One waitress, who I know was doing restaurant table service, was just standing there showing pics on her phone to a customer. We finally got our drinks but they forgot one. We then had someone check in on us finally!! Oh, and they were out of all of the craft draft beer--including their signature one. We ended up doing one more round. In fact, at one point, we were just going to go to the rooftop. Sadly, this made us not even want to come back to try the food. The food quality was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the most unique parts of the visit was learning that the person seated at the table next to us was the previous owner. She is still a regular customer, and her photo is proudly displayed on the wall in the restaurant. That says a lot about the history, loyalty, and character of this place. I also accidentally left my credit card behind and did not realize it until about an hour and a half later. I called the restaurant, and the management immediately helped resolve the issue. They kindly arranged to mail it to my home in Los Angeles, and I have now received it safely. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. A special thank you to the management for handling everything so professionally, and to Heather for her kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service.
