I went in the store and their decoration is so nice and sweet! I went for the pamper styling package and it includes a mud bath, paw moisturizer, teeth cleaning and perfume. My baby came out super cute and fresh! The staff told me exactly what they observed during the session. They are also knowledgeable about dogs and answered some questions I have. So I was looking around the SGV area that can groom my POM pup & English Bully. And thanks to YELP I came across this place as well as many others. First I would like to start off by saying that this place is AMAZING.!!! I have been to many groomers, but this place takes the CAKE. The environment is setup like a boutique that not only offers grooming but an array of dog apparel and accessories that is very inviting. They even sell Adorable HAPPY puppies!!! ( by HAPPY I mean these little pups are taken out of the kennels and are played, acknowledged & loved during store hours, not just left in a miserable kennel to cry & whine like a lot of establishments. Update 05/20/2018 Satisfied yet again! Called I today in the afternoon and they accommodate me immediately for an appointment 5 minutes later! This time it was a male groomer and he was very polite, remembered Jeriko (my dog) and greeted me by name!! Nice! It made me feel like at home, as if I was a regular, which I am slowly becoming loyal to this grooming place. My dog was done with his bath and brush quickly and it was all at a great price! Bath and brush was $35 and I added the teeth brush ($5) and "blueberry facial" for $5. I see great results with the blueberry facial since my white coat dog as lots of tears that get black and gunky! Well, all in all it was a great visit and I look forward to coming back soon. I love this place! The customer service is so amazing. I called, the lady over the phone was so happy and joyful. She asked for my "baby's" name and was able to accommodate a same-day appointment (which is normally very hard to get with groomers). I came in maybe 20 minutes after our call, she called me by name and welcomed me. She introduced herself and her cute little pup! She was very personable and polite, listened to what I wanted as far as grooming for my dog. I explained to her that my white furred dog has dark circles under his eyes and she gave me a few recommendations that worked with her dog. Pricing is pretty standard, it was $35 for a bath and brush which included nail and ear cleaning. Overall, love the service, and I will definitely be back! read more

Took my dog Sparky (he's a labrador and terrier mix, weighs around 14 lbs, and has mostly black hair and some strands of white) here for his first grooming. The worker there named Jonathan was super friendly and definitely loves dogs! When I brought my dog in, he seemed to be pretty aggresive for the first time and Jonathan handled him pretty well and made Sparky calm. For friendliness, I got to give them a 5/5 for that. He told me to drop Sparky off and come back in around 2 hours and he'll give me a call. I wasn't expecting he would call me within 2 hours but he did and deserves a 5/5 for keeping his promise for scheduling. For the price I paid for ($45) everything, it was definitely worth it. They deserve a 5/5, but you guys should call ahead of time to ask for the price because it varies from breed to size. The downside for my visit was that I got the flea/tick treatment for $30 which is suppose to "kill all the flea and tick" that was on him and last for about a month based on what Jonathan said, but turns out it killed about 90-95% that was on him. The first 2 days were fine but turns out I caught him a few times bitting himself so I had to give him a bath. As for the flea treatment, I'd give it a 3/5 for its effectiveness and price. Another Con, based on my opinion, is that the shampoo smelled kind of good but wasnt a strong smell. Also, after done with the haircut, I happen to notice that there were still decent amounts of dandruffs around his fur; I can tell that they just wash the dog first then cut but dont seem to wash again, Im giving them a 3/5 for cleaness. It definitely made his hair shiny so I'm giving them a 4/5 for their product they used on Sparky. After Sparky's first experience, I'll definitely bring him here again for grooming but won't be getting the flea/tick treatment, I'd rather just buy the treatment and do it myself. Overall rating: 25/30 which is ~4/5 stars Pros: Price is worth it for the groom. Worker there is super friendly and you can tell he definitely loves dogs. Good for scheduling appointment and keeping their promise on how long they will take. Free bandana! Cons: Flea/Tick treatment wasn't worth it in my opinion. Shampoo could have had a stronger smell, Sparky's scent was not as strong as I thought it would be. read more

Came in today with a pup I rescued. The dog was full of knots and fleas and super dirty. They took her in with no questions asked and no appointment. I had a full treatment done for her. They were AMAZING! I came back two hours later and the pup came out great! Of course the pup was malnourished but they totally gave me some helpful tips and they gave me something for free to get the dog's nourishment back on track. They were sooooo sweet and helpful. The groomers here are great! My dog bear is a finicky little one. For starters, he will only let guys groom him. He also gets impatient and nippy. Every time I bring bear there, they always take good care of him, saying he calmed down, and tell me to bring him again. They also have stayed late to finish his grooming! They really love animals! Took my Pom here since it was the only place that was open and accepted walk-ins. The price is fairly cheap compared to Petco and other grooming places. When looking for a new place, I read the bad reviews first. After reading the reviews here, I felt confident enough to give it a try. My over all impression was good. The customer service is on point. After my dog was done w/ his grooming, they asked me how I liked it...I told them it wasn't short enough & they took him back to redo the whole thing w/o hesitation. Basically they took him back about 2-3 times until I was satisfied! I usually don't like to be difficult but they were so willing to satisfy me that I couldn't resist. One thing. When I got back home I noticed my dog continuously licking an area on his back leg so I took a closer look & noticed they had cut/sliced a piece of his skin off...ouch! Normally that'll be a good enough reason for me to continue my search for a new groomer but I understand that accidents can happen & since their customer service was good I'll give them one more try. That is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. I just hope that it doesn't turn into an infection! I will definitely be letting them know. read more

I usually bring my dog to petco for grooming and came across this place. I asked for the price for grooming for my Maltese poodle and they told me $45. At first I thought they only do the cutting for $45 but it turns out they do the everything like nails, anal gland, eyes, ears, bath and even a complete style. Let's put it this way, my do was desperately in need of a grooming session. He was very matted because I was out of town and my sitter wasn't combing my maltipoo. I was in shock when i saw what used to be fluffy turned into a fur ball. I called into dazzling Pup and was able to get an appointment for my dog. I walked into the store and immediately noticed hat their decorations were very warm. My dog was very nervous but Vivian took her time to comfort her before taking him in. She told me that the coat were very matted and will need some extra time and might have an extra charge. That's understandable because I wouldn't want them to rush my dog and do a less than perfect job. She gave me options as to how I want my dog to look. They gave me a call to pick up my dog and when I got there my dog look fresh, clean and also super cute! Although we had to cut her hair short Vivian paid attention on the grooming and made sure she still have a very cute look.
