I made an appointment online. Very easy. Picked which pedicure I wanted, any extras etc. they let me know that I would be emailed or texted to confirm which they did. Parking is ample and plenty! I parked right across from the salon. Upon entering it smells divine!!! Like lavender and lemongrass.. not sure what it was but it was so good ! Clean, elegant and quiet too. Not too big, not too small. My nail tech was Kristy. I showed her a picture of the toenail polish design that I wanted and she said "ok, I can do that for you". I chose the full moon pedicure that includes scrub, cream, paraffin wax and a 20 minute massage. It was wonderful and well needed !!! Kristy then began the nail polish and design. She took her time and even then she was quite fast. The design came out exactly as I'd asked. BEAUTIFUL!!! I was so happy and let her know. Kristy was kind and friendly throughout and so was the front desk assistant. There's an ATM inside for cash tip. I asked Kristy if she had other payment options (for tip only) and she shared her Venmo handle with me. Overall I was very very happy!! I found my new pedicure place and will definitely be back!!!

I've had a few hiccups here and there--like once I paid $70 (plus $10 tip) just to get my nails taken off and filed. My nails ended up super brittle and honestly, it felt like a waste. I wouldn't recommend that service--just get them redone instead. Also, I've been cut before to the point of bleeding (not with Jenny or Andy, but another tech), so just a heads-up. That said, most of the staff here are really good: Sofia is gentle and cleans my nails better than anyone else, even Jenny sometimes. Hannah takes her time and does a great job--super patient and detail-oriented. Julie knows her stuff and is really steady with her work. I was walk-in, and the shop was super cute and clean, with green plant decor, and a neutral color palette. I requested a gel french pedicure..and my nail lady went right to work..,and honestly, (between you and me), this was the best pedicure Ive had in a while.. The french tips were "frenching", toes and feet were soft and moisturized, and I left a happy customer. I'll definitely return for my pedicures..and may consider other services in the future.
