Love the vibe at Coffee Project!! The staff is always friendly and helpful at the FiDi location. On a chilly day, the hot Lattes hit the spot. This time I tried this flaky savory green scallion cream cheese pastry that was absolutely delicious!!

Found this place on yelp. Walk d in around 9:45 and it wasn't busy at all. Got 2 lattes, avocado toast and a lemon loaf. Everything tasted good and the staff were super nice and helpful.

I made a pit stop on my way to work because I saw the promotion of coffee made from the beans harvested in Thailand. Service to place the order and take your money was quick, but the process of making this coffee was pretty long. When I got my coffee, it was filled to the top and black. It was strong coffee and I was very caffeinated the rest of the day. The second time I came was to try their pandan latte. The pandan latte was unique and pricey at the same time. The latte was strong but I definitely appreciated the pandan addition to this drink. The third time I took advantage of the promotion of buying a food dish and get a free coffee. I went with the ube mochi Waffle. The Waffle was made fresh and had to be consumed hot. The coffee and Waffle combination was standard. I may visit one more time for lunch. I just have to remember that they close around 3pm.

Walked in here bc wanted a quick coffee but with quality. What a great find bc it was such a delicious cup of coffee. We were greeted at the counter by the barista asking if we had any questions. Very pleasant and kind. ORDERED Latte w/ earl grey syrup - Initially I wanted a macchiato but they make it traditional style which means it would be small so I got an iced latte and inquired about what syrups they have. To my surprise, they had an earl grey which is my fave and it was so delicious. Matcha latte - true to matcha. My bf ordered it with a simple syrup and he actually wished he didn't bc it took away from the taste. Great stop for a nice cup of coffee and plenty of seating if one wants to study or just chat with a friend.

The food here is great. Loved my ube mochi waffle with green tea. Yummmmm. The items didn't take too long. Staff was nice. Quite a few seating areas.

Love this place. One of the best coffee shops in NY. If you are near or even if you're not, check it out. All the goodies are delicious. The coffees are amazing and they have all the milk and alt milk choices you could want. I was told by a coworker that she dreams of the London Fog. So yummy. It's also super quaint. Nice place to sit for a minute.

Being a bit of a coffee snob, I'm always skeptical of trying new ones, but this coffeeshop delivered. Stayed in FiDi in a trip and ventured here to grab coffee and a pastry more than once. Fast service, nice baristas, good WiFi, and decent seating for a small NYC coffeeshop - what more can one ask for?

Coffee Project New York offers a diverse selection of coffee drinks and food options. I'm a fan of the brand, and their coffee is among my favorites in the city. My go-to drink is usually the cortado, and it's always presented flawlessly. The FiDi location is lovely and has a few spots suitable for small groups. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent.

On my last trip to the City, we were looking for a local coffee shop and found Coffee Project New York a few blocks from the hotel. It was a small but cute shop with good vibes. The coffee was delicious and we got a bag of beans to take home. If you are in the Seaport area in New York I highly recommend stopping in. The barista was awesome as well giving great recommendations.

Severely overpriced - a small iced coffee with nothing in it was $5.99. The food isn't terrible but it's not great.

The plain croissant was flakey and beautifully buttery! The coffee-chocolate croissant was also excellent, al though a little too rich for my taste. Their foccaccia looked incredible too, but unfortunately I was not able to try them. The staff were really nice and answered all my questions. The interior is also quite spacious - great spot to take a break and enjoy a coffee and pasty!

I have tried many croissants in my lifetime. However, this comes right next to the croissants I had in Paris. This was probably the second best croissant I ever had in my entire life. Maybe it was the time of day that I had it, maybe I just got lucky. I like a good, flaky, buttery croissant, a croissant where you can taste the butter. This croissant slapped. It was so buttery that the bottom part of the croissant caramelized a little and it was crunchy. It was also gigantic. I could not finish it in one sitting. When I bit into it, the top layer of the croissant flaked off and kept its shape as it lifted off the body. I was able to peel it off like it was a sheet of paper and continued to eat the croissant like that until I got to the delicious buttery core. It's been weeks since I had this croissant and I'm still thinking about it.
