A much better coffee spot that replaced the Starbucks that used to be here. I like how they had Asian flavored drinks as well as pastries. I got the pandan latte and it was on point. Plenty of pandan flavor without it being overly sweet and taking away the taste from the coffee. Very nice modern interior design with upstairs seating. I normally get another local brand of coffee beans (in BK), however, my husband decided to try this brand and bought two bags for $40 (mind you it's smaller and more expensive than the one I normally buy). One flavor smelled really good, and the one in this image smelled pretty light. I'm not sure what type of roast this is, I prefer medium roast coffee bean. Long story short, expresso shots are almost flavorless. the creme breaks apart each time and when I make a latte it just taste like milk with a splash of coffee. Super disappointed! I truly tried to like these coffee beans but I can't. I think it might be better for making an Americano...straight up coffee and skip the expresso shot. I have to give that a try read more

I work down on Wall and this is one of my FAVORITE coffee spots in the area! They always have really unique flavors and I love that they cycle through their menu depending on the season. My go-to is their Black Sesame Latte, which is usually rotated depending on the season. They also have a great Ube latte, also seasonal. There is seating but not a lot so most people grab their coffee and go. Overall, this is a great coffee spot (that also serves food!) and I recommend popping in if you're in the area! read more

Pour over coffee for the win! Coffee project has amazing pour over coffee options amongst some other coffee connoisseur fan favorites. Fantastic place to hangout and vibe. As you walk up, the massive clock outside is so cool and they even have an upstairs with additional seating. Only knock I'll give is (rightfully so) their pour over coffee is on the pricier side, but well worth it to be honest. read more

I made a pit stop on my way to work because I saw the promotion of coffee made from the beans harvested in Thailand. Service to place the order and take your money was quick, but the process of making this coffee was pretty long. When I got my coffee, it was filled to the top and black. It was strong coffee and I was very caffeinated the rest of the day. The second time I came was to try their pandan latte. The pandan latte was unique and pricey at the same time. The latte was strong but I definitely appreciated the pandan addition to this drink. The third time I took advantage of the promotion of buying a food dish and get a free coffee. I went with the ube mochi Waffle. The Waffle was made fresh and had to be consumed hot. The coffee and Waffle combination was standard. I may visit one more time for lunch. I just have to remember that they close around 3pm. read more

One of my favorite weekday coffee shops and for good reason. They are extremely friendly and always accommodate. The coffee itself was very potent and each barista knows how to make a good cup, whether it's a latte or a fancy specialty drink. Only downside; food is a bit on the pricier side as it's more of an upscale cafe, and you're not able to grab just a bagel or quick snack without spending at least 7$. Walked in here bc wanted a quick coffee but with quality. What a great find bc it was such a delicious cup of coffee. We were greeted at the counter by the barista asking if we had any questions. Very pleasant and kind. ORDERED Latte w/ earl grey syrup - Initially I wanted a macchiato but they make it traditional style which means it would be small so I got an iced latte and inquired about what syrups they have. To my surprise, they had an earl grey which is my fave and it was so delicious. Matcha latte - true to matcha. My bf ordered it with a simple syrup and he actually wished he didn't bc it took away from the taste. The best coffee shop in this area. The space is clean and sleek, with a few tables, but it is rarely too busy to snag one. Great staff who always greet you with a smile, which is nice, but it's the top notch offerings that keep me coming back. They have all your standard coffeeshop drinks, but they're above average. The espresso and espresso drinks are top notch. Nice tea offerings, too. The pastries are amazing if you have a sweet tooth. They offer one of the best liege waffles I have ever had, so fresh and soft, in the normal waffle flavor or a signature ube version. Another pastry I tried was the guava cheesecake danish, which is enormous and has a thick pile of cream cheese and guava sauce in the middle. It was delicious. The best guava pastry I have eaten outside of Puerto Rico. Bonus points for free water left out. read more

I had just arrived in New York City around six in the morning and of course I need some coffee so I walked around the city a little bit looking for a small coffee shop. Surprisingly nothing is really open that early and I'm definitely not going to any type of Starbucks, so I walked by this coffee shop, but it looks a little bit commercialized so I continue walking looking for a small coffee shop and some fresh roasted coffee. I was really surprised to see that there was not a lot of options and I was mostly in the Bowery part of New York, so I came back to this place. Once inside the cashier was very pretentious a little snobby a little bit rude but I thought whatever this is New York City. I wasn't too surprised. What I was surprised about was the price of coffee with some cups going in as much as $25 per 10 or 12 ounce cup. But now I was a tree as how good this coffee actually was so I ordered an Ethiopian coffee which is my usual go to and it was good. I am not going to lie. It was very good cup of coffee and I sat in that place and charged my phone for about an hour scrolling and Aiden never said anything I use the bathroom. It was a cool spot. Everything was great. I would probably go back even though the cup was about $15. read more

The coffee was delicious and we got a bag of beans to take home. If you are in the Seaport area in New York I highly recommend stopping in. The pastries are absolutely incredible here!! I literally travel all the way to fidi to come here and get these incredible pastries. My two favorites are the blueberry danish and the scallion cream cheese danish they are to die for!! The lattes are good but I had to take off 1 star because I wish they had better specialty lattes instead of just the pandan one. I wish they had like a specialty caramel or vanilla one read more

Fun exterior, good location just across the Brooklyn Bridge, easy to access walking in Manhattan and around the fido. Fairly broad menu for a coffee shop from a food and drink perspective. I got their Kickass London Fog (London fog is my favorite caffeinated beverage) and it was good. A little sweet for my taste and not traditional London fog, more a coffee variant. Want to go back and try the black sesame latte and the food. Check it out. read more
