chicken. However, I am rating it 3.5 stars because despite great vibe and good coffee, the quality of bakery products is not good enough. Especially, when you have Almondine and Jacque Torres half a block away. So, this is a hint to the management to replace their bakery provider. My partner and I made this the second stop of our walking coffee tour and both agreed it was our favorite of all our stops! We walked in to a quiet, bright and friendly atmosphere. The staff working were helpful in suggesting menu items and mentioned they're well-known for their housemade syrup... With that knowledge, we ordered a cappuccino with vanilla syrup and it was delicious - I'll be thinking about it for a while! It's definitely one of my top 3 cappuccinos I've ever had. Because we were hungry, we also split an order of quiche lorraine, which was tasty as well. The slice was very thick and filling, with a generous amount of ham and a perfectly flaky crust. We enjoyed their coffee so much we ended up getting a cold brew to go! Popped into this cafe for a little afternoon work sesh. Super cute open interior and tons of windows with natural light. Staff is super friendly and they've got lots of tables which make it a great spot to work remotely from. Coffee was solid, dark and strong which is how I prefer it. I was a bit pekish and in need of something savory and was recommended the sea salt focaccia. To be honest, it wasn't amazing. I think this was mostly because it wasn't warmed up or toasted (maybe one could request for it to be). There was also more oil on the bottom than I would have liked when I picked it up. This place is cute. A lil oasis in dumbo. I love the outdoor seating. They have a good chai and golden latte. Whenever I'm in dumbo, I go here so I've been here many times. I used to get their vanilla cupcakes when they were connected to a bakery that I loved. Now I just get their vanilla cupcakes made by whomever lol - not the same but still pretty good. Staff is typically very nice and efficient. The interior is pretty large. Good for working on your computer or chillin, whatever is needed. I was drawn to this place for their breakfast sammy, but I'll be honest it's not all that great imo.. and I love breakfast sandwiches. Other than that, this place is great and I will be going back and for sure will be getting more cupcakes and other pastries lol! read more

Came here because I was eager to try their coffee ice that can be added to any drink. I went with a caramel latte with almond milk and added their coffee ice. It was good and the ice was a game changer to avoid my drink getting watered down. The space has several tables to sit and get some work done, and free Wi-Fi as well. I do like their other treats, but have only tried them when they are out of woopie pies. Tips 1. This place often gets crowded, but if you can't get a table don't worry. It's close to Brooklyn Bridge Park. Just grab your favorite beverage and a pastry, then stroll the waterfront for some of the best views in the city! 2. Y'all. I just spent almost $30 on a pile of greens with 4 tiny slices of trout on top and a dried out piece of focaccia. I will say that the salad dressing was flavorful. If you are looking for a light, bright cafe with AMAZING BAKED GOODS and specialty teas and perfect people watching seats, this is your place. Canr believe I just discovered it and it is only 1 block from waterfront. I got a few goodies, all excellent: lemon raspberry cake (divine), whoop or pie- wonderfully traditional- thank you, lemon scone- best I've ever had, and a gluten free coconut toffee cookie for my daughter. She said it was best gluten free she's had. I was so take by the place that I returned twice in a day. Lol. I got the ROOIBOS LATTE with cinnamon and vanilla- which I've never had and is now my favorite for decaf drinks. Definitely worth rerun visits and so much on the beaten path!!! This was my second time at this eatery and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. First of all I got 2 pastries and a latte for 9 bucks and some change, IN DUMBO!? I was floored by the prices. My latte was deliciously blended with just milk and they make their syrups in-house it was a caramel blend that was really tasty. It's a really quaint space adjacent to Brooklyn Bridge Park and all the happenings of that area so I would have eaten in if we had time but we didn't. The 2 women behind the counter were delightful as well and explained all of the ingredients to me when I had questions about each of the products we purchased. I was headed to St Ann's warehouse to see a show with students and was quite tired. I really needs the caffeine pick me up and it definitely did the trick. read more

So I went to Dawn's Till Dusk and when I got my order done I commented on the dog that matched his winter jacket with it's owner. The barrista said that the woman was his best friend and made me meet her. Then he gave a little sining performance for her.
