There was no amount of looking or proving that it had been returned by whomever had used it before on their part, just the assumption that we didn't return something we didn't use. if you're planning to use this company (and I would advise against it), INSIST that they scan EVERYTHING BEFORE you take it and after you return it. I have no doubt that this has happened more than once. Quite honestly, $26.50 isn't going to break the bank, but it's the principle and the lack of scrutiny of their own practices.

The truck bed and frame were not assembled properly by the person (Brandywine) that last owned the truck and this contributed to the instability of the truck when the load was being dumped. The second time, they assessed and replaced my entire blown out AC system in less than 48 hours. I really appreciate McMurray's no-nonsense approach, great communication, and prompt service delivery. They also gave great advice on steps I needed to take to stop future AC system failure, and shared the magic vent open/close formula to balance out the temp between my upper and lower floors.
