    Their drivers block in cars making it impossible to get out of an already tight alleyway. I had been waiting thirty minutes calling the number on the truck only to be redirected twice to leave a message and sent to a dispatcher once where he reached out to the driver only for the driver to show up and say he was on lunch and both parties told me to basically wait for him to be off lunch when he's blocking our entire alleyway and none of the cars can move. So I just sat there waiting for this man to be off lunch, wasted over half an hour of my day.

I had a birthday celebration. I went in to purchase (number) balloons 3 & 4 once arriving home the 3 popped. I called and they said to come in and they would replace it. I went back and got the new balloon. Once arriving home the 4 popped. The balloons were NOT close to anything that would cause them to pop. They popped from the inner seal. At this point I was frustrated. I called party city/ staples and they told me it was a one time courtesy to exchange the balloon so nothing could be done for the second balloon. I was disappointed but still needed a 4. I drove to my local dollar tree and just bought it there. I definitely appreciate the transparency and the one time courtesy. As a customer we are not always right however I would have appreciated if they would have verbally communicated their policy on balloons and exchanges at the time of purchase. Service 2/5 Value 1/5 Price 2/5 ~ everyone has different, so be kind~ The heart I purchased is still good hasn't popped and it's beautiful, did cost more so I'm hoping it lasts (Picture with ballon's near tv, nothing is hot. Nothing is poking them either. I've done this set up previous many times in the past never had any issue) this is a first
